I used a private room. The environment was very good even though I had to discuss complicated matters. The food was delicious, and I'm thinking of trying the sukiyaki next time. One thing to note is that there is a drink all-you-can option, and if you usually drink a normal amount, it is definitely worth choosing the all-you-can-drink option. That's all!

I visited the restaurant because I had a craving for shabu-shabu after a long time. I believe it is a must to compare different brands of pork when eating shabu-shabu! The meat had marbling but the fat was not overwhelming, and I could eat as many slices as I wanted. The vegetables were mediocre. I wished there were more varieties like mushrooms to enjoy.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was different from the surrounding area, with a sophisticated Japanese modern feel. This time, I made a reservation at this calm restaurant for a meal with relatives. It was a great choice. I ordered the "Limited Summer Course" and enjoyed the mix of Japanese and Italian dishes. I was excited to see what the next dish would be. The course included a variety of meat, fish, and vegetables, providing a balanced and healthy meal. From Ikebukuro West Exit towards Don Quijote, there is a Japanese-style restaurant underground which is great for business entertainment. This time, I enjoyed a luxurious course with Yamagata beef and Agu pork shabu-shabu. At my age, I find pork shabu-shabu tastier than beef. It was a satisfying course.

The atmosphere is calm and perfect for an adult date. All the dishes that came out were delicious. I couldn't imagine what kind of dishes would come from the menu, but the staff explained them carefully and I was very satisfied. I especially liked the sukiyaki soup with beef bone.

I went with two friends. It is located underground and the atmosphere inside is quiet and nice. There were many couples. There were private rooms available. The staff were attentive and explained the dishes politely. The shabu-shabu was delicious, and the appetizers were also very tasty! I would like to go again for celebrations. There were rice ball souvenirs on the way home. I ate it when I got home and it was delicious ⭐︎

She and I visited the restaurant together. We had reserved a private room, and we were seated in a simple Japanese-style private room. We ordered a course that compared Yamagata beef and Agu pork. First, we had steamed egg custard with shrimp and mountain vegetables. It had a gentle and comforting taste, perfect for warming up our bodies. Next, we had ham with cheese and truffle butter, which went well with our drinks. The seasonal sashimi included seared bonito and sea bream, served with a delicious shiso sauce. Then came the crispy fried fish in kataifi pastry, accompanied by a special vegetable sauce. Finally, it was time for the meat! The seared Yamagata beef had a perfect balance of fat and lean meat, with a hint of charcoal aroma. And then the main dish arrived – a shabu-shabu platter featuring Kagoshima pork shoulder, Agu pork belly, and Yamagata beef. The platter looked luxurious and was served with kombu dashi and beef bone soup for the shabu-shabu. The Kagoshima pork was refreshing and flavorful, the Agu pork belly was incredibly sweet and delicious, and the Yamagata beef was simply outstanding with its marbling and tender texture. We were both amazed by the deliciousness of the pork and beef. We thoroughly enjoyed the fish and meat, and we were completely satisfied. To finish off, we had ginger sorbet and received rice balls as a souvenir when we paid the bill. We ate the rice balls on the Shinkansen ride back, and they were also delicious! I visited Bettei Jusan in Ikebukuro. Honestly, Ikebukuro didn't have this kind of restaurant before, so I decided to check it out. It gives off a strong impression of being a place for business entertainment. I feel like it may not be a popular spot for young couples on a date. I tried the Agu pork and Kirishima pork set course, and I found it interesting that there were two types of broth like in a hot pot, but I thought maybe just kombu broth would be enough. It might be nice to focus more on the quality of the ingredients. It seems like a good place for business entertainment where you don't have to think too much. The service staff didn't come by often, but it wasn't a big issue. There aren't many restaurants in Ikebukuro with a sophisticated atmosphere suitable for business entertainment, so it could be a good option.

After attending an event at Sunshine City, I decided to visit this restaurant that had caught my eye (*´꒳`*). It's located on Heiwadoori Shotengai, just a little over a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station West Exit. The restaurant is supervised by Masatsugu Yuu, the former head chef at Shigira Bay in Miyako Island, and it's known for having many sports athletes' signatures. You can choose between sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, and this time I ordered the Shou course which allows you to enjoy Agu pork shabu-shabu (๑´ㅂ`๑). I also had a lemon sour to cheers♪♪ - Appetizers: Two kinds of starters including a steamed egg custard with shrimp and mountain vegetables, and prosciutto with stracciatella cheese topped with special black truffle pate. - Main dishes: Appetizer with sea bream and sea bass in homemade shiso sauce, and deep-fried fresh fish in kataifi with special vegetable sauce. - Premium dish: Tataki of Yamagata beef with grated radish and spring onion. - Shabu-shabu: Three types of meat to compare - Yamagata beef, Kirishima pork shoulder loin, and Agu pork loin. - Finale: Zosui (rice porridge) made by the hostess with chicken broth, rice, and egg. - Dessert: Cassis sorbet. Choices of ① beef bone broth or ② amber broth with shiitake mushrooms and kelp. A mix of ❶ never frozen Kiri-shima pork and ❷ succulent A5 Wagyu belly meat that you can enjoy heartily. The owner created this restaurant thinking there are few places in Ikebukuro suitable for entertaining guests. It's located near Ikebukuro Station and Don Quijote, where we had a fun and delicious dining experience.

I heard that the Buki, a shabu-shabu restaurant specializing in Agu pork, opened a new branch. I made a reservation for the course menu the day before and visited the restaurant. The menu included a comparison of Agu pork and Kirishima pork, as well as Yamagata beef. The soup options were kelp broth and beef bone broth, with the beef bone broth being the best choice! The meal ended with beef bone ramen, which was delicious. They also had a great selection of Japanese sake, including Type-S and Nishino. I used this restaurant for a reception. It was a private room with a calm atmosphere. Before serving the dishes, a young female manager came to greet us. She explained the dishes in detail. The appetizer, the side dish, the hot dish, and the specialty dish were all elaborate and very elegant and delicious. There is also a sommelier who chooses wine that goes well with the food. I chose the Aguu pork and Yamagata beef shabu-shabu, and you can choose from two types of broth. I chose kelp broth and chicken broth. Dip the shabu-shabu in truffle sauce and it's pure bliss. The meat melts in your mouth. It was a very good atmosphere, excellent food, and great hospitality. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal!

The pork shabu-shabu was delicious, and the appetizers before the course exceeded my expectations. The dishes that can be enjoyed with either sake or wine continue to impress. This restaurant in Ikebukuro is unusually sophisticated for the area. The pork shabu-shabu is served with a dipping sauce that is seasoned with salt and truffle oil. Ponzu sauce is also available upon request. The standard ponzu sauce is also hard to resist. They even gave us onigiri as a souvenir when we left, making the service feel like that of a high-end restaurant. The restaurant is clean, the service is good, and for the price, the satisfaction level is quite high.
