This time, I tried both the chuck flap tail of black-haired wagyu and the rib of black-haired wagyu, and they both melted in my mouth with a good amount of bounce and not greasy, so they were easy to eat!! Moreover, I have always had the impression that black-haired wagyu is scarce at yakiniku restaurants, but here, they serve large pieces of black-haired wagyu, around 7 slices! So, the satisfaction of eating was outstanding, and I was so happy! The tongue was also amazing! I ordered both the premium tongue and the green onion salted tongue, and both were equally delicious! They had a good texture without being too tough, and they were so tasty! I felt like the premium tongue was thicker! The seasoning of the green onion that comes with it is also amazing, and when wrapped and eaten, it makes you want to pat your cheeks! The seasoning of the rib was sweet and amazing, and the fat just melts in your mouth! I was so happy! All the meat had a perfect balance of fat that wasn't overwhelming, so I could eat as much as I wanted! I also had the bibim noodles, which were not too spicy and addictive, so I couldn't stop eating them! The portion was quite generous, so I recommend it! Lastly, it is a very reasonable price, and you can enjoy carefully selected delicious meat, and they have proper courses, so there were many people having parties there!

I had sirloin and ribeye, and the ribeye was delicious! The Namul platter was generous and a must-order for a palate cleanser! I love hormone, and they have various types available, so you can enjoy your favorites. Highly recommended! The standout was the zabuton! It had a nice marbling, truly delicious! I made a reservation and it was only 5000 yen, which is cheap! The food was delicious. Although it said no smoking, when I asked the staff, they gave me an ashtray and I was able to smoke at my table. For dessert, I had salt ramen and it was surprisingly delicious! A small restaurant located on the 3rd floor of a mixed-use building, just a 3-minute walk from Ueno Station. We tried the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course for 6,960 yen, featuring black wagyu beef. I didn't have high expectations for the all-you-can-eat meat, but the quality of the black wagyu beef ribs and loin was outstanding and incredibly delicious! Unfortunately, beef tongue was not included in the menu, so we ordered the premium beef tongue separately. The photo shows two servings. If this is the quality of meat for all-you-can-eat, then I am very satisfied! I would love to come back again.

Early morning visit to the zoo. Graduated before noon and had lunch. Feeling tired from traveling and craving meat, we wandered around Ueno Okachimachi and found this place. "Welcome, please come in," the busy staff greeted us. They quickly prepared our orders. - 3 types of grilled meat lunch: Beef, pork, and chicken, all delicious and generous portions. Not traditional Japanese cuisine, but still very tasty. - Beef Harami grilled meat set: My daughter loves Harami, and it was delicious with no unpleasant smell. - Stone bibimbap with grilled beef lunch: My wife ordered this and it was piping hot and incredibly delicious. We also had Kirin beer and cola for lunch service price, totaling around ¥3,000. They only accept cash for lunch. Overall, this grilled meat lunch place offers a good balance of location, quality, and price. Thanks to this meal, we regained our energy! Thank you for the meal!

Since my companion's birthday was approaching, we were drawn to this and decided to dine there. Unfortunately, we couldn't order the Meat Tower as it requires a reservation. For the meat, you can choose between all-you-can-eat or a la carte. We opted for a la carte this time. We ordered Kakuteki, Chorogi Salad, Sakura Yukke, Black Wagyu Special Three-Point Platter (Upper Kalbi, Upper Loin, Ichibo), Upper Tongue Salt, Upper Loin, Upper Mino, and Cold Noodles. The thickness of each slice of meat was surprising, much thicker than other yakiniku restaurants. The Kalbi was a bit oily despite reviews saying otherwise. As we left, we noticed a crowd of people waiting outside the restaurant. It seemed like many young groups were there for the all-you-can-eat option. The all-you-can-eat course is reasonably priced. The popular choice is the Black Wagyu all-you-can-eat course with the famous Meat Tower included.

There seemed to be only one staff member, who appeared to be foreign. This caused some minor issues, such as the reserved course not being applied or the staff being slow to respond. However, the cost performance and taste were excellent! The vegetables and meat provided at the beginning were finished before ordering more, but it wasn't too strict.

Beef kalbi, pork toro yakiniku lunch for 880 yen. Today, continuing from yesterday, I had yakiniku in Ueno. I had been thinking of going but hadn't gone, so I decided to have lunch here. I entered at 11:47 AM and found a seat near the entrance. There were no customers before or after me in sight, so it felt like a private dining experience. The lunch menu was extensive, so I hesitated a bit before ordering the beef kalbi and pork toro yakiniku lunch. It was served in about 4 minutes, with 5 pieces of beef kalbi, 5 pieces of pork toro, salad, pickles, namul, rice, and soup on the table. The pork toro had a good texture, and you could feel the sweetness of the fat as you chewed. The kalbi had a moderate amount of fat and a good chewy texture. The kalbi I had yesterday was so delicious, so maybe I shouldn't compare, but I wished for a bit more fatty kalbi. It was delicious. I used it for lunch on November 25, 2021. Rating: 3.24

