The staff and customers are all young. The vegetable-wrapped skewers are the specialty of this restaurant, priced at 1800 yen for 8 skewers. The skewers consist of vegetables wrapped in pork, with fillings like okra, enoki mushrooms, cheese with leeks, cheese with bell pepper, shungiku (edible chrysanthemum), tomato, shiso leaf, and eggplant. The taste is good, but it might be considered average compared to other places like Kushi-taro where the miso flavor stands out. The self-made potato salad was unique and delicious, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette) was served hot and impressive. The hebesu cold noodles had a generous portion and a strong sudachi citrus flavor. Overall, the food was tasty, but it felt like it was at a chain restaurant level with not the best value for money. It may be in a price range similar to "Futago" in the yakiniku world, which I love. The service was a bit rigid, and we only had two drinks in 40 minutes as we had to order everything at once. So, I may not be able to provide an accurate evaluation, but overall, it felt like a place more suited for young people. It seems that if you order a course menu, it comes with all-you-can-drink, which could change the evaluation.
