This is my first post. The staff's welcoming smile upon entering the restaurant was delightful! The calm atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice. I tried the recommended black tongue shabu-shabu, which the short-haired manager seared for me, and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted so different, I couldn't believe it was tongue! I got drawn into the manager's friendly and entertaining conversation and ended up choosing an Italian red wine that paired perfectly with the meat. I also tried the fatty loin that the manager recommended, and it was beautifully sliced. When I tried it with the recommended gentle grilling, my mouth was filled with happiness. I have visited various yakiniku restaurants in Futako-Tamagawa, but this one truly stands out in terms of quality. This place is where you can encounter the best meat and wonderful hospitality.

First visit. I've always been curious about this place near Futakotamagawa Takashimaya. The freshness of the meat is outstanding. The taste is also reliable. If you're unsure what to order on your first visit, please try the recommended assorted platter. The detailed explanation from the manager and the attentive service from the young staff are delightful. If you order wine by the glass, they have house wine available. Next time, it might be nice to try ordering a bottle. The side dishes are also delicious, so please give them a try. Absolutely delicious in this area. I definitely want to visit again next time.

I love the seasoning of Mino. The cold noodles are consistently delicious. It's convenient that I can usually get a dinner reservation even on the same day if it's not the weekend. The namul assortment includes asparagus, which is perfect for the season. The Sumire House wine is reasonably priced and delicious, so I am very satisfied once again.

For work reasons, I had to make a sudden one-night trip from Nagano to my parents' home in Tokyo. After settling in, I went out to dinner with my parents, my sister and her husband at a yakiniku restaurant in Futakotamagawa. It had been a while since I last visited this restaurant, "Kyoto Beef Yakiniku Sumireya Futakotamagawa branch," so it was time for some dinner tasting. In the past, I used to be a meat lover who focused on quantity over quality, but now at 50 years old, I have switched to prioritizing quality over quantity. This made Sumireya a perfect choice for me! I thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality meat, especially the "Special Thick-cut Harami with Salt and Wasabi" which went really well with drinks and rice. The "Kimchi Assortment," "Chapchae," "Upper Tongue with Salt," "Kalbi," and many other dishes were also delicious, and I ate quite a lot and felt really satisfied. It was my first visit in a while, but the quality at Sumireya remains top-notch as always! It was really delicious, thank you for the meal. I will be going back to my home in Kyoto tomorrow, so I will continue to search for more delicious places to visit.

Today's lunch, I felt like eating out and craving for meat. When it comes to meat, the choices are tonkatsu or yakiniku, and I chose yakiniku. The next decision was where to eat. It was 12:03 pm and I decided on Sumireya! I wanted to indulge in that fatty goodness. I was able to enter without waiting. I ordered the semi-double serving from the lunch menu. The meat that arrived was so beautiful. The salad was also powerful and satisfying. I started grilling the meat. It was a feast for the eyes, no specific comments, just staring at the meat. And then, the perfect timing to flip the meat. Ever since meat was allowed, my mouth was in a fatty party. I can't find any words other than happiness. I finished it in no time. When it was time to pay, I asked if I could use a card, and they said yes! I always thought it was cash only during lunchtime, so it was a big surprise. It was really delicious. Yes, satisfied. It's so hot every day that it feels like my energy is being drained. When it comes to replenishing my energy, there are various options, but for me, nothing beats yakiniku. Walking towards the station under the scorching sun, I decided to go to Sumire for lunch. I ordered the standard set and eagerly awaited the meat. Ah, waiting for the meat to cook always puts me in a happy mood. Finally, the meat arrived! I grilled it and enjoyed my yakiniku time. Before that, I made sure to have a generous portion of salad. The food was delicious as always. I want to try the double portion next time. Despite the current situation, dessert has become an optional choice. It was a satisfying meal.

