Hand-kneaded hamburger & Hunter-style steak for 980 yen. The hamburger is made with coarsely ground beef with strong spices, giving it a Middle Eastern or Turkish flavor. Very satisfying. The Hunter-style steak is pasta topped with grilled beef. The beef is well marinated and the pasta absorbs the meat's flavor, making it delicious. Unfortunately, today the pasta was burnt and stuck to the iron plate, making it a bit difficult to eat. Next time, I'll try adding soy sauce earlier. In addition, there was soup. Arrived on a Sunday at 4:00 PM, with only a couple of other customers, and for this price, the taste was very satisfying. Personally, I think it's the best in Ikebukuro.

I visited the company's restaurant for lunch. I arrived around 11:30 and there were no other customers at first, but gradually more people came in, which was reassuring. I ordered the hand-kneaded hamburger & Hunter-style dish for 980 yen. The hamburger was delicious as it looked, and the Hunter-style dish was also tasty. However, personally, I found the sauce to be just okay. Also, the case containing chopsticks and such was a bit dirty, which was a little off-putting, and it was a bit inconvenient that the signal for PayPay was weak underground, causing a delay. I'll just pay with cash next time.

I usually have lunch at the Shinjuku store while working, but today, on a Sunday afternoon, I decided to try the Ikebukuro store and have a beer while eating. It was 2:00 PM on a Sunday and, oh no, it was full! Luckily, a table opened up just as I arrived, so I was able to get a seat. I ordered their popular No.1 dish, the hand-molded hamburger steak & iron plate beef pasta (980 yen) with extra rice! (on the house) And a beer. What? They don't have beer? Are you kidding me!? Oh well, I'll just have a canned beer from the convenience store later. One good thing about this place is the sizzling iron plate and the fact that not only the hamburger steak, but also the beef pasta, is delicious. Here it comes! The sizzling sound and smoke create a great atmosphere! The hamburger steak seems to be hand-molded, but it's not soft. The meat has a firm texture. It's not very juicy. In fact, there's quite a bit of meat juice coming out. The pasta that comes with it absorbs that meat juice. I really like this pasta. It doesn't seem to be seasoned, but it absorbs the flavors from the hamburger meat juice and the spices on top of the beef slices. I enjoy it with a slightly acidic soy sauce. The slightly burnt parts are also delicious. There are so many types of hamburger steaks. Soft and tender ones that you eat with ketchup or demi-glace sauce are tasty, but a solid and firm hamburger steak with salt, pepper, spices, garlic, and a tangy soy sauce is also delicious in its own way. Isn't this one good too? (in a casual tone) Thank you for the meal.

It is located a few minutes north of Ikebukuro East Exit. There is a Jozoya nearby. The shop is located on the B1 floor and has a slightly intimidating atmosphere. There are around 7 tables that can seat 4 people each. As it was a bit late, there were initially 2 customers, but 3 groups came in while we were eating. We ordered the most popular dish, the Hunter's Grill set menu, which includes hamburg steak and pasta grilled on an iron plate. The hamburg steak had juicy meat and was delicious.

About a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station East Exit, there is a restaurant called "GRILL HUNTER Ikebukuro Store" located on the B1F of a building in a bustling area. I visited for the first time in the early evening of early May. The restaurant has a claimed seating capacity of 28 seats, but in reality, there were 20 seats with 5 four-person table seats, possibly due to infection prevention measures being taken. The restaurant was run by a single Indian man. I looked at the menu on the table. It was close to evening, but the lunch menu was still set on the table. Maybe it's an all-day menu? On this day, I ordered the "Melty Cheese Handmade Hamburg & Special Karaage" (909 yen) with soup and rice, and added a topping of "Crab Cream Croquette" (250 yen). First, the soup arrived quickly. It was a clear yellow soup with no ingredients, tasting like consommé. After a short wait, the main dishes were brought out sizzling on a hot plate, making a loud sizzling and popping sound as the oil and sauce splattered. I used the black and white printed oil guard paper with the Hunter's way of eating written on it to protect against the splashing oil. The table was quickly covered in splattered oil until the splashing subsided, so using the oil guard was essential. The hamburger was more compact than I expected, probably due to the compact size of the hot plate. It looked voluminous though. The chicken karaage came with 2 pieces. The crab croquette already had tartar sauce on it. The side dish included bean sprouts and corn. I immediately tried it with a fork and knife. The hot hamburger was overflowing with juices and packed with flavor, very delicious! The melty cheese's sweetness and demi-glace sauce matched well, stimulating the appetite. The chicken karaage had a firm texture and boneless, making it easy to eat whole without cutting with a knife. It was also delicious with the demi-glace sauce. The crab croquette seemed to be a frozen food rather than homemade, with a slightly burnt crust and a hard texture. I would like to try various toppings in the future. I finished the meal shortly after. Thank you for the meal.

