When you wake up, you can see Mount Fuji from the window. Breakfast at the resort hotel is served in a private room on the Members Lounge floor. The specialty dish on the menu is abalone with seaweed sauce. First, start with a refreshing vegetable juice. The staff will bring you rice and miso soup. The abalone with seaweed sauce is made by steaming the abalone for 40 minutes to make it tender, then cooking it in a warm seaweed sauce. The menu also includes grilled fish, seasonal steamed vegetables with onion and sesame dressing, rolled egg made with broth from longevity eggs, simmered beef, and more. The rice is from Niigata Prefecture, and you can choose between regular rice or porridge. Finish off with fruit yogurt. The rice and miso soup were so delicious that I had seconds. A luxurious breakfast that left me very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

I usually go to Chinese restaurants, but this time I tried Japanese cuisine for the first time. The restaurant had a luxurious atmosphere with all floors dedicated to Japanese cuisine - teppanyaki, chef's table private rooms, semi-private rooms for kaiseki, and a sushi counter. I opted for the 17500 yen course at the sushi counter. Overall, the Japanese cuisine was just average, nothing too impressive. The ingredients were decently prepared. The sushi was okay as well. However, considering the setting and price, it was a good deal.

Tokyo Bay Court Club's most difficult reservation to get is the Teppanyaki counter. It has a great view and atmosphere, making it popular for high-class business entertainment or takeout.
- Shirosei Premium Course selected by the chef: 43,560 yen
- Osetra Caviar
- Foie Gras Sauté with Red Wine Sauce
- Live Blue Lobster Bapool with Van Blanc Sauce and Truffle Flavor
- Teppanyaki of Shark Fin with Ginger Cream Sauce
- Steamed Salted Japanese Live Abalone with Uni and Dried Scallop Broth
- Kobe Beef Steak 70g or Omi Beef Fillet Steak 80g
- Truffle Rice with Consommé Soup
- Dessert and Coffee
- Wine Pairing available as an additional option
This luxurious course features three rare delicacies. Osetra Caviar is a high-grade caviar with a subtle fish roe taste and an elegant saltiness reminiscent of butter. Foie Gras is from France and may become harder to find in the future. French Blue Lobster is a rare delicacy, and I had it at the perfect time in June, served with the classic Van Blanc sauce. The Shark Fin is from the popular Yosikirizame, leading to Miyagi Abalone.
When sharing the meat, they make sure to serve half each. The meal ends with Truffle Rice and Dessert. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, but there was an issue with the wine glass cleanliness. Many may not notice, but there were fibers left from the cleaning cloth used for the wine glasses. Given the restaurant's caliber, I hope they pay more attention to detail. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.

This is the height of luxury. Enjoying teppanyaki while gazing at the night view of Odaiba. It was a happy time. The teppanyaki at Bay Court is cooked on a hot plate. They don't bring it from the back yard. It's all about the performance on the hot plate. The fish, meat, and vegetables were all delicious. The grilled corn soup was seriously delicious. Thank you, mother. Thank you, father.

The high-end members-only resort hotel Tokyo Bay Court Club, operated by Resort Trust, is considered to be one of the top-tier establishments. Among its standout features is the paradise-like restaurant that seems to float in the sky. The restaurants within this hotel chain consistently provide excellent service, with Chinese, Japanese, and teppanyaki cuisine being highly recommended. Additionally, the wide range of options including Italian and French cuisine within the same hotel is impressive. Unlike the luxury hotels in Tokyo that are experiencing a surge in inbound tourism, the members-only nature of this hotel means it doesn't practice dynamic pricing, making it relatively less crowded. This is one of the advantages of a members-only establishment.

I have been going to Beikote for a long time, and the teppanyaki performances in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Ashiya are always top-notch. The food is always delicious, and the service is professional. It's a place I always want to go to. Absolutely delicious without any complaints.

Member-only Japanese restaurant "Jigi" located on the 24th floor of the Bay Court Club Hotel & Spa Resort. The unique space expresses a tranquil seaside world created by water, rocks, and wind.
[Order ✎] This time, I used it for dinner. Teppanyaki dishes grilled on the teppan in front of you are beautifully colorful, with a wide variety and very beautiful. The steak and seafood were of high quality. The view of the Rainbow Bridge in front of you is also excellent, so I highly recommend it.

