The first time I visited this restaurant was for a business dinner, in the evening. It has a very calm atmosphere and I also use it for lunch now. Since it is a place for business dinners, the interior has a luxurious feel. I often see people using it for entertaining clients even during lunch. There are no private rooms, but they seem to have partitions to separate the space. They have lunch courses as well, but I think you might need a reservation for that. The lunch is really a great deal!! In addition to the regular menu, they have weekly and monthly specials. It's always exciting to visit this place. And everything is delicious. It's fine for solo female or male diners. You can casually walk in. The staff is very gentlemanly and gives off a high-end vibe. The weekly lunch includes a main dish, 3 side dishes, soup, and almond jelly for only 1300 yen. It's a steal!! The photo with fruits on top is a separate order of almond jelly for lunch, which costs 350 yen. Customers who order noodles also get free rice. You can eat to your heart's content. The restaurant is located in a basement off the main street, and it can get crowded during lunchtime. But since it's in the business district, the turnover is quite fast. I will include photos of the weekly and monthly specials, as well as the regular dishes like ankake yakisoba and mapo tofu.

I used a stylish Chinese restaurant in the Kanda area for a New Year's lunch. I had made a reservation in advance, so I was able to enter normally, but it was crowded during lunchtime. The restaurant had a high-class atmosphere and I was seated in a private room. Today, I ordered the 3500 yen lunch course. It included a three kinds of appetizers, stir-fried shrimp with ginger and green onion, chicken and tofu skin tempura, mapo tofu with shirako, smoked pork belly steamed soup, crab and lettuce fried rice, and dessert, a total of 7 items. The mapo tofu with shirako was particularly delicious. Rice was not included in the course, so I ordered a small portion of rice to have with the meal. The prices for individual items were a bit high, so I felt that this restaurant is more suited for business meals, events, or a more formal lunch setting. One disappointing aspect was that the draft beer had too much foam... not sure if it was just a one-time issue, but I hope they can improve that. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant around 1 pm on Saturday and was seated at a table right away. It was a hot day, so I was considering the chilled tantan noodles, but I decided to try the five-ingredient ankake yakisoba with rice instead. I like the calm atmosphere and service here, so I come occasionally, and they never disappoint. I enjoyed the authentic Chinese cuisine of the ankake yakisoba, which sets it apart from the typical local Chinese restaurants.

I noticed that the menu had changed from "Sesame Sauce Cold Chinese Noodles" to "Cold Tan Tan Noodle Salad" as I walked by the storefront. As a lover of spicy food, I immediately entered the restaurant. The price was a bit high, but the atmosphere was chic and calming. I ordered the "Cold Tan Tan Noodle Salad" in a large portion and extra spicy. It was served in less than 10 minutes. At first, I thought "Is this really a large portion?" but when I mixed the noodles with the sauce, I realized it was actually quite a lot. The design of the bowl made it look like less. The noodles were thin and straight, with a good texture. The sauce had a nice balance of spiciness and numbing sensation, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. I tried to balance it out by adding vinegar from the condiment set, but it was still salty. Normally, a small serving of rice is served with noodle dishes during lunch, but maybe because I ordered a large portion, I wasn't asked if I wanted rice. The restaurant was not crowded even during lunchtime, probably due to the price range, and it had a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. I was happy to see black disposable aprons already placed on the table. Thank you for the meal!

I used it for a dinner invitation. I had a course meal. The appetizer included sashimi and was beyond typical Chinese cuisine, very delicious. The shark fin soup had whitebait in it, which seemed a bit unnecessary as it distracted from the flavor of the soup. The cream stir-fry was as expected, but had a unique twist that I really liked. The Aqua Pazza was fresh and had a Chinese-style twist. While there wasn't anything exceptionally delicious, each dish had its own unique touch which was nice. The restaurant is located underground and easy to overlook, but I heard they also serve lunch so I would like to visit again.

I visited the restaurant around 1 pm on Saturday and was seated at a spacious 4-person table with 2 customers already there and 1 customer who came after me. I usually hang around this area, but happened to discover this restaurant and decided to have lunch there. The interior was very stylish and clean, and the service was very polite, which I really liked. It might get crowded during lunchtime on weekdays since many working people come, but I definitely want to come back again. This time, I had the cold mixed noodle with sesame sauce, which was delicious.

