It's been a while since I visited "Bi no" in Shinbashi. Last time, I had made a reservation but they suddenly informed me that they would be closed, so I hadn't been back since. Here, you can enjoy a very reasonably priced Japanese course meal. The menu for this visit was as follows: - Appetizer: Beauty tofu with sesame dressing, persimmon and sweet potato - Sashimi - Grilled dish: Grilled fish with salt - Soup: Fresh seaweed and fresh yuba soup - Fried dish: Rice croquette with wood nuts, served with rose salt - Steamed dish: Steamed crab with crab miso sauce - Rice dish: Chestnut and chestnut rice in a clay pot - Miso soup Every dish was delicious. They also have a good selection of sake, shochu, and wine that pair well with the food. Having a cost-effective meal for a small group gathering is always a delight. I'm always satisfied with my dining experience here. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The girls' night out was great with a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. It seems like a good place for a date too. The prices are reasonable for regular visits and I will definitely come back in the future. We arrived just before the last entry time of 8:30 pm, but we were still warmly welcomed.

It's been about 4 years since my last visit, but this was my 5th time here. The menu seems to have changed a bit, but the reasonably priced authentic Japanese cuisine remains the same. They incorporate vegetables, fish, and seasonal ingredients (such as corn, sweetfish, Spanish mackerel, conger eel, etc.). The dishes are served in small portions, but are satisfying in number. The soup is always delicious - I wonder if the broth just agrees with my taste. Lastly, they serve a flavorful rice dish and tasty miso soup - this time it was sweetfish in early summer. The selection of Japanese sake is also appropriate, and you can enjoy it to a reasonable extent, leaving you feeling just right in the stomach. The high-quality, healthy Japanese cuisine at a price significantly below 10,000 yen (there is hardly any meat) is much appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I made a reservation for Friday at 6:00 pm and visited the restaurant. It's about a 5-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. They only offer course meals, which include sashimi, tofu, grilled fish, and mixed rice. They have a wide variety of sake and even rare shochu. It's a wonderful restaurant.

I used it for a dinner with my boss. The course was Japanese cuisine and all the dishes were very delicate. There were also two types of premium highballs and of course, sake, so you can enjoy alcohol that doesn't interfere with your meal. The price is not too expensive, so it seems like you can use it casually (although men may find the portion slightly insufficient).

Kaiseki restaurant with course-only menu. A bit of a walk from Shinbashi Station, but great for business meals with delicious food and atmosphere. They offer an enjoyable omakase experience. The fact that you can choose your dessert at the end is a nice touch. Excellent meal!

Visited the restaurant on Wednesday with a reservation for three people. Upon entering the restaurant, we were directed to a separate building which was located on the second floor of an old building behind the main block. The layout included two tables for four people, one table for two, and a few seats at the counter. We started with a toast of beer and began the course meal, which consisted of only one drink option. The creamy tofu with savory sauce was delicious and the sashimi of sea bream and bonito was fresh and tasty, served with salt and wasabi. The grilled fish had a crispy skin that was delightful, especially when paired with grated radish and soy sauce. The soup with fried rice cakes was made with white miso and was very flavorful, and we were happy to find two grilled rice cakes in it. The thick fried tofu with mushrooms was soft and fluffy, while the steamed egg custard with cod milt was exquisite. The clay pot rice with bamboo shoots and minced chicken was presented in a clay pot and had just the right seasoning. We enjoyed our meal with beer and sake, and ended up being the last customers to leave, staying until after 10 pm. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited Shinbashi to celebrate a friend's birthday. The course was an omakase menu with only one option. The appetizers included steamed egg custard, sashimi, grilled salmon, cold soup, fried lotus root and potato, herring rice, and soup. The service was meticulous and the presentation was beautiful overall. The price of 4180 yen was great value. The only downside was that the sashimi had a slight fishy smell. The restaurant offers a variety of Japanese sake, and on this day, they recommended a sake called "Megane no Osake" (Glasses Sake) which was easy to drink and delicious.

