Option B also comes with dessert. The appetizer of pork rillette was crispy and showcased high culinary skills. The main course of sautéed cod with white butter sauce was cooked perfectly, with the sauce providing a refreshing touch of acidity. The dessert of rich cheesecake was moist and absolutely delicious. I didn't have much information beforehand, but decided to make a reservation and visit for lunch. It turned out to be a fantastic restaurant with amazing skills and flavors!

A lovely new restaurant had opened in Hamadayama. Even though it was just before noon, it was almost full, but we managed to get a table just in time.