A Japanese restaurant located inside The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho. I used it for breakfast on the day I stayed. It's like a private room, so privacy is well protected. The tables are spacious and comfortable. You can enjoy your meal in a luxurious mood from the morning. The menu for this time was as follows:
- Wake-up vegetable juice
- Abalone with seaweed sauce
- Today's grilled fish x2
- Seasonal steamed vegetables with onion and sesame dressing
- Half-day marinated beef stew
- Omelette with long-life eggs from Sagamihara Farm
- Dried daikon radish and komatsuna greens
- Mentaiko aged in persimmon leaves
- Homemade nori tsukudani
- Pickles
- Rice porridge
- Miso soup
- Fruit yogurt
It was a luxurious and satisfying breakfast that didn't feel like breakfast at all! I was worried if I could finish it, but it was so delicious that I had no problem! I devoured it all (о´∀`о) As expected of The Prince Gallery. Thank you for the feast ★

First, when ordering alcohol, they gave me a supplement that is good for the liver to drink before drinking. I tried it out, but I'm not sure if it had any effect... However, the supplement pills were large and there were six of them, so it was difficult to drink them all! I ordered the best course. Everything I ate was delicious, as expected from the best course, but the portions were large! I wanted to eat sushi, so I took one bite at a time after the meat dishes. The dish with meat in the broth was very delicious, and it felt like a waste to leave any. I'm sorry, if my stomach wasn't full, I would have wanted to eat more sushi, so it might be nice to have a menu that allows for more sushi to be eaten. As expected of Tokyo Bay Court, there are no disappointments! After this, I had some drinks in the lounge.

Visited "Nihon Ryori Jigi" in Ariake. It is a Japanese restaurant located in Tokyo Bay Court Club. This time, I had teppanyaki. One of the great things about this restaurant is the outstanding night view. You can see the Rainbow Bridge and other beautiful sights from the teppanyaki counter. The teppanyaki dishes were quite generous and delicious. I highly recommend the grilled shark fin, which had a smooth and rich flavor with a crispy texture. The sautéed sea bream was also very tasty. The meat dishes were delicious as well, with high-quality meat cooked perfectly on the grill. I chose the garlic fried rice as my side dish, which had a great flavor. The mango pudding dessert was also amazing, with a rich and delicious taste. Since it is a members-only hotel, the service was excellent, making it a great choice for special occasions. I paid with a credit card. It was a delightful experience. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

Store Name: Japanese Cuisine Jigi Budget: 5,000 yen per person (breakfast) Address: 3-1-15 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo Bay Court Club Located inside Tokyo Bay Court Club, this Japanese restaurant is known for its morning meals. The head chef, Mr. Takagi, trained at prestigious hotels and Japanese restaurants such as Palace Hotel Tokyo and Hachinoki in Kamakura. The restaurant offers traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. While dinner features high-quality teppanyaki, the breakfast course focuses on healthy dishes. I enjoyed dishes made with carefully selected rice, fish, and various side dishes. The standout was the fluffy dashimaki tamago, a gently sweet rolled omelette, perfect for breakfast. The restaurant also has a good selection of sake, so I look forward to visiting for dinner next time. Thank you for the delicious meal! I had the cheapest lunch course available. They cooked it right in front of me in a very nice atmosphere. I tried a dish wrapped in bread with nagaimo, and I wanted to recreate it at home. The head chef was busy chatting with regular customers, which was a bit disappointing.

I always used to eat out and only used the hotel bar, so it was my first time using the restaurant inside Baycourt (looking forward to it). The prices are high, but they provide high-quality ingredients with impeccable cooking. Of course, the taste is also impeccable. I realized once again that the quality of the ingredients is crucial for teppanyaki. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, with a view of the night scenery from the window, allowing you to enjoy your meal in an adult-like ambiance. The chef's conversation is at a good distance, not too close or too far. I am impressed by the service that tries to make "eating" enjoyable not only through food but also in every aspect.