The atmosphere is calm with dim lighting and wooden decor, offering table and counter seating. I visited on a weeknight and tried the monthly course menu which included: - Appetizer: Beauty tofu with cream and tofu combined for a creamy and rich taste. Miso-pickled cream cheese with a mild miso flavor. - Sashimi: Sea bream and saury, average quality. - Grilled dish: Grilled salted mackerel, nicely cooked and juicy. - Soup: Chicken meatball and spring vegetable soup with a pleasant texture from cartilage in the meatball. - Fried dish: Fried taro dumpling made with mashed taro for a delicious and fluffy texture. - Steamed dish: Oyster chawanmushi with small flavorful oysters and light chawanmushi. - Rice: Octopus clay pot rice with finely chopped octopus for a hint of flavor. - Red miso soup. For dessert, I had the refreshing sweet summer orange ice cream for an additional charge. I visited after 2 years. The March menu was delicious as always. I enjoy the monthly changing menu and look forward to what will be featured each time. This time, we had a semi-private room in the back of the restaurant, which was a nice space for a leisurely conversation for two. The staff were friendly and recommended a sake that suited our preferences. It was a great time.

Starting with the appetizers and serving at a good interval until the final rice dish. (Appetizer) Homemade tofu with sweet potato and sesame dressed with persimmon. (Sashimi) Bonito and sea bream. (Grilled dish) I forgot, but the saltiness was exquisite. (Soup) Mushroom potage. (Fried dish) Mackerel and eggplant tempura. (Steamed dish) Crab chawanmushi with crab miso. (Rice dish) Autumn salmon clay pot rice. [Additional] Grilled chicken liver, fried ginkgo nuts, lavender and blueberry ice cream. The location tends to be upscale, but the course is around 4,000 yen with great value for money. Reservations must be made by 6:00 PM, so be mindful of that. The atmosphere is pleasant and allows for a leisurely dining experience, making it highly recommended.

Met up with friends in Shinbashi. Enjoyed the June course menu. Both the sashimi and grilled dishes were delicious, especially the fried ayu with dashi sauce in the photo. The edamame tofu and beko-ame were also fantastic! One of the great things about this place is the variety of delicious sake that you don't see often. This time, we enjoyed summer sake. The labels were unique, like a white bear, contrails, and other sake that didn't look like typical Japanese sake. It was dry and tasty, and we had a great time!

We had a meeting here just before the state of emergency was declared. It had been a while since I had Japanese cuisine. I had wanted to come here before, but it was difficult to make a reservation. Finally, I was able to visit this time. We ordered the highly recommended course today. Each dish brought a little surprise (in terms of ingredients and cooking methods) and I was delighted by the flavors of the ingredients. The fish, especially the sa war a, was delicious. It had just the right amount of fat and was cooked perfectly. They had removed unnecessary fat while leaving the necessary fat. The steamed rice and soup at the end were a must-order. They were very delicious. I may not have been able to fully focus on the food with the client this time, but I would like to visit this place again and spend some quality time there.

Unfortunately, I made a reservation at the highly rated restaurant Beauty on Tabelog a month ago and visited. First of all, I was concerned about the phone response at the time of booking. It was clear that they were busy and wanted me to quickly state my requirements and hang up. When I mentioned the reservation date and number of people and asked "How much is it?", I was answered in a curt manner. Even though I already knew, wouldn't it be better to explain the restaurant's system? I visited the restaurant with this unpleasant feeling, and the atmosphere of the phone response was the same, with no smiles from the staff. I was disappointed. As for the food, I felt it was lacking for an adult man. Also, the taste was not outstanding (^_^;) It's not bad, but it's not delicious either, and there were no comments on the food from anyone. To be honest, I struggle to understand why this place is so highly rated. I want to say that resting on your laurels on top of high ratings will lead to downfall. I give it a 1.0 in the hope that the restaurant will improve.

Upon arrival, they were informed that their table was prepared in a separate building, so they quickly moved there. They started with beer to quench their thirst and began the feast. The dish consisted of rapeseed flowers salad and original tofu. The rapeseed flowers made them crave sake instantly. From start to finish, the dishes were well-paired with alcohol, which they loved. The tofu was rich and had a sweet seasoning, but the taste of soybeans was still prominent and delicious. The sashimi of horse mackerel and red sea bream was recommended to be enjoyed with salt, and it was also delicious. They started to wonder if they had come to an amazing place. Expectations were rising. The potage of taro and fuki-no-to (butterbur sprout) croquette sounded delicious just by hearing the name. The croquette was crispy and slightly bitter, which went well with alcohol. The bitterness was irresistible. More alcohol, please. Grilled fish and deep-fried tofu were served next. The finale was shirasu (baby sardines) mixed rice. The value for money at 3800 yen was exceptional. The speed at which the dishes were served was a bit fast, and there was a lack of effort to match the pace of the customers, which was disappointing.