After finishing up my business in Ueno, I was looking for a place to have lunch with the option to drink. There were plenty of choices, but I was determined to find a place that served yakiniku lunch. I spotted a lunch sign and decided to go in, only to realize I had walked into the wrong restaurant. Embarrassed, I left and headed to the next door elevator to the third floor. The restaurant I ended up at was Yakiniku Nikunomachi, where I ordered the 3 kinds of yakiniku lunch set for 880 yen. The set included beef kalbi, pork kalbi, and young chicken thigh, along with rice, soup, salad, kimchi, and namul. The meat was delicious, especially when dipped in the fruity yakiniku sauce. The pork kalbi was fatty and flavorful, while the young chicken thigh was tender and paired well with lemon juice. The seaweed-rich spicy soup, kimchi, and bean sprout namul were nice touches to the meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the salad as well. Overall, I left satisfied and happy with the meal. The bill came to 880 yen, cash only during lunchtime. It was a great value for a satisfying yakiniku lunch experience.

After shopping in Ueno, I met up with a drinking buddy and we were in the mood for some hearty meat, so we headed to a yakiniku restaurant not far from Hirokoji Intersection. We opted for the 90-minute all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course featuring black wagyu beef and pork. We had a blast enjoying the meat and drinks to our heart's content. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat course started with kimchi, namul, salad, and a platter of assorted grilled meats. The platter alone was quite satisfying with a variety of beef, pork, chicken, and offal. The portions were generous, and the kimchi and namul were also served in large quantities, adding to the value. The meat was all well-marbled and flavorful, especially the beef and pork which were incredibly juicy. The fresh vegetables like onions and shiitake mushrooms were also delicious. Even with the all-you-can-drink option, the price was very reasonable at around 4000 yen, making it a great deal for the quality of food. However, we found ourselves getting full faster than expected, perhaps due to eating the fatty meat on an empty stomach. I requested the Instagrammable Meat Tower Course at the Ameyoko Side Meat Town Ueno Main Store. The meat tower, a 3-tiered dish full of volume, was different from the menu sample and the daily recommendation was included. This was clearly stated on the website, which is important! The side dishes included 4 types of namul (Korean seasoned vegetables) - radish, bean sprouts, fern, spinach. The kimchi was generously served with radish, cucumber, and Chinese cabbage. The salad was also a hearty portion. The vegetable kimchi, namul, and salad were all full of volume. We started with the vegetables, then enjoyed the meat in the middle. I ate a lot! My friend had two servings of the all-you-can-eat rice. The staff kindly recommended a smaller portion of noodles for the all-you-can-eat option. The onion was wild, which I found interesting. The all-you-can-eat also included ramen, which we enjoyed. For dessert, we had ice cream - a must with any course! The drink options were soft drinks all-you-can-drink, and I had 100% orange juice and cola. I wished alcoholic drinks were included at this price point. I saw a group of students who seemed happy to eat a lot, which made me think all-you-can-eat BBQ must be convenient for them. Despite feeling very full, we left the restaurant satisfied. We went to this place where you can eat high-quality, low-priced all-you-can-eat yakiniku with our family. It was located just a short walk from the Hirokoji exit of JR Ueno Station, right across the pedestrian crossing. We arrived around 4:30 pm and it was still not crowded, but as time passed, more and more customers started coming in. It's a popular place, it seems. This time, we didn't drink alcohol, so we opted for the "Black Wagyu Beef & Pork Yakiniku All-You-Can-Eat" course with free-flowing soft drinks for 90 minutes, priced at 4480 yen including tax. The all-you-can-eat menu included: [Appetizers] Kimchi platter/Namul/Salad The kimchi had a rich flavor and was delicious. The salad was full of lettuce, and there was plenty of namul. It was perfect for snacking on while eating yakiniku. [Yakiniku] Black Wagyu Beef Kalbi/Black Wagyu Beef Sirloin/Beef Harami/Wagyu Heart/Beef Hormone/Pork Kalbi/Pork Sirloin/Pork Toro/Young Chicken Thigh/Gizzards/Wiener/Long Green Onion/Shiitake Mushroom/Onion/Squid/Shrimp We started with a yakiniku platter, and being big eaters, we finished it quickly. The hormone was delicious. We had oolong tea and cola to drink. It had been a while since I had cola, but cola and yakiniku go so well together. It was really delicious, with just the right amount of carbonation. I ended up having three glasses. We had seconds of the Black Wagyu Beef Kalbi and Black Wagyu Beef Sirloin, two servings each. And then we both got hooked on the Black Wagyu Beef Kalbi and ended up having four more servings. The fat caused the flames to flare up while grilling, but the staff brought ice to calm it down quickly. When grilled slightly burnt, it had a delicious aroma. For the meal, we had salt ramen and bibimbap. Even though we had eaten a lot of meat and vegetables, we still felt like we could eat more. The soup was delicious. For dessert, they served us each a vanilla ice cream. Eating vanilla ice cream after yakiniku was refreshing. The amount of yakiniku platter served at the beginning was large, so if you have a small appetite, you might prefer ordering a la carte. It's a great deal for those who can eat a lot even without alcohol. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm, and the table seats were spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the attentive staff, it was easy to get refills. Thank you for the meal.