The hamburg steak with a kick of spice was delicious! The eating instructions were detailed, showing their attention to detail. The hamburg steak came with beef pasta, and the seasoning on the beef tasted similar to something I've had before (but can't quite remember). I ordered the hand-kneaded hamburger steak and crab cream croquette (891 yen excluding tax) along with the Arabian grilled salad (280 yen). The hamburger steak is made with 100% beef and delicious with spices and beef. It comes with a garlic sauce, but personally, I preferred it without.

In the underground area of Ikebukuro East Exit, a popular restaurant with a long history and a slightly flashy atmosphere. I revisited after a long time! I learned that Grill Hunter also exists in Shinjuku, Gotanda, and Shinbashi. It has a wild vibe that gets you excited. - Handmade Hamburg Steak & Teppan Beef Pasta The handmade burger is an adaptation of kebab with added spices and herbs. The large size has been increased from 180g to 220g, adding to the wild appeal especially when hungry. The Teppan beef pasta, known as Hunter Yaki, has a special soy sauce dressing that is fragrant, and the crispy meat is delicious. The juices and soy sauce dressing from the kebab burger also flow well. The pasta gets slightly crispy and oily on the plate, making it a great match with white rice! Ikebukuro Grill Hunter featured a segment on cheap hamburger restaurants in Ikebukuro during lunchtime. I decided to try one of the restaurants mentioned, which was said to be owned by a relative of Koizumi. Despite thinking it might be crowded, I was the only one there. It was a kebab-like hamburger, priced around 850 yen. In my opinion, it was a hamburger that seemed to go against the times - dry and lacking juiciness. On the positive side, you could taste the minced meat texture, and rice was served in large portions for free. The reactions seemed exaggerated, as if it was for TV. It was cool to see Koizumi Koutarou's autograph, even though I'm not really a fan.

I ordered the most popular dish, the hand-made hamburger steak and hunter-style grilled beef. The sizzling hamburger steak, dripping with meat juices, and the grilled beef are served on a hot teppan, along with pasta soaked in their essence. The meat is delicious, but the pasta is surprisingly tasty. It's definitely a B-class gourmet experience. If you're hungry, give it a try. The hamburger steak was soft but lacked juiciness and didn't suit my taste. It was meant to be eaten with a special soy sauce on the side. The Hunter's Style was described as teppanyaki with beef and pasta, but it turned out to be beef stir-fried in soy sauce, as expected. The pasta didn't have much flavor and was eaten together with the beef. Overall, it seemed like a menu and taste that would appeal more to teenagers.

Located near Ikebukuro East Exit, this underground restaurant is quite hard to find and access due to its hidden location in a narrow alley. If it weren't for Tabelog, I would have found it difficult to venture down into this underground spot. Upon descending, you'll find an Asian-style atmosphere with a music menu. I chose the popular No.1 dishes, the hamburger and grilled meat. First, a paper with instructions on how to eat the soup, soy sauce, and hamburger is brought to you. The dishes arrive on a heated iron plate. The hamburger is eaten with soy sauce. Rice is free for refills and the portions are quite generous. Both the hamburger and grilled meat have a rich flavor and are delicious. I was so engrossed in eating that I forgot to take photos to avoid spilling.

The other day, I saw this place while drinking at an izakaya and thought I would come here someday. After having drinks at Gen-chan, I decided to come here. I usually go to Hakata Tenjin, but today I decided to try something different. I went down the stairs to the underground restaurant, where it was a bit dimly lit. Luckily, there was another customer already there. I decided to go for the best deal, which was a combination of hamburger and hunter's steak. The server mentioned that I could increase the size of the hamburger for an additional charge, and I couldn't resist, so I went for the larger size. I thought I could handle the normal rice portion. I also ordered a lemon sour drink, which had an artificial taste that reminded me of candy. I should have just asked for a glass of wine with ice. After a short wait, I was served with cup soup and rice. The portion of rice was quite large. Just before the hamburger was brought out, the server explained the proper way to eat it. When the hamburger arrived, I was surprised by its size - it was huge. The hunter's steak was also served in a generous portion. Beneath it all, there was a substantial amount of spaghetti. It was more than just a side dish portion of spaghetti. The hamburger was like a bun-shaped oval, well-cooked with clear juices oozing out when I cut into it. I was advised to dip it in a special soy sauce, but I found the flavor was already good without it. The hunter's steak was also recommended to be eaten with a different soy sauce, but I felt it was unnecessary. The combination of the meat with rice was delicious. The dishes were richly flavored and lacked vegetables, so it became a bit overwhelming after a while. It was all about eating meat and rice repeatedly, so you could definitely get your fill of meat and rice here. While they do have alcohol and some side dishes, it may not be the best place for a leisurely drink. It's more suited for those in the mood for a meat-centric meal.

