All of Royce's products were probably displayed, with bread lined up in the back. I purchased the most popular chocolate croissant, as well as salt bread, black bean salt bread, chili con carne bread?, and corn cream bread. They were all delicious, and if a product has "Hokkaido-produced" in its name, I tend to buy it without hesitation. The one that my family particularly liked was the corn cream bread, which I found to be quite unique. It was a deep-fried bread that resembled a curry bread on the outside, with plenty of corn and corn cream inside. It reminded me of frozen corn cream croquettes that I used to have in my lunchbox, but my husband seemed to have never tried it before, so it was a very shocking encounter for him. We bought another one on our way back home. I knew that Royce's bread could also be purchased at New Chitose Airport, so I planned to buy some there instead of buying for home, but the products available at the factory and the airport were slightly different, and the one I wanted to try was not available. So, I recommend buying what you want when you come across it.

I went to the Royce Town factory at 10:00 am on September 11th. I bought vanilla and chocolate soft serve ice cream right away. The vanilla was sweet and delicious, typical of Royce, and the chocolate was also tasty with Royce chocolate. I recommend the curry bread.

The bread here is really delicious! The chocolate bread was of course tasty, but the others were delicious too. This time, I tried the salt bread and the bean bread (name is a bit fuzzy) and they were also very delicious. If only there was one near my house...

About a 10-minute walk from JR Chitose Line Royce Town Station. This shop is located inside Royce's chocolate factory. It was my first time visiting. They sell chocolates, soft serve ice cream, and bread. On this day, I bought a chocolate soft serve ice cream and a bread with a large chocolate bar inside. I thoroughly enjoyed the chocolates.

Milky stick, raw chocolate croissant. Different from before. At Royce's factory. I stopped by because they have added new factory-original products since the last time I visited. My wife bought a variety of things as usual. We got these two types of bread. They are classic but delicious. They taste even better when chilled.

The soft serve ice cream was of high quality, but I'm not sure if it was necessary to eat it in Royce Town. It would be nice to have a menu with more unique offerings. It was just a delicious soft serve ice cream. It was a shame that I didn't have much time to explore and eat in Hokkaido due to various events. I will come back again when I have more time. The problem now is how to get back (due to the typhoon).

During the Obon holiday, I visited the ROYCE' Town Factory Outlet. I wanted to take a factory tour, but you need to make a reservation in advance, so I only visited the areas that were open to the public. I didn't buy any sweets, only some bread and soft-serve ice cream. They had a chocolate soft-serve ice cream this year, which wasn't available last year. It had a rich cocoa aroma and tasted delicious. I bought the "Milky Stick Cocoa Nibs" bread, which had a creamy cocoa nib filling. The "Dessert Pizza Pistachio" had a caramelized nut topping, but the pizza dough was a bit hard. The "Melon Pan Sandwich Chocolate" had a cookie dough with chocolate chips and chocolate whipped cream. The "Fluffy Croissant Chocolate" had a moist chocolate croissant with fluffy chocolate whipped cream. The "Gute" was a wild-looking bread with a thick chocolate slab and sliced almonds on top. The "Kita Honami Scone" and "Scone Sandwich Hokkaido Blueberry Jam" were both delicious. The "Raw Chocolate Croissant Ole" was small but rich and sweet. The "Chocolate Danish Ole" had the perfect level of sweetness. Whenever I visit ROYCE', I always end up buying chocolate bread.

I stopped by during a classic car event. I didn't realize that the soft serve ice cream stand had moved to the neighboring building since the last time I came. There was a sign at the old entrance directing me to the new location. The new building had a beautiful rose garden with benches where you could relax. Inside, there were opportunities for tours and the option to visit the factory area. The soft serve ice cream was delicious, with a rich milky flavor.

I went on Sunday morning. There were more foreign tourists than last time. I bought a corn croque monsieur and a chocolate danish. They were both delicious, but the bite I had of the corn-filled donut was much tastier. I regret not choosing that one. Next time, I will definitely go for the corn donut.

After enjoying the pre-opening with children and friends, we stopped by the shop. The soft serve ice cream had a good reputation, so we bought some. I took a few bites and thought it was delicious, but I forgot what was so delicious about it. Sorry about that. As we were about to pay, I noticed they had chocolate drinks and hurriedly added one. (I prefer chocolate flavor for the soft serve ice cream, but they only sold vanilla.) We shared the drink for a taste test, so I didn't get to finish it myself, but it was delicious and I wanted more. Surprisingly not too sweet, but with a rich flavor that was delicious. The chocolate donuts were delicious. The long bread with chocolate cream inside was light and lacked substance in the bread part, which was disappointing. I felt tempted to buy chocolate at Royce, but the pizza and other items were also appealing. I bought three breads but forgot to take a picture.