I walked a little on Nihonbashi Street from Kanda Station towards Shin-Nihonbashi Station. When I turned left ahead towards Nakasendo, I noticed a Chinese restaurant called "Ryusenka" in the basement of a brand new building. After watching for a while, I was drawn towards the restaurant by the women working nearby. Today, I decided to go in and walked down the stairs to a high-class entrance. Due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, disinfection and temperature checks were being conducted before entering. I was guided to a table for four, all by myself. I looked at the menu and ordered the tantanmen. I thought I would have to wait, but the dish arrived in no time. At first glance, the soup looked very red. It was topped with meat miso, nuts, and green vegetables as an accent. I took a sip of the soup. I first felt the sourness and spiciness. Then, when I mixed the meat miso and nuts and tasted it, I could feel the umami gradually. The noodles were yulmien, typical of Chinese restaurants. They were thin but had a strong firmness. Overall, it was a tantanmen with a slightly elegant spiciness and a light umami taste. After the meal, I had warm oolong tea. It is a strictly orthodox Chinese restaurant.

June 2020 Lunch Visit ☆3.5 The atmosphere of the restaurant is the most urgent in Kanda Chinese. I once went to the front of the store during the state of emergency, but it was closed. I confirmed on the HP that it had reopened after the cancellation, and visited the store with great anticipation. Going down the stairs to the basement, the store looks new and gives a luxurious impression. There is a menu and alcohol disinfection at the entrance, and before opening the automatic door, the staff welcomes you and checks your temperature properly. I was smoothly guided to my seat. There is a tall wine cellar in the aisle, filled with wine. The restaurant has several spacious rooms, and at each entrance there are items with silver buckets attached to them. I only glanced for a moment, so I'm not sure, but I think it's probably for wine (I don't drink at fancy places, so I don't really know, probably). The customer seats are unified in a dark gray color, and a large mirror is hung on one side. Paper towels and aprons are already set on the table. The restaurant BGM is Smooth Jazz Express's Emotion. A saxophone is an impressive song. I ordered the mapo tofu set meal for 1200 yen without hesitation. The contents are mapo tofu, rice, zasai, 2 meat shumai, and egg and corn soup. Mapo tofu... hot, not too spicy, soft and crumbly tofu. Not too much oil either. Meat shumai... just okay. I was expecting something a little higher level. Soup... a delicious soup with egg and corn that never disappoints. Rice & zasai... generally delicious. Tea... I had Chinese tea after the meal. During the meal, the staff checked the store with a water bottle, and I thought the service was good. It has a luxurious atmosphere, and the mapo tofu was delicious, but in terms of the meal content alone, I thought it would be nice to have dessert included for this price. I think the cost is for the service and interior, as it is a place where you can relax and enjoy your meal. It is a place where you can spend a pleasant lunchtime when you want to relax alone or have a nice lunch in a good atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

Sometimes it's nice to treat yourself to a fancy Chinese lunch. Located behind the Yamanashi Chuo Bank on Chuo Street is the Izumiyo SY Building, a 9-story building completed in 2018. In the basement of this building is a Chinese restaurant called Ryusenka. This building is the Tokyo branch office of Izumiyo Kogyo Co., Ltd., a company based in Osaka that specializes in amusement facilities such as Yokohama Cosmo World. Ryusenka is part of Izumiyo Kogyo's food service business, with sister restaurants including Rodos and Ryumon. The restaurant has an upscale atmosphere, so I decided to check it out for lunch before visiting for dinner. The lunch menu starts at 1,000 yen including tax. As I descended the stairs, I was greeted by two sharply dressed staff members. The entrance exudes a coat check vibe, but since it was a 1,000 yen lunch, I was shown to my table without having to check my coat. The restaurant is divided into about three rooms, and I was seated in the largest room. There are four 4-person tables and four 2-person tables. The brown-based, chic, and calming atmosphere with ample space between tables was quite nice. Each table was set with a black paper apron and a paper towel. The Oyster Sauce Stir-Fried Shrimp and Asparagus dish was priced at 1,200 yen and came with rice, soup, gyoza, and pickled vegetables. The creamy corn and egg soup was well-seasoned. The dish featured plump shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, yam, and ginger root all tossed in oyster sauce, making for a delicious combination. The carrots were intricately cut as a garnish. The rice was cooked perfectly, which is important. This lunch set had a unique touch compared to traditional Chinese eateries. After the meal, they served complimentary jasmine tea. The natural and sophisticated service was quite pleasant.

Today, I decided to try a new restaurant in Kanda. I had been rejected three times before at this new place, but I arrived early at 1 o'clock. Instead of staying in Kanda, I decided to head south towards a Chinese restaurant that I had wanted to visit. The restaurant, called "Ryusenka," had a luxurious atmosphere that set it apart from the typical local Chinese eateries. It was located underground, so I couldn't see inside from the street. I decided to go down the stairs and explore. As I descended, I encountered a group of elderly ladies who seemed pleased and content. The restaurant had a spacious and relaxing ambiance, with large tables that could accommodate four people comfortably. The menu mainly focused on noodles, which is a staple for my group when it comes to Chinese cuisine. The lunch course for two at 3500 yen seemed convenient. I ordered the "Shokunin Tanmen" and the "Gomoku Ankake Soup Noodles" and requested the noodles to be cooked firm. The noodles had a smooth and satisfying texture, unlike those found at ramen or typical Chinese restaurants. The "Gomoku Ankake Soup Noodles" had a generous amount of ingredients, including well-prepared cuttlefish and hand-cut pork. The dish was rich in vegetables and did not skimp on quality. Overall, I was impressed by the restaurant and the quality of the food. It was a satisfying dining experience.