It had been a while since I had eaten yakiniku! For some reason, when I tried to eat yakiniku in Futakotamagawa on a Saturday night, most of the restaurants were full. Only our restaurant, which is a little bit away from the station, had space available. Although Sumireya is a bit pricey, the restaurant is clean and the meat is delicious, so I was satisfied. The staff were also friendly!

Among them, the grilled beef tongue is exquisite! It melts in your mouth and disappears... It was such a delicious meat to eat! All the meats are large and thick, giving a satisfying feeling. Service lunch A5 Harami & Kalbi ¥1375. This is my favorite yakiniku restaurant in the Futako-Tamagawa area with the best cost performance. The A5 meat is tender and juicy, and comes with salad, kimchi, namul, tofu, rice, small rice cake, soup, warm tea after the meal, and sherbet, all for this price. The kimchi and namul are delicious and the portion size is just right. The staff are always kind, and there are many semi-private tables even for solo diners, so you can enjoy delicious yakiniku without any worries. I want to keep coming back to this restaurant.

The taste of the lingering fat in your mouth is simply amazing. Do you have a specific genre of food that you like to eat regularly? Like a go-to spot for ramen or soba? For BBQ, this place is it for me. I didn't go for BBQ often, but after being taken here once, I became a fan. It's always crowded and popular. Ordered the service lunch which was a great deal at Futakotamagawa. Look at the quality of the meat, it cooks quickly, dip it in sauce, and let the fat melt in your mouth. This time was as satisfying as always. The bibimbap is also beautiful. A relaxing lunch with a lot of value. I want to come back again. Satisfied. A large amount of cheese on top, a Cheese Bibimbap that seems unlikely! A must-try for cheese lovers! The sizzling stone pot Bibimbap arrives. The cheese is burnt and crispy. The burnt cheese is delicious! Mixing the kimchi, namul, rice, and cheese together. It's hot! A great combination. (*´﹃`)!!! Delicious salad and soup, followed by tea and sherbet. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and nice. The staff is also nice. Actually, it seems to be a yakiniku restaurant that boasts of its meat, so I'll come back for the yakiniku lunch. This stone pot Bibimbap was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I ordered a double meat yakiniku lunch. I asked for a mix of Harami and Kalbi for the meat. The meat, salad, namul, and kimchi were delicious and very satisfying, but I found the rice to be a bit too soft. The flavor was excellent, so if the rice was cooked better, I would have no complaints. Thank you for the meal.

I made a reservation for Sunday opening and visited. I was able to make a same-day reservation this time, but as always, it's popular and fully booked today too. The lunch menu is especially good value and delicious, very satisfying. The harami in particular has a rich meaty flavor and is delicious. Of course, the kalbi is also delicious. Everything I ate was delicious. The naengmyeon and chapchae were also delicious and very satisfying. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since my last visit. The food was delicious and a great value. The harami was excellent. The kalbi was a bit heavy and hard to eat. The naengmyeon and chapchae were tasty. The cheese stone pot was quite heavy. Thank you for the meal, I will visit again.

I went to Sumireya in Futakotamagawa for lunch. It's a yakiniku restaurant where they cook the meat on a hot plate instead of a grill. I prefer this style over charcoal grilling! The meal comes with rice, salad, kimchi, all served in a bento box-like container. I ordered harami, kalbi, top sirloin, and hormone. The harami was cut into perfect sizes and marinated well, very delicious! I'm not a fan of kalbi so I skipped that. The top sirloin was a bit tough, maybe it was cooked too long. I've had much softer sirloin at other places so I can't help but compare. The hormone was quite tender though! I also ordered the skirt steak as an extra, which the staff cooked for us. They cooked it carefully to melt the fat and keep it rare. The fat dripping from the meat caused flames to rise! We wrapped it in green onions and dipped it in ponzu sauce, which was absolutely delicious. For sukiyaki style, you're supposed to eat it with raw egg yolk. They also recommended pouring the leftover egg over rice to make tamago kake gohan. It was a luxurious power lunch from noon! Thank you for the meal.

