This dish I ordered for the first time was so good that I wanted to say "this this". It wasn't too oily, had plenty of vegetables, and the balance of salt and seasoning was just right. It's a stir-fry dish that you can easily eat even in the sweltering heat. Next time, I'll try the ban mien for sure.

Town Chinese restaurant. I ordered the weekly changing lunch special of soy sauce ramen and Taiwan lu rou fan for 1320 yen. I added extra rice for 50 yen. The soy sauce ramen had a surprisingly light soup, with noodles that were firm and slightly chewy. This was my first time trying lu rou fan, and it was very delicious. It had cilantro in it. Thank you for the meal.

On a steamy hot day, chilled Chinese noodles are the best. While the toppings are conventional, the crunchy jellyfish and definitely homemade char siu stand out as particularly delicious. The noodles are ordinary, but they are properly chilled, which seems to enhance the flavor.

The braised pork rice here is delicious no matter how many times I eat it!! Today, I wanted to eat braised pork rice again so I came here. It seems quite crowded during lunchtime. There are a variety of lunch menu options including daily and weekly specials, but I always end up ordering the braised pork rice... I think I want to try a different set meal next time. Braised pork rice - 780 yen, comes with soup and almond jelly. It used to be 680 yen, but the price has increased by 100 yen overall.

2022.09.20 (Tue) Rain First visit 13:49 Entered the store Previous customers 10, Later customers 3 14:00 Served Vegetable Tanmen: 750 yen I was curious about Tanmen after my night shift, so I visited this restaurant. Upon entering, a Chinese female waitress led me to an available 4-seater table. I checked the menu and confirmed the "Vegetable Tanmen." Just as she brought me water and plastic eco-friendly chopsticks, I verbally ordered the "Vegetable Tanmen." The table was equipped with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and ground black pepper. Although it is a Chinese restaurant, the staff spoke fluent Japanese. However, there was a lot of loud Chinese language being spoken among the staff. Additionally, there were more Chinese customers than Japanese. It took about 10 minutes for the dish to be served. The noodles were dark yellow, curly, medium-thick noodles. They were cooked al dente, with a chewy texture and good flavor. Ingredients: Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Carrots, Onions, Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), Green Onions The vegetables were stir-fried at high heat for a short time, then lightly simmered with the soup. The cabbage and other vegetables had a light crunchy texture, which was enjoyable. The Komatsuna had a stronger crunch. It had a light bitterness rather than a strong grassy taste. (The bitterness seemed to decrease when soaked in the soup towards the end?) The green onions were finely chopped, so their flavor was subtle. There was about 300g of vegetables, which seemed like a sufficient amount. It's worth noting that there were only vegetables and no meat in the dish. The soup was slightly cloudy with a salty taste. The broth was made from pork bones, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables. The seasoning was on the stronger side. There was a substantial umami taste from the pork bones. The saltiness was slightly strong, and there was a good amount of oil, giving the soup a rich and slightly greasy feel. The soup was served piping hot, so caution was needed to avoid burning your mouth. It was lightly thickened with potato starch, giving it a pleasant mouthfeel. (The strong umami taste made it a more Japanese-friendly flavor?) Overall, the noodles and soup were quite good. The amount of vegetables was satisfactory. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no meat or wood ear mushrooms. (Although they advertise it as Vegetable Tanmen, so there's no false advertising.) The service was surprisingly polite for a Chinese restaurant. The restaurant was also kept reasonably clean. I would like to try the "Miso Vegetable Tanmen" next time. Thank you for the meal.

Visited with the purpose of eating wonton noodles. Was seated at a large round table with good spacing between tables for safety measures. Set menu included: - Five-flavor fried rice (half portion) - Dumplings (3 pieces) - Lo mein (half portion) - Beef tendon rice bowl (half portion) - Steamed chicken with scallion and ginger rice bowl (half portion) The dishes arrived promptly after ordering. The soup was a bit salty, maybe suitable after physical labor. The noodles were a bit slimy, seemed like they were not cooked enough. The wontons had a good shrimp flavor. The lo mein was authentic and satisfying in portion size. Definitely want to try the steamed chicken next time!

Every day, every day, I search for a dining hall. I'm out of ideas. Maybe I'll go for the fried food lunch at "Western Food Bear" after a long time. When push comes to shove, suddenly craving noodles: stomach, (..next to "Taiwanese Cuisine Enzan"). First, let's ask. "Can you make the noodles firm?"... Come to think of it, I don't remember ever being denied firm noodles when boiling noodles. Let's try it, kind of a supportive/friendly feeling? The restaurant is surprisingly spacious and adheres to social distancing guidelines. It seems like they are taking things seriously. Quite a few customers are coming in one after another. It feels like I'm being liked by the locals... What should I order? When it comes to Chinese cuisine, it's all about the noodles – I love noodles. The menu includes noodle dishes, rice dishes, noodle dishes with soup, noodle dishes without soup, donburi, and fried rice, with four types of menu offerings. Noodle dishes with soup include soy sauce ramen for 650 yen, bean sprout soba for 700 yen, tantanmen for 700 yen, gomoku soba for 700 yen, vegetable tanmen for 700 yen, shrimp wonton noodles for 750 yen, Taiwanese danzai noodles for 750 yen, and beef tendon ramen for 750 yen. Well, I should investigate the soy sauce soup, but it's often simple, and the same goes for gomoku soba. Hmm, it's my first time trying their noodle dishes, so I'm a bit cautious – I tend to choose based on what's safe and what I like? "Shrimp Wonton Noodles – firm noodles, and also some dumplings, please." It's nice that you can add dim sum to your lunch set. There are many regular customers here (from their conversations). "Shrimp Wonton Noodles and dumplings." The noodles have a Chinese feel that doesn't seem very Japanese. They are thick noodles with low water content, completely opaque – not translucent at all. Slurp, munch. Hmm, it's not bad. The noodles don't taste bad. The texture is halfway between soft and firm. The texture of the noodles suggests a simple and quick cooking method – firm noodles. It seems like the flavor of the flour itself doesn't quite match. The filling of the wonton is ordinary, not bad. The skin is somewhat chewy and has a good texture. I don't expect much from the dumpling skin. Hmm, the taste of the skin is just okay. The flavor of the wonton skin is better, but maybe they are made by different places. There is a difference in flavor between the two. The soup is not that great, but it's not bad either. It's not so bad that I would say "yuck." What's with this reception? There aren't many customers, but they keep coming in one after another... It's good that they are being supported by customers, whether they are Japanese or Taiwanese. Bon appétit!

