Raw oysters were the best with wine as expected. Both the Okayama and Hyogo prefecture oysters were plump and milky! Extremely delicious.

However, the restaurant was run by young girls and specialized in oysters, so I ordered a set with steamed wine oysters, grilled oysters, and an arrangement of raw oysters. They were all delicious, especially the steamed wine oysters, which were so good that I ordered more. If you're looking to enjoy oysters, this place is a good choice.

The daily fresh oysters were incredibly delicious, with a plump and translucent texture. We enjoyed them without any additional condiments. And of course, white wine was the perfect pairing. The hot oyster plate included oyster fry, oyster butter sauté, and oyster garlic butter with herb breadcrumbs. The standout dish was the peperoncino, with plenty of plump oysters mixed in. The pasta absorbed the oyster essence wonderfully. I was so impressed with the peperoncino that I'm already planning to come back and add fresh oysters to it next time. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy oyster dishes even if you're dining alone.
