The luxurious shabu-shabu course where you can compare Yamagata beef, carefully selected domestic pork, and Agu pork was a perfect course from start to finish. This is too cost-effective for 10,000 yen. 😄 Although I want to include all my comments, I will narrow it down to a few. First of all, the winner was "shabu-shabu"! This is the main dish, so it was like winning from the start! 😄 The lineup of meats such as "Yamagata beef, Kirishima pork shoulder loin, and Agu pork belly" is undeniably delicious, but what enhances the umami of the meat to the highest level is the "special sauce with truffle oil". I have eaten various shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, but if all restaurants used this sauce, it would be perfect! 😄 And the runner-up was "seasonal sashimi cold dish with homemade shiso sauce". The seasonal sashimi of the day was "striped jack and water octopus", and the compatibility with the homemade shiso sauce was outstanding! The strong flavor of the shiso sauce and the refreshing sashimi were truly exceptional, and it's an item that I sincerely want everyone to try. Restaurants offering carpaccio in the future should refer to this level of quality.
