I used the Imahan Ginza store for a family meal on my birthday! I have been to the Yurakucho and Shinjuku stores a few times, but this was my first time at the Ginza store! Imahan is a place where you can leisurely enjoy high-quality Wagyu beef, so I was very excited! The atmosphere in Ginza on a holiday night is quiet with fewer people, as expected. The Imahan store is located on the 5th floor of a building, and the upscale atmosphere hits you as soon as you enter! This time, it seems like they reserved a private room for us, so we were guided there. It's so quiet that I'm a little worried about how to have a conversation in this kind of atmosphere! We started with draft beer and then the sukiyaki course! The course includes appetizers, sashimi, sukiyaki, rice, and dessert. The dishes in this kind of restaurant always give off a luxurious vibe from their appearance! The main dish was shabu-shabu! Imahan generally has the staff cook the shabu-shabu right in front of you! The staff's grilling skills are excellent (they're professionals, after all), and they serve the Wagyu beef with exquisite grilling. When you put it in your mouth, it just melts! Personally, I'm not a fan of fatty Wagyu beef, but Imahan's Wagyu was fine for me! It doesn't make my stomach feel heavy, and I can eat multiple pieces without any problem! The meal ended with a tamago-don using the sukiyaki sauce. It was also incredibly delicious! It was a truly enjoyable dinner experience.

When I want to eat sukiyaki, Ningyocho Imahan is always my first choice. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly, and the meat is delicious. The Ginza branch is mostly filled with tourists, but the taste is the same as other branches. Sukiyaki is the best! Thank you for the meal.

There is no deception in the famous restaurant. I visited it to celebrate my father's 70th birthday, and I was impressed by the high hospitality of the staff, the quality of the ingredients, and the overall experience. Seeing my parents so happy made me feel happy too. In particular, the fluffy and creamy egg over rice served at the end of the sukiyaki meal is exquisite! I confidently recommend it to those who want to make a special occasion even more memorable. *The prices are a bit high, but worth it!

I went to lunch with my friends. Probably all the seats were private rooms, so we could relax a lot, and the care of the female staff who came to our room was wonderful. Thanks to that, I had a great time with friends I hadn't seen in a long time. The sukiyaki made by the staff was also very delicious. I would like to visit again.

I can drink premium aged sake (Japanese sake) here, but it's not my favorite. The high-quality course meal with meat is excellent. I wish the dipping sauce was a little sweeter, I wonder if they can accommodate that request? It's worth a try. I can't come here often, but I'd like to come back on a special occasion.

I always rely on Imahan for bento boxes. The bentos are so delicious, there's no way the restaurant isn't good! So, I decided to visit this time. Even at lunchtime, if it's fully booked with reservations, it's indicated at the storefront. It must be popular! I ordered the following: - Lunch set - Lunch sukiyaki - Appetizer - Premium loin from Tottori and Aomori prefectures - Spring chrysanthemum, leeks, shiitake mushrooms, glass noodles, grilled tofu, Kyoto carrots, sweet potatoes, and Kabu from Shogoin - Additional premium loin from Aomori prefecture - Matcha ice cream, apple sorbet - Pumpkin sticks, hojicha mousse The beauty of the meat that couldn't fit in the photo! The meat looked so shiny ❤️ It melts in your mouth. I compared the premium and top-grade meat, and the top-grade one had a firm texture with a hint of sweetness, leaving a satisfying feeling when eaten. However, just because the flavor has penetrated, I still find the bento box tastier. The rice in the bento is also delicious. Considering the price, I think the bento box is enough. It's delicious, though! ☺️

At night, I suddenly felt like having a little sukiyaki, but of course, I couldn't just have a little (laughs). I ordered the smallest portion of sukiyaki as a single item, but the course menu was quite pricey. It may be too luxurious for visitors from Kagoshima... The staff at the restaurant were dressed in traditional Japanese clothing and had a nice vibe. I'm not sure if I should mention this, but it seems they had some good quality meat that day, as they upgraded me to a more premium option for the same price (with less fat). Lately, I've been getting heartburn from fatty beef, so I was grateful for this. The meat was amazing, especially the first slice. But after the second slice, I started to feel a bit heavy. The meat was too good for me. I enjoyed plenty of seasonal vegetables and had a special time. They prepared everything from start to finish, so I didn't have to do any cooking (laughs). The atmosphere and the staff's service were top-notch! That marbled meat was great, but it would be even better if they had a slightly leaner option.

I still think that sukiyaki made by someone else is exceptionally delicious. Not only is the sukiyaki tasty, but I also learned a lot about the vegetables that go into it and how to cut them properly. The customer service was excellent as well. I was taught about the difference between premium and ultra-premium meat, but I think premium is good enough for me. (Ultra-premium apparently has finer marbling and more fat.) Next time, I want to try teppanyaki at Kishotei.