I tried to challenge the Seibu event, but there was a long line at Tomita. People were eating at the Woodstock Outlet in Kimitsu! Whether it's bravado or consolation, I told myself to give up because I felt like I couldn't breathe in the crowd. I went to the restaurant that caught my interest from Mairevi-san's post and ordered the same thing. Hand-kneaded hamburger & Hunter's Yaki. The hamburger was in a long shape and the Hunter's Yaki was a sautéed meat and onion dish. Under the meat was pasta soup, and rice was also available for seconds. The total price was 880 yen. In conclusion, as a meat + meat set meal, it was reasonable. Especially the hamburger had a unique taste and was worth trying. The portion size was sufficient and the place was not crowded. For more details, please see below. It's quite long, so whenever you have time. - Hamburger: The meat juice doesn't leak out like crazy, so be careful not to cut it all at once. It's not overly juicy, not dry, but just right with a good meaty texture and satisfying. It had a unique flavor using the kebab method with spices and herbs, similar to sausages. I added a lot of homemade soy sauce and it was delicious. - Hunter's Yaki: I don't know what makes it "Hunter's," but it's just a normal sautéed meat and onion dish with a slight gamey smell. There's quite a lot of pasta underneath, so it's quite filling. Be careful as it's still very hot even after some time. - Soup and Onion Soup: It's nice that they bring it out at the beginning. It's a bit salty, though. The quality of the rice is okay, and the portion size is good, so I didn't need a second helping. - Service & Atmosphere: The foreign staff were polite and the atmosphere was good. It was spacious with only 2 groups of 3 people as customers. However, be cautious of the oil splatter due to the teppanyaki style. Despite being careful as advised by previous customers, I couldn't completely avoid the smell transfer. - Value for Money & Overall Impression: If you get a hamburger and meat for 880 yen, it's okay, right? The pasta side dish is also quite generous, and you can have a rice refill if you want. It would be nice if a salad or fresh vegetables were included to reduce the guilt of just eating meat. Also, the downside is that the water tastes bad. You either have to order a drink or bring your own mineral water.

I couldn't see the restaurant, but I decided to go in. Since I started using Tabelog, my way of choosing restaurants has definitely changed. In the past, I think I used to rotate between my favorite foods and restaurants, but now I can enjoy jumping into a restaurant without hesitation. At 11:45, there were no customers yet, and I was the 101st customer? I felt a bit nervous, but there was no turning back. The staff were of Indian descent. It felt like a curry restaurant from that region. The interior had photos and signatures of Kohta Takao and his son. There was only this signature. Hmm, mysterious (^^). Without hesitation, I chose the number one popular dish. It was called Kebab hamburger. It was a first for me! It was interesting to have a "first" at the beginning of the new year (^。^). It was said to have an arrangement of spices and herbs from Kebab. As a double main dish, there was also Hunter-style steak. It had seasoned beef, onions, and pasta. In the kitchen, there was a sticky, hand-kneaded sound. Just before serving, a sheet was provided with instructions on how to eat. It was said to prevent oil splashes... After about 8 minutes, the food was served. Wow! It came with a loud noise! Steam rising silently! And oil splattering everywhere!! It took about a minute to settle down while using the sheet as a shield. However, I was a bit slow to dodge the initial oil splatter. Looking at my white shirt... I was out! Yes, oil splatter! The rice was generously portioned. It came with consomme cup soup and sauce for the hamburger. I cut the barrel-shaped hamburger with a knife. A little bit of meat juice flowed out. I was attracted by the outdoor menu at the Grill Hunter on the basement floor in Ikebukuro. When I went down, there was a lively atmosphere with a group of young women in a cafe setting, which was unusual. I ordered the Handmade Hamburg Steak & Hunter-style Fried Rice & Soup set for 880 yen. I later found out that the cooking method is derived from kebab. I was looking forward to it. As it is a steakhouse, there is a paper to prevent oil splatter when eating. Since the hamburger steak is juicy, it is recommended not to cut it all at once. It was ready in about 10 minutes. The oil splatter prevention worked well, and it made a satisfying sizzling sound. The hamburger steak was delicious. I underestimated it. The spices were good, and it was indeed tasty even without sauce. I also liked the concept of Hunter-style fried rice. Thank you for the meal~♪

I arrived for a late lunch. I had the hamburger steak with rice and soup for 690 yen (tax included), which I think is cheap. I had visited this place a few years ago and wanted to have a leisurely lunch, so I decided to come back. The soup was a consommé type, with a light flavor. I'm happy because I don't like strong consommé soup. There were almost no ingredients in the soup. The hamburger steak was long and oval-shaped, and when I cut into it, a nice amount of juices came out. It's a good value lunch, right? I was the only customer, so I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. I might come back again.
