When transferring at JR Akabane Station and wandering around ecute to adjust the time, I stumbled upon a fairytale! Oh wow, when did this open? I googled it and found out it opened in July this year. Well, I didn't know that (;) By the way, speaking of fairy tales, I used to go to the one in Omiya Sogo a lot... I even ordered 200 of them once. With those memories in mind, I thought I should buy something here since they have a wide variety of fruit sandwiches. As I was admiring the colorful showcase and contemplating my order, suddenly a line started forming behind me. Oh no, I need to decide quickly (;_;) I selected the mango cream (410 yen) and strawberry and shine muscat (540 yen) fruit sandwiches from the 10 or so options available. The lady at the store kindly said, "I'll put in a cold pack for you," and at the end, she said, "Please enjoy it." It gave me a little maid cafe vibe (^◇^;) Was it like that? The strawberry and shine muscat bread and cream are light, so the fruit stands out. Is shine muscat in season right now? It's being sold at quite a high price. It has a firm texture, low acidity, and high sugar content. It looks good and is, in a way, a fruit chosen for the fruit sandwich. The mango has a solid presence, so you can feel it when you eat it (ᵔᴥᵔ) You don't expect the quality of premium mangoes, but at this price, it's more than enough. However, as a fruit sandwich, it's a product that you might end up buying. It's understandable why it's always popular among the fruit sandwiches at Merhen. Merhen has a wide variety, but the prices are somewhat high... Well, there's probably a labor cost for in-store cooking. It might be tough for everyday use, but it could be good for occasional treats or small souvenirs. Since you can eat in here, it seems like a convenient place for a quick meal (*^▽^*)