Today's visit was to Imahan Ginza, a sukiyaki restaurant located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Imahan Ginza is a branch of the long-established sukiyaki restaurant in Ningyocho, and I decided to visit this location as well. The atmosphere at Imahan Ginza on the 5th floor of the Koshin Building in Ginza is reminiscent of the main branch in Ningyocho, with a wonderful interior design. This time, I was guided to a private room to enjoy their premium sukiyaki. I ordered the "Hana Gokujou" course for 16,500 yen, which included a salad, appetizers, and various sukiyaki dishes. The seasonal dishes such as tofu shaped like hydrangea, corn tempura, and sweet and savory simmered dishes were all delicious. The sukiyaki made with Tottori Prefecture black wagyu beef was meticulously prepared by the staff and tasted amazing when dipped in the egg. The meal ended with egg rice, a signature dish of Imahan, and rare cheesecake. Overall, the service was impeccable and the sukiyaki was of high quality. It was truly a wonderful dining experience at Imahan Ginza.

After watching a performance by Saruzou at Kabuki-za, I made a reservation at Imahan to enjoy some delicious sukiyaki. It was my first visit to the restaurant, but I had visited the main branch in Ningyocho about a year ago, so I had high expectations for the food and service at Imahan. The restaurant requires you to take off your shoes and offers table seating in traditional Japanese tatami rooms, making it a comfortable dining experience for elderly guests as well. Both my wife and I ordered the "Fuku-Tokujo Course" (appetizer, mini grilled steak, sukiyaki, rice bowl topped with beaten egg, dessert) along with draft beer and a set of three different kinds of sake for tasting. The meal was delicious as expected. While the course normally comes with 3 slices of loin meat per person, we were allowed to change one slice to lean meat upon request. My wife tried the lean meat and couldn't stop praising how delicious it was, so I decided to add 3 more slices of lean meat to my meal (each slice costing over 2500 yen!). The loin meat was marbled beautifully, perfect for sukiyaki, while the lean meat had a nice lightness to it. The only downside was that there was a strange taste in the daikon radish pickles served with rice. Overall, it was a bit pricey but we left the restaurant satisfied with a highly enjoyable lunch.

There are private rooms and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and relaxing. This time, I enjoyed the sukiyaki course. From the appetizers to the dessert, the menu was satisfying. The main sukiyaki dish was especially delicious when eaten with the egg. The presentation of the dishes was elegant and had a luxurious feel. The Wagyu beef from Imahan is not greasy and doesn't cause indigestion, so you can eat a lot. I think this restaurant can be used for various occasions, whether with family or as a couple.

I visited the Ginza branch for lunch on a holiday☆ I wanted to go to the Ningyocho main store, but unfortunately it was fully booked. The Ginza branch had availability, so I made a reservation there and visited♪ When I arrived at the reserved time, I was greeted by the waitress☆ I was led to a spacious room and looked at the menu(^^♪ They offered sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and grilled dishes, with choices between a set meal and a course. The set meal includes a simple appetizer, main dish, rice, and dessert, while the course includes appetizers, sashimi (depending on the price), main dish, rice, and dessert. There was also a seasonal course available. We chose the Course Raku - Premium Roast, which cost around 18000 yen!(^^)! The Course Raku includes sashimi, and the price varies depending on the type of meat. Although only the premium roast was listed online, there was also an "ultimate" option available, so we chose that(^^♪ First, cheers! Let the course begin(^^♪ The first course was a selection of appetizers including firefly squid, burdock root, fresh fu, simmered sweet potatoes with lemon, yam, and bamboo shoots. Next was salted cherry blossom tofu, simmered beef with new potatoes, and mozuku. Then came flounder and fatty tuna, followed by black wagyu A5 roast beef from Tottori Prefecture. The meal also included vegetables, fluffy rice, and dessert(#^^#). The appetizers served in a stacked box were visually appealing, although the taste was average. The main meat dish was Tottori Prefecture black wagyu A5, with each serving consisting of 3 slices. Despite the visible marbling, it was surprisingly not heavy, and we could eat as much as we wanted without feeling bloated. The vegetables were grilled with care, and the scallions were properly prepared, which was delightful(#^^#) The dish also included sugar snap peas, shiitake mushrooms, fresh fu, tofu, konnyaku noodles, chrysanthemum greens, carrots, and more! As expected, the chef cooked everything right in front of us, so we didn't have to crack an egg ourselves. They changed the plates with each serving and added more eggs as needed(#^.^#) We ordered an additional 2 slices of meat, which cost around 3800 yen each, but it was so delicious and satisfying~! Finally, we had their famous fluffy rice and dessert to finish the meal♪ The fluffy rice absorbs the essence of the meat and vegetables, making it incredibly tasty☆ You must try it, it's a must-have laugh Sukiyaki's broth was a bit spicy for me, but it was still delicious, so I would love to go back(#^.^#) It was a truly pampering course♪ Thank you for the meal!