I had been exploring the inside of Coredo Nihonbashi recently, so I hadn't come to the Kanda Station area for a while. I discovered a high-end looking restaurant that I wasn't familiar with. Feeling adventurous, I decided to go in. There were already two groups of customers waiting. The layout of the restaurant seemed spacious and I was led to a large table for four. I felt a bit self-conscious about taking up such a big table by myself, but it seemed to be the norm here. Looking around, I noticed that everyone was comfortably using the tables without any issues. Finally checking the reviews on Tabelog, I saw that although there weren't many, there were some familiar names leaving reviews, which was impressive considering the restaurant had only been open for about half a year. I ordered the crab and lettuce fried rice. The fried rice arrived fairly quickly, accompanied by egg corn soup. The portion of fried rice was average to slightly on the small side. The taste was okay, but I felt the price was a bit high for what you get. However, they served hot jasmine tea after the meal and promptly refilled our water, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a good place for a leisurely lunch when you want to dine with someone and not be rushed or have to share a table with strangers.

I visited this restaurant for lunch the other day. It is conveniently located near the nearest station, and when you go down the stairs to the basement, you will find a stylish and very relaxing atmosphere. I was guided to a semi-private seat where I could relax without worrying about others. ◆Cleanliness ◎ ◆Service ◎ ◆Drinks ○ ◆Time taken for food to arrive ○ ◆Taste of food ◎ ◆Time taken for drinks to arrive ○ ◆Staff's response ○ ◆Cost performance △ ◆Overall rating ◎ In the Kanda area, I think the pricing is reasonable. The taste for the price is good, and I think there is a sense of value in terms of portion size. Recommended for dinner for business meetings, entertainment, or dining events ◎ Recommended for a slightly luxurious lunch ○ If you have the chance to go to the Kanda area, it's a restaurant that you will want to visit again.

Memorandum of Gotchi-style Piledriver 11 Kanda Station, 3 minutes walk away, "Chinese Cuisine Ryusenka" A party gathering of relatives after a long time, used a luxurious restaurant interior that gives a sense of luxury, to put it mildly, it was truly the best restaurant! We used a course menu, and the shark fin was incredibly delicious! It may have been the most delicious shark fin I've ever had in my life! It had a satisfying volume and was delicious! Although there are some negative reviews about the shark fin here, if there is a place where you can taste better shark fin at this price, I really want to know haha I might have gotten addicted to shark fin... (I forgot to take a picture of the shark fin. Damn it) Also, the quality of the alcohol was excellent! The selection of high-quality alcohol! Ichiro's Malt was delicious, I still remember it now (^^) Shaoxing wine should be served at room temperature with ginger (I learned something new). I will definitely go back again! Taste ★★★★★ Cost performance ★★★★☆ Want to visit again ★★★★★

A new high-end Chinese restaurant in the Kanda area that doesn't quite fit the local vibe. The interior is divided into private rooms, clearly designed for entertaining guests. They have a variety of alcohol options, but surprisingly no tea leaves, which adds to the impression that this is a place for business meetings. - Shark fin clear soup: The soup lacks shark fin but compensates by enhancing the flavor with sesame oil. It's on the weak side, but seems suitable for entertaining clients. - Spicy stir-fried squid with bell peppers: A sour, spicy, and sweet dish with a typical Japanese Sichuan flavor, making it a safe choice for most people. - Steamed sea bream with Sichuan bean paste: The steamed dish features a miso-like meat topping reminiscent of mapo tofu, which is not to everyone's taste. - Handmade spicy meat bun with natural yeast: The bun itself is good, but the filling tastes similar to the meat on the steamed dish, which could lead to overlapping flavors if ordered unknowingly. Skilled service staff would inform customers of this potential issue. Overall, this restaurant caters to a higher-end, mainstream Japanese taste, but personally, I wouldn't choose to revisit as it feels more like a "business entertainment box".

