I used the Oyama Restaurant for my Christmas dinner! This yakiniku restaurant has a high-class atmosphere but offers reasonable prices for high-quality yakiniku, so it's one of my favorites! Oyama Restaurant has both this main branch and a branch near the station, and I usually use the one near the station, but this time I decided to try the main branch! The location is around halfway between Gotanda Station and Osaki Hirokoji Station, close to the Meguro River. I ordered liver, premium kalbi, premium loin, special harami, premium tongue salt, and napa cabbage kimchi! I ordered items from the premium series for this special Christmas dinner! The taste, as expected from Oyama Restaurant, was amazing! The premium kalbi, premium loin, and special harami were all delicious! The meat is high-quality and tasty! The marbling of the fat is excellent, and the meat itself has a great flavor. With high-quality meat like this, the fat is gentle on the stomach! Although the price is somewhat high, the satisfaction level is also high! The special tongue salt had thick slices of meat, and the meat itself was flavorful, with the juices oozing out. When the meat itself has a great flavor, you might not even need lemon! Then there's the liver, a must-have item for yakiniku! The difficulty lies in getting the right level of doneness. It shouldn't be overcooked, but it also shouldn't be too rare. I enjoyed it with just the right level of rareness! Liver is really delicious! I wanted to have cold noodles as a finish, but I ended up ordering too much meat! This time, I finished with what I had! Oyama Restaurant is truly the best!

I went to the main branch of Oyama Restaurant, located right near Gotanda Station West Exit. The interior of the restaurant has a luxurious and clean atmosphere, which increases its appeal. All the meat dishes were delicious and had great value for money. I highly recommend the Kalbi soup as a finishing touch! The combination of spicy-sweet soup, rice, and Kalbi is incredibly delicious. For dessert, they offer ice cream and tea! After paying the bill, they provide gum for a refreshing finish. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Still in the series of lunches for salesmen! in Gotanda. After watching "The Lonely Gourmet" and craving for yakiniku, I couldn't go to Ito, and Meguro Suien was closed, as well as Gotanda Juhei Honten. Are yakiniku places closed on Thursdays? Found a harami set lunch for 1100 yen at "Oyama Hanten" in Gotanda. The meat and rice were delicious! Putting it in a bento box is a good cost-saving idea. The restaurant feels like a Chinese place. The entrance, interior, and high-class atmosphere allowed for a calm lunch. It was a great find.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:50 am. There were 3 groups of customers already there. My son ordered the marbled kalbi lunch and I ordered the loin lunch, both with extra meat for 310 yen each. As soon as we placed our order, they lit the fire and served us promptly. The marbled kalbi was tender, while the loin had a bit of a chewy texture, but the sauce was exceptionally delicious. We enjoyed eating the meat with rice, along with refreshing vegetables, kimchi, and seaweed soup. It was a blissful time for us. This meal was a wonderful treat for our family.

I had lunch at the long-established yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Oyama Restaurant" located along Sony Street near the west exit of Gotanda. The restaurant is on the second floor, next to "Tenka Ippin" and "Kasugatei Nishiguchi-ten". It has a high-class entrance with flashy blue indirect lighting. The table seats seemed to be full, so I was guided to a sunken kotatsu-style seating area. The lunch menu offers yakiniku lunches starting from 1000 yen, with wagyu kalbi and wagyu loin priced at 2000-2200 yen. I opted for the yakiniku lunch with harami, and added extra meat for 310 yen. The lunch beer was only 380 yen, but I resisted today. Yakiniku Lunch (Harami) 1100 yen Extra meat 310 yen As soon as I lit the gas roaster, the lunch was already served. Everything was neatly arranged on a large bento box. The wakame soup came in a separate bowl. The harami beef was quite a generous portion with the extra meat. I quickly placed it on the grill with tongs. The thick slices were crispy on the outside and slightly rare inside. Wow, the harami was delicious. The thickness provided a nice chewiness, giving it a meaty texture. It was tasty on its own, but dipping it in the sauce in the bento box enhanced the flavor. The rice was a good portion and delicious. Eating harami with sauce on rice is the essence of yakiniku rice. The cabbage salad was average in quantity, but the namul and kimchi were decent. The wakame soup was also good. I grilled more and enjoyed the ample amount of harami. I'm not sure how much extra meat the add-on was, but for +310 yen, it was a good deal. It's nice to enjoy this yakiniku lunch for under 1500 yen. The restaurant's long history speaks for itself. I'd like to try the loin and kalbi next time. If it's nearby, I might become a regular customer at this place.

I visited before 12 o'clock on a weekday. There was only one group of customers before me and I was quickly served with water. It's a good place if you want to have a calm meal. I ordered the Kalbi lunch (I think it was 1100 yen). The sauce was not too sweet. The portion size was normal and should be enough for women. Note that you cannot pay for lunch with a credit card.

I had a yakiniku lunch. I had been to this restaurant before, but it had been renovated. The lunch prices are very reasonable. I ordered the kalbi lunch. The kalbi that was brought to me was lean and not oily. I asked the staff, "Is this the kalbi lunch? It looks more like harami lunch..." The staff replied in hesitant Japanese, "It's the kalbi lunch." Well, it's cheap so it's okay. Plus, the customer service is good. The kalbi lunch that looked like harami lunch was delicious. It was a hidden gem where you can enjoy cheap yakiniku lunch in Gotanda. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I went to my favorite yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Oyama Ieiten Main Store" for the third time for the year-end party of the company president's association. The location is about a 3-minute walk from Gotanda Station West Exit along the Sony Street by the Meguro River. I was greeted by the kind and smiling store manager, who led us to our usual private room. I ordered the top quality tongue salt, select loin, and a must-try top quality Harami, which were all available and made me happy. We ordered almost the same menu as usual, and also decided to try the Kalbi udon with rice this time! Here is what we had on this day: - Top quality tongue salt - Select loin - Top quality Harami - Chicken thigh salt - Munch salad - Wiener sausage - Kalbi udon - Garlic tempura - Enoki foil - Rice - Cucumber salad - Draft beer - Sour (3 glasses) The beautifully marbled meat dishes at Oyama Ieiten were visually appealing and bursting with deliciousness. We started with the crowd-pleasing Munch salad, generously dressed with sesame dressing. Then, we grilled the top quality tongue salt, which was thick and juicy, with a sweet flavor that burst in the mouth, enhanced by the acidity of lemon. The select loin, with its beautiful marbling, was thick and juicy, releasing a luxurious meat juice with just a light pressure. And the eagerly awaited top quality Harami, marinated in sauce but still beautifully marbled, had a pleasant chewiness and an explosion of exquisite flavor. The perfect harmony with rice was undeniable! We couldn't resist ordering the Kalbi udon, with its spicy broth and rich umami flavor, generously topped with large pieces of Kalbi. It was best enjoyed piping hot! Other must-try dishes included the crispy garlic tempura and the gentle sweetness of the steamed enoki foil. We were truly indulging in delicious yakiniku! The concept of a two-person serving of yakiniku in Tokyo is overturned. We assumed it would only be a small amount on the plate, so we ordered two servings of tongue and harami for two people, but the amount was unbelievable. There are a lot of love hotels around, and I was mistaken for someone else by a few ladies. I decided to escape to a yakiniku restaurant for lunch. I ordered the yakiniku lunch set for 1,980 yen. It arrived in less than 5 minutes. Summary... The meat was just okay. It's supposed to be wagyu beef, but it wasn't delicious. I think chicken or pork might taste better. If you don't have the intention of serving delicious food to your customers, it's not good. Thank you for the meal.
