A while ago, when I visited Kanazawa on a business trip for a few days, I have fond memories of enjoying sushi every day. It was autumn at that time, but I expected winter Kanazawa sushi to be even more delicious, so I made my way to Shibuya Parco 7th floor. I arrived after 8 pm, and when I tried to make a reservation through the machine, it was already closed. Annoying (^ω^;; Last order is at 9 pm though. I was seated in the restaurant at 8:50 pm, with only 10 minutes left until last order, but they strictly stopped taking orders at the exact time (laughs). I had the seared nodoguro with sudachi for 900 yen. The surface had a sear, but the underside was half-cooked. It melts in your mouth with a light oiliness. I also tried the bone crackers with nodoguro for 290 yen. The fins, small bones, and middle bones were all crispy and crunchy. Sprinkling Noto salt made it even more delicious. The seared red shrimp with butter soy sauce for 455 yen had a nice smoky flavor from the tail shell and the fact that the shrimp was still partly raw. The deep-fried white shrimp for 680 yen was a bit oily but didn't have any of the whiskers or shell, and had a gentle sweetness. I also tried the maple leaf crab with butter sear for 180 yen, which had a fish roe-like appearance but with a strong butter flavor. The firefly squid marinated gunkan for 290 yen was rich and flavorful, with the soy sauce marinade seeming to include umami-rich ingredients. The refreshing shiso leaf did a great job, even if it was from Toyama rather than Kanazawa (laughs). Overall, I think it was a good choice of dishes featuring specialties from the Hokuriku region (≡^.^≡)ゞ

The revolving sushi restaurant on the 7th floor of Shibuya Parco was not yet open when I arrived. It operates on a ticket system and has a Japanese-style interior. The sushi pieces were relatively large and delicious. The total cost of my meal was ¥10,560.

I had high expectations because it was a store I used to frequent in Fukuoka, but I thought the location was really bad. In Parco? And in Shibuya where there are lots of tourists and young people!? Foreigners might not mind, but they seem to be very particular about cost performance. In that sense, I was lucky that it was the only store that wasn't crowded at lunchtime. It's a chain so I don't think that's the case, but I feel like the taste has declined. The Nodoguro, which is their specialty, is delicious of course, but the fat content is not great. The limited-time Swordfish and the original product from Hokuriku also didn't stand out. Recently, it seems like the only thing that's good at any store is the tuna. Maybe my expectations were too high because I hadn't been there for a while, but it was disappointing.

I went around 1:00 pm on a regular day and had to wait for about 5 groups ahead of me. I waited for about 30 minutes. The sushi was delicious and impressive! Especially the fatty tuna was amazing. The salmon cheese was surprisingly good too. The size of the rolled omelette was generous. I didn't take many photos, I just enjoyed eating it all up!

I arrived at 5:00 pm in the evening and there were about 3 groups waiting. It was my first time at Kanazawa Maimon Sushi, and it was worth the price as it was delicious!! Especially the shrimp and fatty tuna rolls were delicious, so I had seconds! Due to the location, there were many foreign tourists, and the staff seemed to struggle with English customer service.

I've always wanted to go to this restaurant! It's located on the 7th floor of Shibuya Parco, called Kanazawa Maimon Sushi. They have seasonal sushi on the menu, and I felt like trying a variety of dishes because there were so many options. The red shrimp was firm and had a thick texture, very delicious. The white shrimp was also sweet, and even though it was a battleship sushi, there were plenty of them and it was amazing. If you're in Shibuya for shopping or anything else, be sure to stop by. The wait time between lunch and dinner seems short enough to get in without much waiting.

On the 7th floor of Shibuya Parco, there is a revolving sushi restaurant. It was a holiday, but it wasn't too crowded as we arrived slightly off peak hours. We were seated at the counter shortly after being shown to our table. We started with cold sake, although the selection of sake was limited. We ordered our favorite sushi toppings right from the beginning. I chose fatty tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe, crab miso, shrimp, squid, abalone, and a generous serving of crab legs. The crab leg mix was quite luxurious, using plenty of red snow crab leg meat. There were slightly fewer of my favorite shellfish, but the abalone was small but crunchy. I was pleased to find wasabi at the end to finish with a sharp kick. My companion ordered Margherita gelato for dessert, which was delicious with a salty flavor. I would like to try some of the rare seafood from the Hokuriku region next time.

