A Chinese and wine restaurant in Nagafukucho. I was invited and joined by reservation with 4 people. We were seated at a round table with 3 other people. The layout includes a counter seat at the back where about 3 people can sit. Since there were 4 of us, we ordered wine by the bottle to share. We started with sparkling wine. The dishes overall had a gentle flavor. Pouring the sauce from the braised pork over the rice porridge was delicious. The additional mixed noodles seemed endless (laughs). - Appetizer platter Octopus and cucumber in Japanese dressing, Shrimp surimi tempura with corn, Asparagus and bitter melon in mustard dressing, Spring rolls with sweetfish and torch ginger, Eggplant and basil stew, Braised pork with lemon and sansho pepper sauce, Chicken-cooked jasmine rice porridge, Mixed noodles, Almond jelly.

Chilled noodles with peach and almond, available for one week only. There was a prediction of crowds on Instagram, but luckily I only had to wait about 5 minutes to get in. The dish had a lot of ingredients and the effort put into it was evident. However, I couldn't really taste the peach in it. Overall, it was a good meal. I felt like it's not great for customers to hear various things being said.

I had trouble getting a reservation due to timing, but I saw cancellation information on Instagram and was able to make a reservation through DM. The restaurant has both round tables and a counter, and on this day, there were a lot of women. The portions are more suited for women, so men might find it a bit lacking, but each dish is carefully made. The price of 6,600 yen per person plus drinks is understandable given its popularity! (I forgot to take some photos, so there were other dishes as well.) It's a great place for 2-3 friends to enjoy together.

A group of 6 female drinking buddies finally made a reservation for the famous round table at the Chinese restaurant they had been wanting to visit for a long time. The restaurant is located in Nagafukucho, Suginami-ku, and all seats start at 7:00 PM sharp, so being late is strictly prohibited. The menu consists of only one course priced at 5,500 yen, allowing guests to enjoy seasonal and fresh ingredients. The course includes an assortment of appetizers, grilled sticky rice dumplings, spring rolls with white fish and fiddleheads, simmered glass noodles and oysters, pork belly with onion sauce, jasmine rice porridge, and citrus almond tofu. The natural wines served were PINOT BLANC PUR 2020 by BRAND BROS and La Lunotte ORMEAUX [2020]. The monthly changing course and natural wines filled both the hearts and bodies of the guests. The five-ingredient siu mai features shrimp, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, dried scallops, and soybeans, each ingredient standing out while creating a symphony of flavors. The stir-fried chicken and Chinese yam with black vinegar is refreshing, with a healthy taste of chicken permeating through. The jasmine rice chicken broth porridge combines the lightness of jasmine rice with the rich flavor of chicken broth, complemented by the savory taste of fermented bean sauce. It was a Chinese cuisine that bloomed delicately. Creative Chinese cuisine. Delicate flavors. The appetizer and Tianjin dish that came out first were excellent. The gin and soda with the scent of osmanthus was also good. The cost performance was decent, with two drinks costing 9,000 yen.

It's like a dreamy space, almost too good to be true. It feels more like being invited to a home-cooked meal than going to a restaurant. I feel so light and happy on the way back that I could skip. Having plate after plate of delicious food makes me so happy, and having a steamer just for you is so special! The corn spring rolls burst with flavor in your mouth, leaving a refreshing sensation. The fried eggplant, light and snack-like, with a burst of Sichuan pepper, is irresistible. The rich and tender meat melts in your mouth, and drizzling the sauce over the rice at the end is pure bliss.
