There is a new bakery called "AKASAKA BAKERY SOYBA Shin-Tomi-cho Store" at Shin-Tomi-cho Station. Each item costs around 400 yen, which is more expensive than other bakeries in the area, but the quality of each item seems high and wonderful! On this day, I bought a bacon epi and a pack of 3 fluffy mochi kinako balls, and they were very delicious.

I visited around 8:45 in the morning. The place used to have a bakery and sandwich shop called "Nordic" which was bustling, but after they left, the shop was renovated and a new place called "SOYBA" opened, focusing on healthier and more delicious bread. They have an eat-in area as well. I bought a Ham and Cheese Vegetable sandwich for 580 yen and ate it at home. It was a satisfying meal, enough for lunch. Thank you for the delicious food.

This is a bakery that opened on August 23rd in the concourse of Shintomicho Station on the Yurakucho Line. They have an eat-in space where you can also order craft beer and wine. However, the prices are a bit high. The ham and cheese sandwich with plenty of purple cabbage costs around 600 yen including tax. It was a bit bland. I forgot to take a photo. I want to go in the evening next time to have some alcohol.

The store itself has a nice atmosphere, and the bread was delicious even though it was a bit pricey. However, I was a bit concerned about the service. One staff member didn't know what to put in the iced coffee and hot coffee, like sugar and gum syrup, and another staff member provided minimal service. I felt that the service was inferior to what you would expect at a school festival booth. That's about the extent of it.