Rotating sushi is definitely like this, right? This taste is the limit, isn't it? And the prices are gradually increasing. In the food and beverage industry as a whole, prices are going up while the taste remains the same, which raises doubts. Is this really okay?

I visited the Maimon Sushi in Shibuya PARCO, which I heard was also in Kanazawa. I checked in using a machine and was told there was a 40-minute wait. They would call me when my turn was near. I was able to enter around 1 pm. The menu is more expensive compared to Sushiro, but considering the quality, I think it's reasonable. Among the dishes I tried, the salmon, yellowtail, and white shrimp were delicious.

The once abundant Ganko Moriseries now only offers tuna and crab. You can enjoy your drink while picking at the toppings until you reach the rice. The tuna in the Ganko Moriseries is not raw, it's light. But the tuna in the nigiri is not cut beautifully, but it has the unique acidity and umami of raw fish, making it delicious. When I ordered the homemade eel, I received only one piece, which should have been a set of two (the cheaper option). The grilled sea bass in foil was very fresh and had a firm texture. The asparagus was almost raw. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to eat at a revolving sushi restaurant for the first time, so I went to the nearest one. I thought there might be a line, but I was able to get in easily. It was more expensive than typical revolving sushi restaurants, which I realized after entering the store. It was delicious.

It was very delicious. I ordered both grilled and raw nodogro, and both were delicious, but I preferred the grilled one. The white shrimp battleship sushi had gold foil on top, which matched the concept. Everything was very delicious. The portions were generous and I think it's good value for money.

During the Golden Week holiday, on a Friday at 6:25 pm, there were 6-7 groups waiting to be seated at the restaurant. I had visited when Parco was newly renovated, but I couldn't remember if I left a comment when I came during the Go To Eat campaign resale. This is my first comment, but I have visited the restaurant a few times before. Last time, I had to wait quite a bit during lunch, so this time I decided to come in the evening to avoid the wait. However, there was still a considerable wait this time, probably due to the Golden Week holiday. I took a waiting number from the ticket machine as there were seats available. After about 10 minutes, I was called up to the front. I noticed that there were two groups ahead of me waiting for table seats, but I was next in line for the counter seats. However, I ended up waiting for about an hour as the group that wasn't there when called and those who gave up on table seats were seated at the counter. Next time, unless there is no wait, I will try going to a different restaurant. This time, I ordered the popular Kaga Hyakumangoku sushi with nodoguro and white shrimp, as well as the Akagai, Engawa, and butter-seared scallops. Due to COVID-19, the sushi did not rotate on the conveyor belt, and all orders were placed through a touch panel. You can choose the availability of wasabi, the size of the sushi rice, and whether to have it cut in half when ordering. The total bill came to 4,815 yen including tax, and I paid by card. The food was delicious, but I hope everything was okay with the earthquake. I wonder if they will be closed tomorrow?

There is a sushi restaurant on the 7th floor of Parco that opens at 11:30 am. It gets crowded quickly after opening, so it's best to go early. You can input your entry request on a touch panel at the storefront, and you will be called in order. The interior has mostly counter seats with some table seats. You can order sushi using the touch panel, including local specialties like nodoguro and sweet shrimp, which are delicious. The sushi pieces are not very big, but they are fresh and tasty.

A revolving sushi chain with its main store in Kanazawa, boasting fresh ingredients from Kanazawa and all over Japan. The interior and dishes have an elegant Kanazawa-like atmosphere, creating a very luxurious vibe. The seating mainly consists of counter seats, with some 6-person box seats available. Orders were placed using a touch panel. The prices were a bit on the higher side, with some plates exceeding 1000 yen, but after trying the sushi, it was worth it. The ingredients were fresh and generously thick, with the vinegar seasoning of the rice and its firmness just right, making it delicious. There were many foreign customers, and even the staff included foreigners, making it a comfortable place for international visitors. They have a partnership with the Shibuya Parco parking lot.
I arrived around 18:30. Since it was a Monday, there was no line or waiting time, but the counter seats were almost full. The "Hon Maguro Otoro" priced over 1000 yen per plate was really delicious. The "Ultimate Nori Temaki Kappa" made with premium seaweed from Saga was also very tasty. The seaweed had a fragrant scent of the sea, and the cucumber was thinly sliced, allowing you to enjoy the crispy texture of the seaweed. I highly recommend it to those who love kappa rolls.
Ordered items:
- Hon Maguro Otoro
- Hon Maguro Otoro Aburi
- Kappa Maki
- Ainan Gold Madai & Truffle Salt
- Nodoguro Aburi
- Aburi Sanmai (Akami Ebi, Hamachi, Salmon)
- Salmon
- Salmon Aburi
- Ishikawa Salmon
- Maimon Negitoro Ikura Gunkan
- Maimon Negitoro Takuan Maki
- Toyama Shirae Ebi Gunkan
- Ultimate Nori Temaki Kappa
- Nori Soup
- Basque Cheesecake
- Noto Tamago Smooth Pudding

