Personal note. I don't remember the name of the product I ordered (^_^;) Even on a weekday morning after the Obon holiday, Starbucks was almost full, with only a few empty seats inside and the rest on the terrace. The drink I tried for the first time was something like barley or naturally derived coffee, which was more refreshing and easy to drink than regular coffee. The teamwork among the staff was amazing. I overheard a conversation between staff members, and another staff member quickly stepped in to assist. It has been a while since I felt such amazing customer service at Starbucks ☆

I came to the Matisse exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. I had a ticket for entry at 2 o'clock, so I decided to take a break here. I walked all the way from Ueno Station and was sweating a lot, so I needed something cold to drink. I had the GABURI Watermelon Frappuccino. Inside, there were small cube-shaped pieces, about 3mm in size. The texture was not like watermelon. I thought it was something else, and it turned out to be dragon fruit and passion fruit pulp. There was also something green at the bottom, which was kiwi fruit pulp. It seemed like they wanted to make it look like watermelon. It had whipped cream on top, with red powder sprinkled on it, which was watermelon salt. Just like how people often sprinkle salt on watermelon before eating it. I drank the cold Frappuccino in the air-conditioned store and soon my sweat dried up.

When I went after a long time, the shop had become "only tall size"! I think it's to ease congestion, but before, you could of course order a grande and relax, so it's a bit disappointing. GABURI Peach Frappuccino 700 yen. The peach fruit is packed in tightly and delicious! It has a stronger fruit flavor than the previous melon frappuccino. Is the cream a bit light? It was delicious.

After visiting the Matisse exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum in Ueno, we stopped by for tea at 3 o'clock. We enjoyed a Setouchi lemon cake frappuccino, an iced coffee, and shared an orange & mango cake between the two of us. The place was crowded, but the spacious interior and the lovely agapanthus flowers near the entrance were nice.

I tried the new Setouchi Lemon Cake Frappuccino and Blueberry Rare Cheesecake with my companion. We also ordered hot coffee and chocolate scone. We enjoyed our treats on the terrace bench of the lovely cafe. The exterior of the cafe was charming, and we were satisfied with the new menu items. However, the staff was quite disappointing. First, they told us that only the Frappuccino would be called out by number at the counter, but our number was skipped and we had to inquire about it later. They also didn't provide a straw for the Frappuccino, so we had to use a thin straw from inside the cafe until we found a thicker one. The Frappuccino had large toppings, so a thick straw is necessary. It was frustrating that we had to explain this to get a proper straw. It's a shame that a cafe promoting sustainability and eco-friendliness fell short in this aspect.

I tried the Setouchi Lemon Cake Frappuccino! It was just the right amount of sweet with crispy bits in it, and I loved the flavor. Thinking about it now makes me want to drink it again. This Starbucks is always crowded, so mobile ordering is a must. Super convenient and comfortable.

The scenery was beautiful and I was able to have a wonderful break! I thought it might take a long time because it was crowded, but I was surprised to be served in less than 10 minutes! There were many seats, so maybe they have a good turnover rate? I didn't see anyone looking for a seat.

On a holiday at 11 o'clock, I went to the Starbucks located in Ueno Park, where cherry blossom viewing was allowed this year. There were a lot of foreigners and it was very crowded! Since the weather outside was nice, there were some empty seats inside the store. I couldn't find them, but I wonder if there are seats with electrical outlets? If there are, the store is spacious and the outside scenery is nice, so it seems like a relaxing place. I ordered a hot coffee. The size seems to be only tall. It's bitter and delicious.

I went to Ueno for an early dinner followed by viewing the cherry blossoms at night. I had visited two weeks before for dinner and it was still too early for the blossoms. This time, it was just the right timing to see the beautiful flowers. I stopped by a Starbucks in the park and enjoyed a cafe latte and an espresso. They have a terrace with heating, which was actually quite warm, almost too much with a jacket on. It's a hidden gem here. Since the terrace seating is the main area, it seems like a great place to relax during the day.

It's rainy on Saturday, but I wanted to see the cherry blossoms so I went to Ueno Park. I saw a Starbucks in Tokyo that I should visit, so I took a break there. There were about 20 people in line, but the staff were efficient, taking orders on tablets while we waited in line, making the process smooth. They only had tall size drinks, which may have helped speed things up. I thought I wouldn't find a seat since it was full, but luckily the back was empty. It filled up after I sat down. The view from the back seats is also nice. If you're alone, you might find a seat if you look around. Thank you for the meal.

