I used it at 3 o'clock. There are counter seats, but not many, probably because the turnover is fast, you can easily get in even during lunchtime. Takeout is also available. Since it is a restaurant that uses healthy pho, I decided to go in right away. I was attracted to the word "limited time offer" and tried the numbingly spicy mala pho. It was extremely spicy! But for me, it was addictive. It's not the spiciness of chili peppers, but that numbing sensation of spiciness. After finishing the meal, you feel warm and cozy. Recommended for relieving summer fatigue!

I had dinner at the eat-in area of a Pho restaurant in the basement of Shibuya's Scramble Square. It's like fast food style, but they have 9 menu options, and I ordered Pad Thai, which is a Thai dish. The Pad Thai was freshly made with plenty of ingredients, and when I used the condiments on the counter, the Thai flavors came out and it was delicious.

I finished work in the morning and had an early lunch at around 11 am. I went to a pho restaurant called Scramble B2, which was not too crowded yet. I ordered the weekly special, the refreshing cold soup pho (950 yen). The pho options include normal, Sen Yai, Bun, and a limited 30 servings per day of brown rice pho (+110 yen). The dish arrived in about 7-8 minutes. The clear and transparent soup was a surprise, different from the typical Japanese cold soup, but when I took a sip, it tasted just like cold soup! The refreshing flavors of myoga and cucumber were delightful. The tender chicken was also delicious. The Bun noodles were thin and slippery, similar to somen noodles, and went well with the cold soup, making it light and refreshing. The fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese flavors was fresh and enjoyable.

I think the bowl is a healthy dish, so I ordered a large serving and a side menu, but it was just a little bit lacking, maybe it's originally meant for women. The limited menu of eggplant and tomatoes was incredibly delicious, I could go back for more anytime. The cost performance is good.

This day, I had a quick meal at a Vietnamese pho eatery located in the Scramble Square underground directly connected to Shibuya Station. It's convenient for when you have limited time because the food comes out quickly when dining in. I've been to the neighboring Japanese eatery a few times before, but this was my first time trying the Vietnamese pho eatery. They offer a wide variety of pho, with 8 types to choose from, or you can choose pad thai (fried noodles). I wanted beef, so I ordered the Beef Pho with lots of green onions (880 yen). I chose the medium-thin brown rice noodles, which had an additional charge of 110 yen, but I like brown rice so I went with that. I added a boiled egg (110 yen) as a topping, which seemed like a good match with the beef. For the set drink, there were options for 150 yen and 220 yen, and I chose the 150 yen jasmine tea. The pho was topped generously with beef and green onions. As expected, the beef and boiled egg went well together! If you're looking for a quick meal in Shibuya, this place is worth considering as an option.

I visited to have a solo lunch at Scramble Square. It was about 80% full but the turnover is fast so I think seats will open up quickly. I don't eat pho often, but it was quite delicious. There are various flavors available, so I think I can go a few times without getting tired of it. It's speedy, affordable, and you can eat quickly, so I recommend it.

A Vietnamese restaurant located in Shibuya Stream that offers both takeout and dine-in options. I tried their pho in the restaurant this time. They have a variety of options ranging from classic to seasonal dishes, but I went with their recommended beef and kujo negi pho. You can choose from three types of noodles, and I chose the flat Sen Yai noodles. The soup had a slightly Japanese flavor to it, with a refreshing taste that was easy to drink up. The noodles were chewy and delicious, and the ingredients had a good presence. Overall, it was a well-executed bowl of pho.

I visited this restaurant after seeing a review that mentioned they can change the noodles to bean sprouts, which was perfect for me as I am on a low-carb diet. Even though the menu didn't mention this option, the staff happily confirmed they could accommodate my request. I decided to try the bean sprout soup instead of the pho, and it was a bit salty with just the bean sprouts, but the tender steamed chicken and abundant bean sprouts made it a satisfying meal. The condiments for pho were authentic and reminded me of my travels in Asia. The staff were efficient and friendly, and despite being located in Shibuya Scramble Square, the prices were reasonable. I look forward to trying the pho next time and exploring more of their unique dishes. I will definitely be back.

