Visited the restaurant in response to a client's invitation. Located inside GINZA SIX, entering the building felt like being overwhelmed by a luxurious sparkle. The atmosphere reminded me of high-end shopping malls in Hong Kong or Singapore. With its high ceiling, effective air conditioning, and background music, it evoked the powerful vibe of malls in Asia. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, and its brand concept is "If you're going to eat, eat delicious meat." The main branch is in Kokubunji, established in 1976. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a large painting of "mountains and water." One of the unique features of this place is that they don't freeze the meat, hence the prefix "raw" before the meat. I opted for the "If you're going to eat, eat delicious meat course" (8800 yen, excluding a 10% service charge). The staff advised me to grill the thickly sliced raw tongue carefully, and it turned out to be delicious with a subtle saltiness. The raw thick kalbi had a strong oiliness but wasn't overpowering, with a sweet meaty flavor. The pink meat was beautiful, and the raw harami had a strong lean meat taste, very meaty and delicious. The raw loin, although raw, had a sweetness from the oil and was just right and tasty. It was at a level where you might wonder if it's just kalbi at other restaurants. It was quite delicious. The hormone assortment (3 types) was grilled well as instructed. When I put it in my mouth, the slight sweetness of the sauce and the sweetness of the shima-cho spread gently. Delicious. The tongue was grilled slowly on the mesh, providing a strong chewy texture. Boiled in a beehive, it had a slight sweetness from the boiling process. It had a fluffy texture, a new eating experience. Delicious. The closing dish, kupa, had a gentle taste, well-rounded with black pepper, and satisfying. I chose yuzu ice cream for dessert, refreshing. The side dishes of namul and kimchi were satisfying, with the kimchi having a good size cut for a substantial bite. The final corn tea was also delicious. A moment of relief. Despite the price, the quality at this prime location in Ginza is quite cost-effective. The slogan "If you're going to eat, eat delicious meat" truly lives up to its name. It was very delicious. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.