Today is the one day a year when I can enjoy all-you-can-eat sukiyaki at Imahan. It's a luxurious day with all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat, but the main event is definitely the beef suki. The question is, how many slices can I fit into my stomach? It's a battle of the heart. Starting from the moment of the first delicious slice, the marathon quickly turned into a pace slowdown due to the stomach's cries of protest. From there, I slowly progressed, consulting with my stomach along the way. In the end, I managed to devour what would usually cost around 60,000 yen worth of meat. It was a blissful time that felt like a dream, but now I'm terrified to face the scale... Thank you for the feast.

I wonder how many years it has been since I had such delicious sukiyaki. As soon as it enters your mouth, it melts. I could eat as many slices as I want. It's a luxury for me, so I went as a reward. After visiting a client in Ginza, it was lunchtime, and I decided to have a slightly luxurious lunch with three acquaintances. We made a reservation and headed to "Imahan Ginza" in Ginza. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of the Koshoken Building, along Ginza Suzuran Street, a short walk from Ginza Station. As expected of a high-class establishment, we were greeted by staff who guided us to a private room where we could take off our shoes. The room was spacious and luxurious, making it quite a treat for four people to enjoy in the heart of Ginza. The staff brought us menus, but since we were at "Imahan," there was only one choice - the sukiyaki. I ordered the special 120g sukiyaki set, which came with side dishes and dessert. The first dish to arrive was a covered bowl containing beef, eggplant, green beans, and wheat gluten. It made me crave a beer. Then, the highlight - the sukiyaki. The beautifully arranged marbled beef on the plate was truly impressive! The vegetables included Chinese cabbage, okra, shiitake mushrooms, leeks, grilled tofu, crown daisy, carrots, eggplant, wheat gluten, and shirataki noodles. A dedicated staff member cooked the sukiyaki for us, serving it in four portions. The beef, cooked in a slightly sweet sauce, was incredibly delicious. The vegetables absorbed the flavor of the beef, making the dish even more delightful. After finishing it quickly, I added an extra serving of premium beef (120g) and devoured it as well. The meal ended with "fuwadama gohan," where we mixed half-cooked egg with the sukiyaki broth and rice, topped with myoga ginger. It was a satisfying lunch from start to finish. As we left the restaurant, the owner and staff saw us off to the elevator, showing their hospitality. The bill came to around 13,000 yen per person, including service charge. In the midst of this heat, we visited the Imahan shrine to make a visit and then headed to Imahan Ginza store for lunch. We had made a reservation for a lunch course for 6 adults and 2 children. The location is on the 5th floor of Ginza Barneys New York. When we got off the elevator, there was a spacious entrance. The staff came out to greet us and led us to a private room after we took off our shoes and walked on the tatami mats. The interior had a calming Japanese style, simple yet clean in every corner, leaving a good impression. After the warm welcome, they immediately asked if the room temperature was okay. They also brought cold water without ice for the children. The attention to detail was pleasant. We were given thick hot towels and an explanation of the course. We chose the ¥5,000 sukiyaki course this time. They made sure there were no allergies and asked about raw eggs. We started with soft drinks as we were avoiding dining out at night. We were served beef simmered with white leeks, green onions, and carrots. The meat was incredibly tender, coated with a sweet sauce. A flavor I love. Then we moved on to the main sukiyaki dish. The staff carefully grilled and plated the meat for us. We ate the marbled meat with raw egg, and it was exquisite, with the high-quality fat blending perfectly with the sweet and savory sauce. Next came tofu, okra, wheat gluten, scallions, Nasu eggplant, chrysanthemum greens, konnyaku, and shiitake mushrooms. Each was served with a fresh egg. The Nasu eggplant was peeled, removing the unpleasant skin that usually remains in the mouth. The scallions had the central part removed, leaving the delicious part with a bit of texture. Their attention to detail was evident. We also had rice, red miso soup, and pickles with the sukiyaki. For the finish, we made fluffy scrambled eggs with sauce and placed them on rice with myoga. Before dessert, we were served warm barley tea and mango sherbet. The slightly creamy sherbet refreshed our mouths after the hearty meat. The choice of sherbet was excellent. Finally, they served warm green tea. The staff interacted with the children, playing and smiling throughout the meal. They effortlessly replaced the hot towels without us having to ask, showing their thoughtful service. My wife, who usually takes care of the children, was able to enjoy the meal thanks to the excellent staff's treatment of the kids. The bill came to around ¥42,000 including 6 beers, whiskeys, and soft drinks. With the impeccable service and delicious sukiyaki, this price felt surprisingly affordable. Whether for business entertainment or a couple's night out, you can expect a pleasant dining experience. But the exceptional service we received as a family was truly remarkable. We were escorted to the elevator on our way out, and as the door closed, my parents expressed their gratitude, saying they would love to come back again. Thank you, Imahan, for a truly wonderful experience.
