Located on Akasaka Street, this facility is attached to the "Aomori Regional Business Exchange Center". It is situated on the first floor of the Success Akasaka Building, with a welcoming display of "Neputa" on the ceiling. The "Aomori Regional Business Exchange Center" is operated by the "Ganbaru Enterprise Support Council", a collaboration between Aomori City, Hirano Town, Sotogahama Town, Imabetsu Town, and Yomogita Village. It opened in March 2016 with the aim of promoting business exchanges between Aomori and the Tokyo metropolitan area. It also serves as an Aomori antenna shop, selling processed products such as scallops, apple juice, and cassis. Lunch service was provided in the back space until March 2017, but it has now been discontinued, and only retail sales are available. According to the staff, purchased juice can be consumed on-site. Although the review mentions the lunch service, it is no longer available, making it irrelevant for future reference. However, the impression was positive during the last visit, so it is worth noting. During a revisit in March, the menu included various options such as Aomori's signature dish set meal, scallop grilled miso set meal, scallop set meal, daily special set meal, scallop rice bowl, and grilled pork set meal (all priced at 1,000 yen each), as well as dried fish ramen (600 yen) and Kuroishi yakisoba (500 yen) (prices include tax). Drinks were served with a salad bar and side dish buffet, which have been discontinued since March. Payment is made in advance. The order included the following items: apple tea, citrus green tea, and cold brew iced coffee from the drink bar. The scallop set meal consisted of scallop mixed rice, scallop fry, scallop sashimi, simmered scallop, salad, cucumber and eggplant simmered dish, miso soup, and pickled Chinese cabbage. The meal was abundant with 5 scallops, and the rice was generously filled with scallops. The rustic-style cucumber and eggplant simmered dish was also plentiful. The content seemed more fulfilling compared to the previous visit. Despite leaving a positive impression during the revisit, lunch service has been discontinued starting this month, which is somewhat disappointing.