I made a reservation and visited on Saturday afternoon. It might be hard to get in without a reservation as it's always busy at lunchtime. The lunch menu is reasonably priced and good. The selected harami beef has a rich flavor and thickness, making it delicious. The selected kalbi has a light layer of fat and is tasty. The mozzarella stone bibimbap is a favorite for cheese lovers. After watching a movie in September 2019, I arrived at the restaurant around 1 PM and saw a "full" sign outside. I wrote my name down and waited for a while, thinking that the first group of customers would be leaving soon. After about 20 minutes, I was seated. The seats were a bit chilly due to the strong air conditioning, but the wooden tables with bench seats were comfortable. I was tempted by the chef's recommended joyful lunch with stone pot bibimbap, but following the rules of trying a new restaurant, I ordered the service lunch. They were out of galbi, but I had planned to order harami from the start, so it wasn't a problem. I opted for a double portion of meat. For drinks, I decided to have wine, and ordered the "Sumireya's Red Wine" bottle for 2,900 yen, which was the first item on the menu. The aroma was nice, but the taste was a bit thin, suitable for gulping down. Considering the price, it was decent. The harami was not greasy, had a nice meaty aroma, and was delicious. Since the gas flame was strong, it was best to flip the meat quickly to avoid burning it too much, which is not good for health. It's important not to overcrowd the grill with too much meat. The meal also came with salad, namul, kimchi, and chilled tofu, and enjoying the harami while savoring the wine made for a pleasant afternoon. The bill for two came to just over 7,000 yen. Compared to French or Italian restaurants where a meal for two could cost around 20,000 yen, I think this place offers good value. The wine sorbet served at the end was sweet and delicious. After leaving the gym, I was feeling hungry, so I rode my bike over to this place. Located about a 5-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Station, Kyoto Gyukarubi Yakiniku Sumireya Futakotamagawa branch always serves a 150g Harami set for lunch, but today I decided to go for the 200g option. The 200g portion comes on a separate plate. I started grilling the A5 grade beef right away! The meat was juicy and all of them were of good quality. Grilled meat after a workout always feels great! "Delicious!" Finally, they served red wine sorbet, which was refreshing. This place has become my go-to yakiniku restaurant, I want to come here every week. Thank you for the meal!!!

A recommended yakiniku restaurant near the station in Futakotamagawa that a meat-loving friend highly recommends! Right behind Takashimaya! They offer a special lunch service where you can choose your meat! After work, we met in front of the restaurant at exactly 12 o'clock. The location is right behind Takashimaya in Futakotamagawa, at a corner of the third crossroad. Since it was a weekday, we were able to walk in without a reservation even though it was lunchtime. The restaurant itself is on the 2nd floor of a building, so it's very calm. The semi-private seating area with sunlight shining through where we were seated seemed suitable for business dinners as well. It's not a smoky yakiniku restaurant, but rather an elegant and refined place, perfect for a date. And here is the much-talked-about limited service lunch. It came in a two-tiered bento box. When you open the salad container on top, underneath is the meat ♡ You can choose between only kalbi, only harami, or an assortment of meats, which is highly rated among meat lovers. I personally prefer kalbi, but since it was my first visit, I went with the assortment. To think you can enjoy such high-quality A5 rank meat for only 1250 yen (excluding tax) at lunch, it's just amazing. For those who can eat more meat, there are options like Semi-Double (150g) or Double (200g), all very reasonably priced. Comes with kimchi, namul, salad, cold tofu, kalbi or harami, rice, soup, and dessert. The dessert of the day was sherbet. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our meal until the end. I definitely want to come back to Futakotamagawa and have a meat feast at Sumireya again. Next time, I want to come at night and leisurely enjoy some wine too! I decided to try the service lunch set with 150g of harami. The service here is always excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. After a 10-minute wait, the lunch set arrived at the table, featuring a generous portion of harami in a bento box along with salad, kimchi, and soup. The harami was delicious and I couldn't stop eating. The staff continued to provide great service, making the dining experience enjoyable.