While the weather was warm, unfortunately it was not great. I stopped by in between work to see the cherry blossoms. Besides Somei Yoshino, you can enjoy various other cherry blossom varieties like Yamazakura, Maihime, and Komatsuotome. I went to the Starbucks near the zoo. There was a long line, so I got a Starbucks latte to go. I wanted to relax on the terrace, but ended up walking around and enjoying the cherry blossoms. Thank you for the meal.

During the daytime on holidays, it is a super crowded store where it is difficult to secure a seat. I have visited many Starbucks, but it is rare to see a store that is always so crowded like this one. One of the reasons is that it is right in the middle of Ueno Park. Passing by on a holiday night, there were a few empty seats inside the store. The view of Ueno Park from the inside and terrace seats is a selling point of this store, so winter nights may be a good time to visit. The location, interior, and abundance of seats make this a wonderful store. It's strange how it's not a Regional Landmark Store. Also, the drip coffee here was only available in tall size. This restaurant has a nice terrace seating area. It seems like they have done some renovations, but it's not very clear. Today, I ordered the new "Sakura Bloom Frappuccino" and Sakura Chiffon Cake. The Frappuccino has a nice subtle cherry blossom flavor and is not too sweet, which I enjoyed. The chiffon cake is also delicious and not overly sweet.

Visited the shop on a Monday holiday at 10:45 AM. This place is always crowded, so I used mobile order. As expected, there was a line for drinks inside. However, sometimes it's faster to line up if you order right before entering. I ordered a White Mocha Flavoring English Breakfast Tea Latte, hot, tall. Just a heads up, the terrace seating is currently unavailable due to renovations.

After visiting the National Treasure exhibition at the Tokyo National Museum, I took a short break at Viboloque on the way back. As a concept store that matches Ueno Park, it offers a stylish and open space where you can fully enjoy the greenery. However, the SoftBank signal inside the store was not reaching, making QR code payments impossible without Wi-Fi connection. I ordered the seasonal limited edition Crème Brûlée Latte in a doll size, which had a consistently sweet and delicious taste. My companion tried the Butter Caramel Millefeuille Frappuccino, which was also deliciously sweet. I apologize for being a weakling who only orders sweet drinks at Starbucks. However, I recently tried an Americano out of obligation and found it to be surprisingly strong and delicious. I had the impression that Starbucks coffee wasn't highly rated, but my perception may have changed a bit. Ultimately, I just wanted to show off by posting a photo of the Standing Fudo Myo-o statue at the Tokyo National Museum (photography was allowed). I apologize for this post that is far from being a cultured person.

I went to Ueno Park to see the giant pandas, but they were on a break. I didn't know that zoos have regular closing days. So, I decided to visit the Tokyo National Museum instead, but it was also closed. Oh well, can't be helped. I ended up going to Starbucks. I had an Earl Grey tea latte for 455 yen, and my companion had a Starbucks latte for 416 yen. Both were in a short size. The place was not crowded, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Located near the main gate of Ueno Zoo in Ueno Park, which is said to be the first urban park in Japan, is Starbucks Coffee Ueno Onshi Park store. It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Ueno Station Park Exit. It was crowded on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I chose the Dark Mocha Chip Cream Frappuccino® Tall for ¥565 and the Starbucks Latte Hot Tall for ¥455. The Frappuccino® was a creamy blend of milk, dark chocolate powder, and chocolate chips over ice, providing a cool sensation. When my throat got cold, I warmed up with the comforting sweetness of milk and the rich aroma of espresso in the Starbucks Latte Hot. I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, overlooking the fountain and the park.

I went to STARBUCKS Ueno Onshi Park store to take photos of my tumbler that I received for my Snoopy and Starbucks birthday, as well as other collaboration goods. I got a Strawberry & Velvet Brownie Mocha ice drink (tall size) and a Butterscotch donut. The weather was nice today and I was able to sit outside, so it was a perfect day for taking photos. It was a relaxing time.

When it was ready, I went to the counter to pick it up. This was so convenient. The people waiting in line at the register are on the right side of the sign. The weather was really nice that day, almost too hot, and the terrace seats were full of dogs, making it a pleasant time. The last photo is of a cute panda mailbox near Ueno Zoo. Speaking of which, Ueno Zoo had a long line. I was recommended by a friend to try Starbucks mobile ordering, and I'm glad I finally did. There is only one Starbucks near the entrance of Ueno Zoo, but they have a rack. It's always crowded and feels like a battlefield with people lining up. When I, in my cycling jersey, ordered an iced drink, the staff said, "It's gotten hot today, hasn't it?" Their customer service is great, and it feels like a chain store where the customers are valued. It's normal for a place like this to be so popular. Thank you for the meal.
