Silver tent caterpillar's Dekamori...130th stop, Hitoya "Tachikawa" July 24, 2010 (Saturday) 13:59 by ekcamp Theme of the post: Dekamori B-Guru, Tokyo Today, I went out on the silver tent caterpillar by train, norizo here. Tokyo Metropolitan Subway occasionally holds stamp rallies, so I sometimes participate, but you can also ride the Toden Arakawa Line and the Setagaya Line. However, it would be a waste to just focus on the stamp rally, so let's enjoy the Chin Chin train as well. Therefore, today's Dekamori tour will be focused on the Toei Arakawa Line or the Setagaya Line in the vicinity. If you walk a little from Nishi-Sugamo on the Toei Subway, you will arrive at Shinkoshinzuka on the Toden Arakawa Line. Let's ride the Chin Chin train♪ The Arakawa Line is probably fully air-conditioned unlike the Hakodate City Tram. It's comfortable even if you ride leisurely♪ Before reaching Asukayama, a mysterious vehicle catches my eye. Although I didn't get off the train today due to the heat, I would like to ride it someday♪ Furthermore, I transfer to the Setagaya Line from Kumano-mae. Here too, you can ride freely with a One-Day Pass. Just like the Yurikamome, it is automated, so you can enjoy the feeling of being a driver from the front seat. After getting off at Setagaya Station, I walked about 1 km along the side of Setagaya Park, getting lost along the way, and finally arrived at "Sushidokoro Tachikawa". While searching the internet on the train, I found a Dekamori seafood bowl here. However, entering a sushi restaurant in the city can be quite nerve-wracking. As soon as I opened the door, there were about 8 counter seats typical of a sushi restaurant. I couldn't help but ask, "Is it okay if we have children with us?" They kindly guided us to a tatami room on the left, and when I looked next to me, I saw a parent and child enjoying sushi. Feeling anxious, I took out my PC and displayed a page that said "Dekachira". As expected, the master asked, "What will you do?" Fearfully, I showed the screen and ordered two of them. The friendly master accepted it, but I was very anxious because I didn't know the price. The reason for my anxiety was that I had forgotten my wallet today (laughs) My wife's wallet only had about 4000 yen in it. While we were in the midst of this, the long-awaited "Dekachira" arrived. It looked more delicious and surprisingly Dekamori than the seafood bowl I saw in Hakodate last week! My family loves vinegared rice, so no one made a displeased face even with such a huge serving. We were actually enjoying a blissful moment. Mocha took most of the ikura, maguro, ika, ebi, and kani, and I ate the remaining gari and tobiko with rice, but it was delicious♪ We also received miso soup for the number of people as a service, so we couldn't leave any behind. With Mocha's great help, we were able to finish it without any problems. Zucchi, who played a key role today, and my wife both polished off another bowl. We also finished the grapefruit dessert, and nervously checked the price. "It's 3000 yen!" Wow! It's 1500 yen per serving. It was as planned, but my tension eased, and I was able to enjoy a touching moment. To be able to eat such a delicious Dekamori in Tokyo for only 1500 yen... I'll definitely come back♪ Thanks to the master's personality, I have discovered another spot where I can enjoy the Toei One-Day Pass.