Visited after a long time. I have been dropping by since the opening, and the menu has expanded and the regular menu has become even more delicious. I ordered the usual Spicy Beef Ma La Pho for 880 yen, and the numbing spiciness is full of flavor. This is the perfect dish for hot summer days!

★I often buy fish from the newly opened shop next to Shibuya, so I have taken out a few times since it opened. This negi and beef in the pho is unusual and my favorite. I ate it for the first time at the store, and there are many female customers! It's easy to use and still delicious... It's recommended because you can eat it casually. Thank you for the meal ☺︎

Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. A Vietnamese and Thai delicatessen and pho specialty store located on the 2nd basement floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. Operated by "cycle & design Co., Ltd." which deals with ethnic delicacies from Thailand and Vietnam. Other stores like "Good Morning Bangkok," "Good Morning Hanoi," and "COCO CHILI" are also present. The nearest station is the recently transformed Shibuya Station, a bustling hub. Healthy and simple Vietnamese pho is the best! On weekends, while wandering around Shibuya Scramble Square, I stumbled upon this eatery where I could dine in. I decided to try their pho, thinking it would be light. There were two staff members. They offer Vietnamese pho for takeout, ethnic burritos, and Vietnamese & Thai cuisine in one corner, while there is a dining area in the back. Orders are placed by checking off items on a paper using a red pen. Cashless payment is available, with payment made afterwards. By the way, they have stopped serving banh mi (Vietnamese-style sandwich) since the opening and have started offering ethnic burritos from March 1st. Today's order: Grilled Chicken Standard Pho for 680 yen. Starting with the basic chicken pho, you can choose from pho (flat, chewy noodles), senyai (extra thick flat noodles), or bun (slippery thin round noodles). I opted for the basic pho. Squeezing lime juice over the top, with cilantro, watercress, bean sprouts, and a few grilled chicken pieces, the chewy pho, and the light chicken broth were delicious. The default is always kept simple. It is common to use table condiments. Adjust the taste to your liking by adding chili sauce with garlic, chili sauce with acidity, the classic spicy condiment sriracha, fish sauce (nam pla), Thai chili powder (prik pong), and an original spicy condiment with garlic, ginger, lemongrass, etc. It was so delicious. I love ramen, but I also enjoy the healthy and gentle Vietnamese pho.

Had lunch at the eat-in corner of a Vietnamese cuisine shop in the food show on the B2F of Shibuya Scramble Square. I was torn between the beef and green onion pho, but I decided to go for the standard grilled chicken (680 yen) to get a taste of the basic flavors, as I was worried it might disappoint compared to Pho Tint Tokyo. I customized it by choosing pho noodles, upsizing (100 yen), 1/4 lime (80 yen), and no cilantro. There were four condiments including Sriracha on the table. First, I took a sip of the soup. It had a rich seafood flavor and was delicious. The grilled chicken was easy to eat and had a satisfying smoky taste. If I had one wish, it would be for wet wipes (or a paper apron) as squeezing the lime made my hands wet. Since I enjoyed the flavor, I would like to try the monthly specials or new items next time.

I visited the restaurant "UP Noodle TOKYO" located in the TOKYU Food show EDGE on the B2F floor of Shibuya Scramble Square during lunchtime in early February. The restaurant has a counter seating area with 7 seats, and I chose a seat at the back. The menu offers 9 types of pho, a type of Thai noodle dish. I was intrigued by the limited-time creamy soup pho, so I ordered the "Mentaiko and Shiso Cream Pho" (718 yen). The dish arrived quickly, and it consisted of thin rice noodles with mentaiko, shiso, chopped seaweed, green onions, and sesame. The creamy soup had a smooth texture with a coconut fragrance, perfect for warming up in the winter. Mixing the mentaiko into the soup added a nice salty flavor, and the abundance of sesame seeds gave it a healthy touch. The noodles paired well with the soup, but I could see how thick noodles would also be a good choice. I finished every last drop of the soup and enjoyed the meal.