For the last Kanda lunch of 2018, we decided to try out this new Chinese restaurant located in Kajicho, adjacent to the Nihonbashi area. We had heard that this restaurant was slightly on the upscale side for a Kanda lunch, so my lunch companion and I decided to treat ourselves a little for our last lunch of the year. The restaurant is operated by Izumiyo Kogyo Co., Ltd., a developer company based in Osaka. The company also operates restaurants, including "Chugoku Ryodosu" in Osaka Station City South Gate Building 16F and "Chugoku Ryumon" in Shinjuku Odakyu Department Store 12F. It was a coincidence that the name "Chugoku Ryumon" came up as a possible venue for a farewell party for a colleague back in October, so I was familiar with the name. This restaurant, as the third location, opened on November 27, 2018. The restaurant is located in the basement of a building, and even from the entrance on the first floor, it exudes a luxurious atmosphere. Upon descending the stairs, we were greeted by a display of beautiful orchids, which added to the upscale ambiance. We arrived at around 12:10 pm and were promptly seated by the staff. The restaurant was quiet, with only three tables set up and no other customers at the time. However, by the time we left around 12:20 pm, there were already 5-6 customers waiting at the entrance. The menu offered a variety of lunch options, with prices ranging from 1,000 yen to 3,500 yen. We opted for the lunch sets priced at 1,200 yen each, which included dishes like onion shrimp stir-fry and mapo tofu. The dishes were served promptly, and the mapo tofu was especially delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and just the right amount of spice. The side dishes, such as the steamed dumplings and pickled vegetables, were also tasty. Overall, the dining experience at this upscale Chinese restaurant in Kajicho was a delightful and satisfying one, perfect for a special lunch outing.

I knew that this Chinese restaurant had opened, but when I saw the lunch menu, the cheapest option was 1,000 yen. Lunch prices have really been going up lately. Since I had recently experienced the "fashionable price" Chinese lunch at SORA, I didn't want to make the same mistake again, so I had my friend visit the restaurant first. Thank you, my friend. Looking at my friend's review, 1,000 yen does seem a bit expensive. But on this day when I was feeling hungover and had no appetite, I thought I might be able to eat that amount, so I decided to visit. By chance, there was a staff member at the staircase leading downstairs, and they escorted me from there. When I entered the underground restaurant, they asked me if I preferred a table or a private room. I took advantage of their offer and chose the private room. I ordered the tantanmen (1,000 yen). When you order noodles for lunch, rice is served as a side, so I also requested rice. It was surprisingly warm for December that day, and as soon as I sat down, I drank the water they served. They quickly refilled my glass with more water. After a while, the tantanmen arrived. If I hadn't ordered the complimentary rice, it would have been just the noodles. The toppings were nuts, minced meat, bok choy, and other traditional toppings. I avoid nuts because they make my face break out, so I first tried the noodles. They were thin straight noodles that absorbed the rich soup well. The soup had a strong sesame flavor, wasn't spicy, and had just a hint of Sichuan pepper. The taste was safe, not outstanding, but not bad either. I finished by adding the rice to the soup. It was enough for me since I was hungover, but under normal circumstances, it might not have been enough for me. I didn't linger and paid quickly after eating. As I walked to the register, about four staff members saw me off. The smart and stylish service that suited the chic restaurant was excellent. In a time when there is said to be a shortage of staff, I was impressed by how they managed to gather such a great team. This place might be better for casual business meetings or simple entertainment rather than everyday dining. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the meal.

The underground floor of a building in Tokyo owned by the famous Izumiyo Kogyo Group, known for its large amusement park rides. It seems to be part of the group's food service division. Located in the competitive area of Kanda, known for Chinese cuisine (although it's more like mainstream Chinese cuisine). I was recommended this place by soleil_5791. Upon entering the restaurant after descending the stairs, I was greeted by orchids for the grand opening. The restaurant has a high-end image. I was led to a room in the back. However, the lunch prices were more reasonable than I expected (although still expensive). - Dan Dan noodles for 1000 yen - Steamed chicken and salted mustard green soup noodles for 1000 yen - Five ingredient thick sauce soup noodles for 1000 yen - Five ingredient thick sauce yakisoba for 1000 yen - Hot and sour soup noodles for 1000 yen - Shark fin soup noodles for 2400 yen - Crab meat and lettuce fried rice for 1300 yen I recently had lettuce fried rice at Hayashi's kitchen and was disappointed by its sloppiness, so I wanted to try authentic Chinese cuisine again, but 1300 yen is a bit tough if it's not a business expense. So, I decided to go with the five ingredient thick sauce yakisoba. Instead of tea, they served ice water. The wait was a bit long. It seemed like other customers were also waiting for their dishes. The two people who ordered Dan Dan noodles arrived later but were served before me. The yakisoba arrived shortly after. The five ingredient yakisoba looked more authentic than I expected. It had thick slices of squid, plenty of pork, and large prawns. The noodles were also typical of Chinese cuisine yakisoba. The taste was decent. The ingredients were good, but it didn't stand out as exceptionally delicious yakisoba. The soup was egg and corn soup. It definitely stands out from the mainstream Chinese restaurants in Kanda, and the lunch prices are reasonable, but I felt a bit hesitant about using it for personal dining at night, aside from business purposes.
