◼️Previous Tabelog Rating: 3.42 (as of 08/2023)
Genre: Izakaya, Seafood, Chicken dishes
◼️Overall Impression:
Among the private room izakayas in the Waigaya style, I think this place is really good! They excel in both seafood and bistro-style meat dishes. The cost performance was good. It was fully booked, so make a reservation! The service was really great!
◼️What we ate:
- Appetizer (480 yen for 2 servings)
- Sashimi assortment (500 yen for 2 servings)
- Taraba Botan Shrimp (1480 yen for 2 pieces)
- Homemade spare ribs (880 yen)
- Instant smoked dome (780 yen)
- Corn tempura (780 yen)
- Eel roll (980 yen)
- Sapporo Solachi draft beer (759 yen)
- Various drinks
◆Sapporo Solachi draft beer (690 yen)
I love this!! If you like Indian Blue Demon or Devil Beer, you'll love it too!
◆Appetizer (480 yen for 2 servings)
- Sweet shrimp Genovese marinade
- Fatty salmon and salmon roe with salt koji
They came out in cute little cans for each person, it was so cute! The appetizers were well-prepared.
◆Fatty beef Instant Smoked Dome (780 yen)
Wow! It's exciting! They gather smoke in a glass dome and open it in front of you! When they open it, the smoke goes "poof"! The meat was moist and had a smoky flavor, so delicious! There were plenty of vegetables underneath, so it can also serve as a salad! If a woman says, "I want to eat salad," just order this and everyone will get excited.
◆Sashimi assortment (500 yen for 2 servings)
This is amazing, haha, so cheap! The lineup includes red snapper, young yellowtail, salmon, bonito, and sweet shrimp! The fish was thick and delicious! The seaweed and flying fish roe sprinkled on top made it visually appealing!
◆Taraba Botan Shrimp (1480 yen for 2 pieces)
Huge shrimp came out, haha, it's so big! It seems to be a natural live specimen that you can't eat in Tokyo! I've had a huge raw shrimp at an expensive sushi restaurant before, but this one was even bigger!! The second largest shrimp I've ever had in my Tabelog life was here, haha.
◆Homemade spare ribs (880 yen)
So delicious! So cheap! It's a generous portion! It's bone-in meat, but it falls off the bone with just a knife and fork! It was tender and moist! There were wedged-cut fried potatoes underneath, and they were soaked in the sauce, so good! Smash them and let them soak up the sauce!! It's filling and cheap, you'll get full!
◆Corn tempura (780 yen)
Unique batter! The oil was clean. Eat it with truffle salt~!
◆Limited time Eel roll (980 yen)
So delicious! A must-try!! The way the egg is cooked is amazing! It's fluffy, juicy, and sizzling! This is a tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelette) made by someone with cooking skills. The texture was really good! The amount of eel inside was amazing, haha. They gave lemon and salt for flavor change, and it was well done. The lemon was great. Instead of eating a mediocre tamagoyaki for 600 yen at a random restaurant, it's definitely better to eat a skilled tamagoyaki with eel here.
◼️Interior:
It's in the Waigaya style, but it feels like a semi-private room, so you won't be bothered by other tables unless you're interested. If you are, then it's probably because your group isn't lively enough, haha.
◼️Crowdedness:
It was fully booked, so it's better to make a reservation!
◼️Service:
The girl with a short haircut was really great! I want them to create a system for requesting her, haha. I hope all customer service people would learn from her, haha. The male staff were also very friendly, so overall, I'm satisfied!! Yay! The service was really good~!!
