I found a bakery in a residential area last year that is very honest and I find myself going there often. They only make as much as they can sell, and their operating hours are short, so it's reassuring. They specialize in shokupan (Japanese white bread) and curry bread, which are delicious. Today, I had an egg sandwich and it was delicious. They are only open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so be careful.

Recently, soft and fluffy bread has been the trend, but this bakery stands out with its really hard bread. Their homemade spicy curry bread was also delicious. It's located a 7-minute walk away and has been open for three years. It's a hidden gem in the residential area. However, please note that they are only open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They open at 11:00.

I visited a bakery near Minamiasagaya Station during the daytime. It's located in a residential area, which is quite unusual. The bakery is only open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They had a limited selection of bread, but it was enough to choose from. I bought a Bacon and Asparagus Pizza for 280 yen, a Curry Bread for 200 yen, an Almond Ball for 160 yen, and a Melon Bread for 150 yen. The Curry Bread had a hard crust, but the taste was not bad overall. The texture of the Almond Ball was just right. They don't seem to be open very often, so I wonder if they run the bakery as a hobby. Thank you for the meal.
