Today, I went to this place for lunch, which is close to Yotsuya-Sanchome and Akebonobashi. I had a little trouble finding the entrance at first, but I quickly figured it out. I had been curious about this place since I found it on Pocket Concierge. There weren't many reviews on Tabelog, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was hoping to find cheap and delicious tempura in Tokyo. The result is that I probably won't come back. The food was decently tasty, but it didn't leave me wanting to return, especially considering the price range of over 10,000 yen. Maybe it's because it's located in Yotsuya. The scallops were delicious though! Thank you for the meal. The bill came out to be less than 20,000 yen, and I spent about an hour and a half there.

Kondo-san from Araki-cho has opened a tempura restaurant. Visited with a friend and took a taxi from Yotsuya station due to train issues. Managed to arrive just in time. Kondo-san himself was there as the owner. The chef, who has been running the shop, has trained in tempura as well. We sat at the counter and had the chef's choice course. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, from shrimp heads to sweet corn. The eel had a crispy coating. Finished with shrimp rice in a pot and tempura tea. Full and satisfied, enjoyed chatting and can't remember all the details. With few tempura restaurants in Araki-cho, this place is likely to become popular.
