Hand-kneaded hamburger & Hunter-style steak for 880 yen, with rice (free refills) and soup included. The restaurant had a sign saying they were closed for the New Year until January 6th. Oh well, it's okay. Let's work with this kind of flexibility and enjoy it (^。^). I saw a big signboard while walking around. Hmm, a hamburger restaurant. It seemed to be downstairs... I couldn't see the restaurant, but I decided to go in. Since I started using Tabelog, my way of choosing restaurants has definitely changed. In the past, I think I used to rotate between my favorite foods and restaurants, but now I can enjoy jumping into a restaurant without hesitation. At 11:45, there were no customers yet, and I was the 101st customer? I felt a bit nervous, but there was no turning back. The staff were of Indian descent. It felt like a curry restaurant from that region. The interior had photos and signatures of Kohta Takao and his son. There was only this signature. Hmm, mysterious (^^). Without hesitation, I chose the number one popular dish. It was called Kebab hamburger. It was a first for me! It was interesting to have a "first" at the beginning of the new year (^。^). It was said to have an arrangement of spices and herbs from Kebab. As a double main dish, there was also Hunter-style steak. It had seasoned beef, onions, and pasta. In the kitchen, there was a sticky, hand-kneaded sound. Just before serving, a sheet was provided with instructions on how to eat. It was said to prevent oil splashes... After about 8 minutes, the food was served. Wow! It came with a loud noise! Steam rising silently! And oil splattering everywhere!! It took about a minute to settle down while using the sheet as a shield. However, I was a bit slow to dodge the initial oil splatter. Looking at my white shirt... I was out! Yes, oil splatter! The rice was generously portioned. It came with consomme cup soup and sauce for the hamburger. I cut the barrel-shaped hamburger with a knife. A little bit of meat juice flowed out. I ate it without the sauce. Oh! Delicious! It really tasted like Kebab! More like Kebab than a hamburger? The spices and herbs made it delicious on its own (^。^). The sauce was ginger-based, I think? It was refreshing and also delicious. The Hunter-style steak. The origin of the name was unknown (^^). The pasta underneath was slightly crispy due to the high heat griddle! But there was a pre-explanation on the sheet for this too! Enjoy the slightly burnt pasta. The special soy sauce was poured over it, giving it a light flavor. The quality of the beef was not high, but even as a side dish, it made the rice go down smoothly. I finished the hot meal while being careful not to get splattered with oil. I visited thinking it was a hamburger restaurant, but it turned out to be a unique hamburger. Looking at it differently, it was really a Kebab. It was interesting and delicious as a first experience. Next time I come, I'll be prepared with solid defense! I wonder if there will be more encounters like this in the new year (^。^). Thank you.