I visited around 8:00 PM on a regular day. It is located on the B2 floor of Scramble Square, among other stores like deli and bakery. I decided to stop by to buy some bread after work, but the food looked so delicious and cheap that I impulsively entered. They offer seating for dining in, and the counter setup makes it easy for solo diners. It was my first time, so I ordered the Grilled Chicken Standard Pho for ¥580. It's so cheap... I heard that pho is a very affordable food in Vietnam, but it's rare to find a place in Japan that offers it this cheaply. Moreover, you can customize your bowl by choosing toppings and soup types to suit your taste. You can even ask for no cilantro or add more. I opted for a simple pho with no toppings, and it was amazing!!! The soup was delicious! It had a simple yet tasty chicken broth. I finished it all. The chicken, which seemed to be two types, was very tender and had a luxurious taste. The portion was just right, and it looked visually appealing. Since it's directly connected to Shibuya Station, I want to visit again soon! They also had a variety of banh mi sandwiches that I want to try!

I wanted to kill time at Hikarie but it opened late, so I wandered around Shibuya Scramble Square and had breakfast at a Banh Mi and Pho shop here. There are counter seats available for a small number of people to dine in. The menu for Pho is varied, ranging from simple to spicy and original dishes. I ordered the 580 yen chicken Pho and you can also opt for healthier options like changing the noodles to bean sprouts. It was served quickly without much wait. At 580 yen, it's affordable compared to eating at a department store basement, and it's healthy, delicious, and light, making it perfect for a morning meal.

Recently, I've been encountering a lot of delays in train schedules. On this day, I arrived in Shibuya 30 minutes late, which affected my transfer. I decided to quickly grab something to eat at Scramble Square before my plans. I walked around the floor and found a Vietnamese pho restaurant in the middle with a small eat-in area. I ordered the cheapest option, the normal grilled chicken pho. The broth was simple, with a slightly oily taste from the chicken fat, so I squeezed some lime to freshen it up. You can adjust the amount of cilantro, but I personally wanted more. Surprisingly, the chicken was delicious, nicely grilled with a good amount of saltiness. I hope this place stays around for a while, as finding affordable options to eat in Shibuya can be quite challenging.

Today's meal is at this restaurant, "UP Noodle TOKYO," located inside Shibuya Scramble Square. It's a counter-only restaurant, perfect for a quick meal. The beef yakiniku and leek pho is delicious, with the flavor of the beef yakiniku seeping into the soup. You can also choose your own toppings and noodles, so it seems like a place you can visit without getting tired of it. Check out more of Shiroko's blog here: http://kapilog.yutabi.net/

Today's lunch in Shibuya at UpNoodle near the station is just a minute away from the Tokyu Line ticket gate. I had the Spicy Kalabaw Beef Noodle Soup for 840 yen, with no extra toppings. I chose the Senyai noodles (thick flat noodles), which looked beautiful and had a strong broth flavor with just the right amount of spiciness. Delicious, close by, and quick!

Category: [Tokyo] Thai and Vietnamese cuisine ☆ Shibuya Lunch Located on the underground 2nd floor of Skusk, a new eat-in restaurant opened last week. UPNoodleTOKYO offers takeout options for dry noodles, Banh Mi, and Pho, but you can also enjoy freshly made dishes at the 7-seat counter inside the shop. They offer three types of noodles: Pho, Sen Yai, and Bun. While Sen Yai is a safe choice, I decided to try Bun this time to get a clearer idea of the shop's quality. Orders are taken using a form with a LaSion pen, with my number being M300-T2 this time. Launched in 1964, LaSion pens are known for their water-based ink that doesn't smudge even when wet, and they come in 20 different colors. I ordered the Beef Yakiniku and Negi Pho (Bun) for 790 yen, with an additional 100 yen for a large portion. The beef used was chewy and flavorful, giving off an authentic vibe. The soup was seasoned with Sriracha, hoisin sauce, and lemongrass, and the addition of garlic, ginger, and lemongrass in the broth kept the taste interesting until the last drop. The Bun noodles, although dry, had a nice chewiness and weren't cheaply made. Despite the focus on design, the dish was well-executed and highly recommended. In my experience, newer Vietnamese restaurants often pay more attention to detail and tend to be more delicious than traditional ones.
