I had a meal with relatives in a private room with a wide variety of dishes. It was a high-end hotel restaurant for special occasions like family gatherings and engagement ceremonies. I ate so much that I was completely full! It felt like I tried a variety of Japanese dishes. The restaurant was spacious and comfortable.

Today was the day of my eldest daughter's engagement ceremony. We had the engagement ceremony and a meal with the family of the groom. Although I had heard of Tsubakiyama Hotel, I had never been inside before and was amazed by its maze-like layout and magnificent garden. The garden becomes enchanting with a sea of clouds at certain times, creating a mystical atmosphere. Additionally, during this time of year, you can also enjoy fireflies at night. Now, within Tsubakiyama Hotel is Nishikimizu. The entrance is adorned with luxurious flowers, and the view of the garden from the waiting lobby is beautiful. The engagement ceremony took place in the origami room of the corner suite. Following the guidance of Nishikimizu staff, we exchanged engagement gifts and the fathers of both families gave greetings according to the ceremony. Although brief, it was nerve-wracking. After the engagement, we both felt relieved and proceeded to the meal. The groom's family, as my daughter had informed me beforehand, were very friendly and conversation flowed easily, expressing gratitude for the good match. The young man who is my daughter's partner had visited our home twice and has a very friendly and cheerful personality, which makes him a great match for my daughter. As for the cuisine at Nishikimizu, it was Kyoto cuisine made with ingredients and water brought all the way from Kyoto, and it was even more delicious than I had imagined. The dishes served at a celebratory meal are filled with auspicious ingredients and messages. With this atmosphere and this cuisine, I am extremely satisfied. Starting next week, my daughter will be living with her partner in their new home, and I sincerely hope they will be happy. My wife also told me, "Now that our daughter will be living on her own, take good care of her," to which I replied, "Yes, of course." My wife must also be happy. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It was a great experience. I used a stay plan where we got a lucky draw and ended up with a special course that would normally cost around 25,000 yen per person. The first course was steamed rice with pine nuts and clam soup, which had a rich flavor. The appetizer consisted of five dishes, but the overall taste was a bit bland for the price. The soup with fresh green tofu and grilled fish had a subtle flavor that I enjoyed. The sashimi platter of tuna, sea bream, and amberjack was tasty, especially with the soy sauce and citrus jelly. The simmered golden threadfin bream was delicious and had a traditional taste. The roasted black wagyu beef with yuba sauce melted in my mouth and had a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. The grilled spiny lobster with sea urchin was well-prepared and enjoyable. The meal ended with seasoned rice, red miso soup, and pickles, which was a bit disappointing in terms of taste and quality. The fruit platter had a strong sour taste that I didn't like. The dessert of deep-fried white bean paste mochi was unexpectedly delicious. The restaurant's ambiance was luxurious, and the service was impeccable. I had a truly elegant dining experience with a beautiful view of the greenery outside. Overall, it was a delightful feast.

I have always wanted to go to an afternoon tea since I saw the first one held. There are many cute afternoon teas available now, but this time I tried the ultimate Japanese afternoon tea created by the traditional Japanese restaurant "Kinnozu" which used to be exclusive. The sweets were amazing, and the soup was also superb (*´꒳`*) I loved the fragrance of Kubota, the taste of the authentic Japanese dishes, the sweets, the view, and the beautiful Japanese decorations. My five senses were so satisfied that I felt incredibly happy♡ It's safe to say that this was the best afternoon tea I have ever experienced (๑´ㅂ`๑) I highly recommend everyone to try it out♫

I visited this beautiful garden during a time of healing, surrounded by a sea of clouds. Despite the chaos of the pandemic, I attended an event here. The spacious room was a rare treat, with a view of the stunning garden. Each dish was elegantly seasoned, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. The lunch kaiseki meal was a bit generous in portion, but I left completely satisfied. Dining while gazing at the sea of clouds was a truly soothing experience. It's not easy to visit due to its location in Tokyo, but I would love to return to this wonderful space.

I used it for a celebration. I had high expectations because it was Tsubakiyama-so. The room had a nice atmosphere. The soup was cold. The sashimi was quite small. The paper included Korean ginseng dish. It had a bitterness and a harsh aftertaste. I visited this time because I was invited, but I don't think I will use it again for the second time. The maiko's tabi socks were very dirty, with the back of the tabi socks being pitch black. Since it is a customer-oriented business, I would like them to consider their appearance as well.

The restaurant is located in a spacious garden, so you have to step outside before entering. It gives off a similar vibe to the New Otani hotel. The cuisine is traditional Japanese with some added flair, like meat dishes served with salad. You can enjoy both red and white wine in a glass. The service may not be top-notch, with plates being brought out without much finesse, but if that doesn't bother you, then it's not a problem. The staff wears traditional Japanese clothing, which might be appealing to foreigners.

There was an unpublished post, so I will archive it. In 2019, was it Heisei 31? Or was it the first year of Reiwa? Even though it feels like it was just the other day, I had already forgotten ⚠️ As of April 30, it became Reiwa, so this day was still Heisei ♾ A super luxurious New Year's party in the Nishiki Water private room ☘️ It felt more like Hinamatsuri after Setsubun ♥️ The room where the secret meetings of Director Yamada, played by the popular actor Koji Kawakami, took place in the drama "Hanzawa Naoki" was also luxurious and splendid like the room ✨ Looking back at the photos of the food, they were also super luxurious ✴️ I have a feeling that we will meet again next year ⛩ Will it happen or not⁉︎

This year, we had a luxurious New Year's party at Kinso in the Tsubakiyama Villa. We were guided through the garden and into a spacious tatami room where we enjoyed a leisurely meal. The main dish was shabu-shabu, based on a kaiseki course. To prevent it from becoming too monotonous, the addition of meat as the main dish kept us entertained until the end. This kind of arrangement is only possible thanks to the familiar staff. Congratulations!

Visited on a regular night. I finally arrived at the shop I had been longing to visit (*≧∀≦*). Got off the taxi in front of the Hotel Tsubakiyama at the Tsubakiyama Hotel, but got lost on the way to the shop (>_<). This time, it was a meal in a private room. It's wonderful that there is a restroom in the private room! The private room has an elegant atmosphere. I'm nervous~! The sunken kotatsu is much appreciated. Cheers with champagne (*^^*). And then, the dishes keep coming one after another♪ Skillfully incorporating the seasonal feel, it's enjoyable just to look at them! Of course, the taste is delicious too! The drinks go from white wine to sake♪ The wonderful time passed in the blink of an eye! Thank you for the feast (*^-^*). A shop where you can use it with peace of mind even in important situations. I hope I can go again (о´∀`о)

Located in the garden within the Hotel Chinzanso, I visited during the peak of the drama "Hanzawa Naoki" popularity. Although dinner can cost 20,000 to 30,000 yen, I was able to enjoy a special lunch campaign for just over 10,000 yen including seating and service charges. I was served a Kyoto-style kaiseki meal, specially prepared without raw fish and shellfish. Each dish was meticulously crafted, allowing me to savor the flavor and aroma of the broth while enjoying the taste of the ingredients.

I came to a bridal fair for a food tasting and received a full course meal worth 18,000 yen for free. It was incredibly delicious and the venue was so beautiful that I couldn't help but sigh in amazement. I have decided to have my wedding here.
