The taste of the sushi was delicious, with just the right amount of fat. The variety and taste make it very cost-effective. However, I was concerned about the service and atmosphere. Since I made a same-day reservation, I was seated at a table. I found it distracting to see the sushi chefs talking and laughing loudly while making sushi, even from my table. As I was enjoying my miso soup with clams, I was suddenly presented with the bill and asked to pay. After settling the bill, I was served eel, egg, and gourd sushi. It seems that this restaurant takes many detailed reservations, as I could see the next guests arriving soon. However, even though I still had over 30 minutes before leaving and not all dishes had been served, being asked to pay before finishing all the food seemed a bit odd. Sushitokyoten in Roppongi is a unique experience with gourd sushi as the finishing touch. I like Sushitokyoten, but I recommend trying their other locations instead of Roppongi. The lunch omakase for 4400 yen can't be reserved, but the 8800 yen omakase can be reserved. The restaurant is part of the Manten Sushi group, but I couldn't really tell the difference. The meal started with the same as Manten Sushi, with a delicious clam soup. The dishes I had included abalone, salmon roe, and crispy pickles which were particularly tasty. The chefs were all clean-shaven with a graceful demeanor. The head chef oversaw the entire floor and gave instructions efficiently. They were kind and considerate, making the dining experience stress-free and enjoyable.

The price was cheap considering the location, so I went to eat... dragged along by someone. Summary: 1. It was pretty good. 2. Nice atmosphere. 3. Good pace. Since I was a guest, I couldn't say "a bit more" or "not enough", but I think the amount was normal. I'd like to go again... Thank you for the meal.

I have been to a restaurant in Shibuya where more than half of the customers were foreigners, and it was always crowded. They operate on a time rotation system, so you are rushed out right before your time is up, like a conveyor belt. It made me think about what customer service really means. I believe that the deliciousness of food is determined by the service, the perspective of the chefs, and heartfelt interactions. It's a shame when the deliciousness is diminished. I couldn't enjoy the meal at all because I felt rushed the whole time. The first tuna dish was tasty, but dishes like abalone, Spanish mackerel, chawanmushi, and rolls left no impression. The cost performance may be good, but overall, it was disappointing.

Sushi Tokyo Store Honestly, the expectations were too high. The ingredients were all average level. It seemed like there was no discerning eye for quality. The service from the staff was mediocre. There were many foreign customers, which seemed to make them irritated. The order of dishes coming out from the kitchen was different from the table next to us. It was bothersome that they told the foreign customers to eat quickly. Don't you want to take your time when eating? In terms of cost performance, it's much better than conveyor belt sushi. If you imagine it to be slightly better than conveyor belt sushi, you won't be as surprised in a negative way like I was. I felt it was not suitable for a date. Thank you for the meal.

SUSHI TOKYO TEN is operated by a company called C-AGENT, which also has 12 other stores including Nishi-Azabu Sushi Ten and Manten Sushi. I made a reservation through their website for the "omakase" course priced at 8,470 yen. The sushi and nigiri were all delicious. Considering the quality at this price point, I think the cost-performance ratio is excellent. It may not be high-end sushi, but it definitely left me satisfied. This time it's the Roppongi Midtown store. Introducing the delicious Kanburi from Himi. Kanburi from Himi is the most delicious right now. The firm flesh with a sweet flavor is excellent. Kinmedai, Ikura Uni, Chutoro, and other seasonal ingredients are recommended without hesitation. Great value for the quality! They never fail to impress me every time. Will definitely go again.