I had lunch at a sushi restaurant inside Shibuya Parco. The counter seating was common and the sushi was a bit more expensive than regular conveyor belt sushi, but the set lunch was well-balanced and delicious. There were ingredients like fatty tuna, crab, and white shrimp with gold flakes. The crab wasn't watery like some places, and everything was tasty. The sweet shrimp was delicious too! The shellfish was also good. I tried the ark shell as well. The seasonal items were tasty too, like the firefly squid sushi which was both raw and boiled, and it was delicious without any strong flavors. Since it's a bit pricey, it would be nice if the rice was a bit better. Thank you for the meal.

This is Kanazawa Maimon Sushi located in Shibuya Parco. I have been to another branch of Kanazawa Maimon Sushi before. All the sushi here are consistently delicious. Personally, I used to not like sushi, so there are many sushi restaurants where I cannot eat, but I can eat here with peace of mind! I will definitely go back again!

I didn't have high expectations when entering this revolving sushi restaurant inside Shibuya Parco. However, it turned out to be a very delicious sushi restaurant. Personally, I think the fatty tuna was the best. I was happy to see Kanazawa specialties like gas shrimp and crab on the menu. I was torn between the tempura restaurant and the yakiniku restaurant on the same floor, but I ended up visiting this place and also tried the meat sushi and tempura assortment. I was able to enjoy everything I wanted to eat and left with a smile on my face. It was a feast. Thank you!

Sushi restaurant in Shibuya Parco. Due to the pandemic, there are lanes but the sushi does not rotate. Orders are placed through a touch panel. It seems that many foreigners use this place because of its location. The restaurant has a connection to Kanazawa, so they offer a variety of Hokuriku ingredients such as yellowtail, blackthroat seaperch, and crab. In addition to these, they also use high-quality ingredients like tuna and salmon. Personally, I found the vinegar mackerel to be too cold and tight, but the salmon and blackthroat seaperch had a sweet taste and were incredibly delicious. The quality of the ingredients justifies the prices, which can exceed 1000 yen per plate for some items, considering the high quality. The rent must be high as well. Also, the female staff diligently disinfects and wipes the partitions between the seats at the counter, showing a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant, which left a good impression.

The 7th floor restaurant area at Shibuya PARCO has a slightly pricey Kanazawa Maimon Sushi. It was a weekday lunch, so there were empty seats. You order using a tablet. They have good ingredients from the Sea of Japan, but it's quite expensive. It's about twice as expensive as a rotating sushi restaurant. However, as featured on TV, they confidently offer high-quality ingredients, so the price is justified.
- Chawanmushi with fresh fu: Some parts have fresh fu.
- Nori soup (miso soup): Delicious. The bowl is big and nice.
- Fried "Toyama white shrimp karaage": Tasty but the portion could be smaller and cheaper. It was served last, and I was already full. It wasn't crispy and absorbed a lot of oil, making it a bit greasy.
- Hamachi (yellowtail): Very fatty.
- Crab miso gunkan: Decent.
- Triangle inari sushi: Comes with 3 pieces, good value for money.

I ordered a set of three pieces of sea bream sushi and firefly squid marinated in the open sea. Because it was not crowded, they quickly made the sushi and handed it to me. The crab leg platter was out of stock and waiting for new stock. There were quite a few other items that were either out of stock or sold out. It would have been better if they displayed this information outside the store, as some people come specifically for those items. Recently, there has been an increase in high-end conveyor belt sushi restaurants. The prices range from around 400 yen per plate to as high as 1,000 yen. In my opinion, if you are going to spend the same amount of money, ordering a seafood bowl at Toyosu Market is more cost-effective and satisfying.
