The two middle school students cost about 3,000 yen, and the four adults cost about 17,000 yen, totaling just over 20,000 yen. My husband and I also enjoy eating, as do the other couple. The total cost at Saizeriya is kind of funny.

I tried the lunch menu spinach spaghetti: sometimes you need something different, so I chose a simple item. I added a carrot salad to make up for what I usually lack, but it ended up being similar to the accompanying salad. Yeah, it's an Italian dish that lacks a sharp edge and has a mellow taste. Well, even with this taste, if the pasta was al dente, it might not go well, and the other way around might anger an Italian. On the other hand, the salad had crunchy carrots and the dressing was tangy and delicious. It seems like the lunch menu has become even cheaper? It might be a misunderstanding, though. With this, maybe you could buy a Porsche by eating one meal a day at this restaurant! ... That's not true. If I had the money, I've always thought I'd like to try driving an older Porsche rather than the latest one. But if I test drive one, I feel like I'd be captivated and it would lead to my downfall, so it's absolutely not allowed. ===========

I love Saizeriya and was looking forward to celebrating my daughter's birthday there during the state of emergency due to the coronavirus. I invited the cooking teacher Madame and her husband, who always take care of us, to join us for a birthday party that turned into an adult drinking party. We were waiting for the alcohol ban to be lifted. We enjoyed Magnum red and white wine, buffalo mozzarella, salami, Italian-style tripe stew x2, Rengoku eggs x2, escargot x2, chorizo x2, lamb skewers x2, garlic-grilled mussels, chicken Caesar salad, small shrimp salad, L cheese Milan-style Doria, Italian pudding, a drink bar, petit focaccia, popcorn shrimp, sautéed spinach, and more for a total of 9250 yen. Weekend afternoon at 4:00 - Girls' gathering with 3 people. We've been here so many times already. We all love Saizeriya, both kids and adults. Unfortunately, due to the current state of the COVID-19 situation, they're not serving alcohol, so we can't have wine, which is a bit disappointing. We ordered Anchovy Frico (400), Arosticchini lamb skewers (400), a set of Petit Focaccia (100), and the drink bar (200), totaling 1,100 yen. The Anchovy Frico is better than the regular one, the anchovy really adds a nice flavor, and it's served hot. The spices on the lamb skewers are also great. They've changed the ordering system, so now they calculate each person's bill separately, which is convenient for a girls' gathering. Due to COVID, we're not sharing dishes today. We decided to try something new instead of the usual menu items. Well, we've had the same things so many times before (^-^) It's always delicious. And we're grateful for that. On days when I feel frustrated, I go all out and indulge in a feast at Saizeriya! I can never decide between the steak & rice or spaghetti, so I end up ordering both. The rare lamb rump steak is juicy and thick, making it a challenge to cut with a table knife. I enjoy it with Sicilian sea salt and addictive spices. The small rice for 100 yen is delicious too. In addition to the lamb rump steak & rice, I also get a plate of pesto Genovese spaghetti. This is adult eating at its finest! Saizeriya is the best. I love digging into both dishes and savoring every bite of the lamb meat flow. The Pecorino cheese adds a nice touch. I can't wait to come back to Saizeriya for another feast!

The parking lot is next to the shop and behind the store of the Hiraya family, and the interior of the shop has a warm color tone typical of Saizeriya, creating a nice atmosphere. Lately, the way of ordering at Saizeriya is to write it on the provided order form and hand it over, which I find quite cumbersome compared to other chain stores. I ordered JR No.2 and 2 Arrosticini skewers for 400 yen, Shrimp Cream Gratin for 400 yen, and Cheese-rich Milan-style Doria for 400 yen to share. No.1 ordered Hamburg Steak for 400 yen, Small Rice for 100 yen, and Large-sized Small Shrimp Salad for 500 yen. The main dishes, Shrimp Cream Gratin and Cheese-rich Milan-style Doria, have a rich flavor of cheese and milk, which is quite good for this price. The Small Shrimp Salad is as delicious as ever! The cocktail sauce on it is great, and the portion is just right for two people. The Arrosticini skewers are skewers of lamb meat with a punchy spice like curry powder. The taste is decent. I went to Saizeriya in Suginami and was really surprised since it had been a long time since my last visit! Today's order was as follows: - Cold pumpkin soup for 149 yen - Corn cream soup for 149 yen - Sautéed spinach for 199 yen - Bolognese pasta for 399 yen - Milan-style doria for 299 yen - Spinach gratin for 399 yen - Petit focaccia for 139 yen Honestly, I was surprised by the amount of pasta! I remember in the past you could choose the portion size based on the price, but it seems like that's no longer the case! The pasta and doria were as good as frozen food level delicious. The sautéed spinach, however, was not to my liking, I couldn't finish it after just one bite. The soups were also at an instant level. However, it's cheap! All this food for less than 1000 yen per person! It's truly surprising.