I came here because I wanted to eat Lu Rou Fan. I ordered Wonton Tsukemen with a side of Lu Rou Fan (small). The restaurant is surprisingly spacious and lively with many group customers. I thought it was fish noodles because it was written as "tsukemen," but it turned out to have fish balls in it. As I continued eating, I realized that they were indeed fish balls! However, I didn't particularly like the aftertaste. The noodles were regular Chinese noodles and delicious. The soup was quite salty. The wontons were wrapped in yellow skin, but the filling was not very flavorful. I initially thought the rice in the Lu Rou Fan was lacking, but it was fine. I like the taste of the sauce soaked in the minced meat. I want to try other dishes for lunch next time, so I will visit again.

Five-ingredient ankake yakisoba for 750 yen. Today, I went a little far to have lunch in Inari-cho. I was planning to go to Sanji, but there was quite a line, and I wouldn't be able to get back to the office during my lunch break. So, I decided to have lunch at this place instead. I entered at 12:45, it was my first visit. I was going to order a lunch set, but the menu had a lot of detailed information and seemed to have many options, so I changed my mind. I ordered the simple five-ingredient ankake yakisoba. The restaurant was quite spacious, could accommodate more than 50 people. It's smoking allowed, but luckily there were no smokers today. The dish was served in about 4 minutes, a large plate filled with ankake yakisoba, along with Chinese soup and almond jelly. The surface of the noodles under the ankake was crispy from being grilled, providing a nice texture. The portion seemed a bit large visually (in my opinion as a light eater). The ingredients included shrimp, Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, pork, Chinese greens, squid, baby corn, carrots, and mushrooms. The spiciness was strong enough to clear your sinuses, which was nice. The Chinese soup was dark in color, with a strong soy sauce flavor. Finally, I had almond jelly for dessert. It was delicious. I visited for lunch on March 23, 2020.

I dropped by for lunch. The place is located a little towards Asakusa from Ueno's Eiju General Hospital. It's easy to find. Inside the restaurant, there are only table seats, with a capacity of about 50 seats. It has a Chinese diner atmosphere. It was around 1 pm. There were 15 customers already seated and 7 customers came in after me. It wasn't full, but there were a decent number of customers. This time, I had the lunch set "Wonton and Meatball Noodle Soup with Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice". I got my order in about 5 minutes while glancing at the TV. The wonton and meatball noodle soup had a milky white broth with a strong salty flavor. It was delicious. The noodles were ordinary. The meatballs were like oden ingredients, and there were also toppings like satsuma-age. The wontons were delicious. The smooth texture of the skin was irresistible. The braised pork rice was also delicious. I generously topped both the noodles and rice with chili oil. The almond jelly dessert was a perfect palate cleanser. I was very satisfied with the portion size. All of this for 850 yen. The cost performance is great. It's not incredibly delicious, but it suited my taste very well. I want to try other menu items, so I've decided to revisit.

There are usually about 5 options for lunch at this regular Chinese restaurant. Even if you order the same dish, it may taste slightly different each time. Around lunchtime, around 11:30, there are times when office workers line up, probably because there are not many other restaurants nearby. The people at the restaurant are Chinese and run it as a family.

After finishing work, I hurriedly moved to a restaurant for a reward and networking event in the evening. I was taken to a delicious restaurant, which turned out to be a Chinese restaurant again. This trip to Tokyo has been filled with unexpected Chinese cuisine experiences, but all the food has been delicious so I had high expectations this time too. The bright and spacious restaurant had table seating in the back arranged to accommodate our group. There were also round tables, which were being used by another group of office workers who arrived later. The dishes lived up to their reputation and were all very delicious. The friendly hostess seemed to be familiar with the other guests and the conversation flowed easily. The young staff members quickly finished the dishes, but with flavors like these, it was understandable. I enjoyed a variety of dishes to the fullest.

A Taiwanese restaurant that caters to Japanese tastes. The shrimp wontons were delicious. It's been a while since I had braised pork rice, but I found it a bit too sweet for my liking. I wanted to order another dish, but I have a small appetite so I'll save it for next time. E.

With Ina-san. The weekly special "Stir-fried pork and garlic sprout set meal" was slow to come out due to the crowd, and the taste was bland.

I'll have the Yakisoba with five toppings and thick sauce (750 yen). I really like the thick sauce they use here. I'll sprinkle some vinegar on top and dip it in the hot mustard.

I'm getting tired of eating the "gomoku soba," so I decided to try a different menu item. I found the "yaki beehoon." I wonder if beehoon is low in calories? It had a light salt flavor with vegetables as toppings. It felt a little lacking though.
