This is a review of a lunch spot in Akasaka, located on Enzozan Hill, serving Italian cuisine. Their specialty is "Piadina", a thin flatbread made with simple ingredients like flour, olive oil, salt, and sugar, without the use of eggs or yeast. You can choose from three set menus: 1) Piadina + Pasta for 1,000 yen, 2) Piadina + Salad for 1,000 yen, 3) Piadina + Pasta + Salad for 1,300 yen, with drinks costing an additional 200 yen. There are five Piadina options to choose from, and I opted for the Grilled Chicken and Avocado Piadina with Salad. The salad arrived first, filled with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, broccoli, eggplant, and oranges, offering a variety of vegetables and a satisfying crunch. The dressing was just right this time, unlike my previous visit. The Piadina with Grilled Chicken and Avocado came on a wooden board with four potato fries on the side. The grilled chicken and avocado were mixed with cheese sauce, creating a delicious and creamy flavor. The thin and crispy crust of the Piadina paired well with the rich avocado and cheese sauce. The portion was generous, and the flavors were excellent. Despite the quality of the food and service, it's surprising that this place isn't more crowded. It's definitely a restaurant worth trying.