Located in Hamadayama, Tokyo, along Inokashira Street, I have been here many times in the past but have not visited recently. I went around 6:00 pm on a Sunday night in January after a long time. Saizeriya's selling point is its cheap menu and reasonably tasty food. However, the service level has dropped significantly. When I arrived, the restaurant was about half full. However, I had to wait for 5-10 minutes as there were two groups ahead of me. There were no staff in the hall initially, but eventually one came out and seemed too busy to take our order. After a while, a few more staff members appeared, but the service was still slow. When I tried the coffee from the drink bar, it tasted strange and seemed like it was made with hot water and coffee grounds. I ordered the Mixed Grill for 599 yen, Rice for 169 yen, and the drink bar for 190 yen, all inclusive of tax. The most basic pasta, Aglio e Olio, was only 299 yen! Despite the issues, Saizeriya's affordability and decent food make it worth the visit. I wish they paid more attention to details like coffee refills. Nevertheless, I left with a full stomach. Family restaurant "Saizeriya Hamadayama" is located about a 5-7 minute walk from Hamadayama Station (Keio Inokashira Line). It is located on Inokashira Street. The store is on the first floor of an apartment building. Since it is located along a main road, there is a parking lot available, although the number of parking spaces is not very large. There is also a space for bicycles and motorcycles to park. The bicycle parking space is divided into two areas, at the entrance of the parking lot and at the entrance of the store. Compared to other stores, there are quite a few bicycle parking spaces available. Inside the store, there is a drink bar right near the entrance. The store is relatively spacious for a store located on the first floor of an apartment building. However, compared to standalone buildings, it may feel a bit dark inside as natural light is limited. The food is similar to other Saizeriya stores, so there is nothing particularly noteworthy. The location of the drink bar near the entrance may be slightly inconvenient for customers seated further away.

On weekends, I don't feel like cooking dinner, so my family went to Saizeriya for dinner. The restaurant was filled with families. I tried tarako pasta for the first time and it was delicious.

This day we had dinner at a nearby family restaurant. After playing at the nearby park and exhausting ourselves in the scorching heat, my wife didn't feel like cooking dinner, so we decided to go to the family restaurant for a quick meal. The family restaurant had a drink bar, which made the kids happy as they could enjoy unlimited drinks. Lately, the family restaurant industry, especially those with a slightly higher-end focus, have been increasing prices by changing their menus and discontinuing 24-hour operations. However, Saizeriya has been trying to keep prices the same. As a result, it was crowded with families. With more families, the restaurant became noisy and messy, with many kids spilling things. The cleanliness seemed to be deteriorating, with corn kernels on the floor at our table. Perhaps due to low-cost operations, the staff seemed insufficient. They struggled to handle customer orders, food serving, dish clearing, and cash register duties promptly, resulting in longer wait times. We ordered Bolognese spaghetti and cod roe spaghetti. The kids prefer meat sauce spaghetti over Bolognese, so that was our choice. The cod roe spaghetti was also decent, made with ordinary ingredients. The low prices at Saizeriya continue to impress, even with the addition of a drink bar, the cost was around 1000 yen per person. Overall, 3.2 for value, 3.0 for food/taste, 3.0 for service, 3.0 for atmosphere, and 4.0 for cost-performance ratio.

Surprisingly, there are not many Saizeriya restaurants in Suginami-ku. I visited for the first time today and I wasn't sure which store it was, but it was the Hamadayama store. I ordered the usual onion sauce hamburger, a medium-sized beer, white and red wine by the glass, and a warm salad with tender green beans, totaling ¥1,268. The unique feature of this store is that the female staff on the floor are on the older side, and it was hard to find the bicycle parking. I wasn't sure about the parking space either. Even though I ordered a small rice, the portion was quite large, and what made me laugh was that the lunch set salad looked completely different in size from the photo. I thought about emailing the company's contact information, but it seems they only have a toll-free number.