After eating chips at Lake Shikotsu, I spent about 1.5 hours heading to Tobetsu Town to fulfill my wish. Along the way, an old man started insisting that I buy Royce chocolate-covered potato chips as a souvenir for his daughter. Considering the old man's schedule and the limited time available, I debated whether to stop by Sapporo, make a detour to New Chitose Airport tomorrow evening, or find a shop on Sunday before my early flight back. Suddenly, I remembered that there was a Royce Town station near Ishikari with a factory where they might have factory-direct sales. The old man in the passenger seat seemed interested, so we changed our destination slightly and headed towards Royce Town. We arrived at a large white building in a corner of Tobetsu Town, which was unmistakably the Royce factory. The shop inside was bright and filled with a wide variety of Royce chocolate products. I bought some chocolates to take home and was intrigued by the bread and pudding they also offered. Despite being on a food excursion, I couldn't resist buying some sweet pudding and bread to eat in the car. The classic-style pudding was firm and had a delicious vanilla and egg aroma. I saved the bread for later and packed the chocolates to be sent home. Tobetsu Town had two more interesting shops I wanted to visit, making me wonder if Tobetsu Town was a hot spot for foodies!笑

I visited the shop around 2:00 p.m. on a Monday, and surprisingly there were quite a few customers even though it was a weekday. I imagine it gets really crowded on weekends. After warming up at Shinotsu Onsen, I tried the soft serve ice cream for 450 yen. It was made from Jersey milk and had a rich, mineral-rich flavor that was very delicious. I wished they had a chocolate flavor soft serve from Royce as well. It was a bit disappointing that they only had milk flavor. I bought some chocolate souvenirs on my way back.

I happened to visit Al Plaza Sabae and found a Royce mobile sales truck! The inside of the truck was cool with lots of chocolates, including fresh chocolates in the refrigerated section. It feels like shopping at a shop in Hokkaido while in Sabae. The truck has a Sapporo license plate and it seems to only be here in Fukui Prefecture this time from 05/09 to 05/24, open from 11:00 to 19:00. I wasn't sure where to leave a review, so I decided to post it here for now. I sometimes use online platforms, so I felt happy and wanted to share this news first.

Station Memo! App, JR Gakuentoshi Line (Sassonuma Line) Completion Trip! JR Sapporo ⇒ Hokkaido Medical University 750 yen With this price, you can go even on a weekday without using a one-day walking ticket. Go to Hokkaido Medical University, return to Sapporo, and get off at Roy's Town Station. This is the second goal of the day. Take a shuttle bus from Roy's Town Station to Roy's Town Factory. Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Hungry. Buy bread at the shop and buy a chocolate drink ticket from the vending machine. Late lunch at the dining area next to the shop. Corn butter pizza 756 yen Chocolate drink 350 yen They provide the location, but there are no forks or chopsticks, so just bite into it. The hot dough is thin and round, with plenty of butter making the cheese soft and gooey. Lots of corn. Coffee or cola, my first choice would be to pair it with beer, but all they have is chocolate drink 350 yen, which isn't too hot, but sweet. It's chocolate, so it's sweet. Rich cocoa. After filling my stomach, I went on a tour of Royce Cocoa & Chocolate Town for 1000 yen. Since I came this far, I had to see it. It's quite a walk. I was told it would take about an hour and a half to see everything, but I finished in about 40 minutes, so it might have been a waste for me. After the tour, I bought some sweets. Whiskey snacks 1188 yen It contains four types of chocolate and was well received when I used it as a beer snack during a meal with friends. For the Buddhist altar, I bought cookies (walnut) 162 yen, galette (apple soft) 162 yen, rose financiers 243 yen. The rose financier is a moist and sweet financier. The rose shape and color are also beautiful. Stayed for 1 and a half hours. On the way back, I took the shuttle bus from Roy's Town Station to Sapporo. I thought I completed the Sassonuma Line with the Station Memo! App. The station names up to the old Shin-Totsukawa Station were listed, so I couldn't complete it (゚Д゚) It's impossible to complete the Hidaka Line and Rumoi Line like this (TT) I would like them to recognize the completion mark at the stations that are currently available, even if the station names remain as memories.

In Hokkaido, there is a "Royce Town Station". It's a dreamy name for Royce fans (*≧∀≦) Hello (^o^)/ Royce chocolates are so delicious that I couldn't resist them anymore. I decided to stop holding back on Royce chocolates and cut back on other snacks instead. This time, I decided to visit Royce Town, so I bought tickets online in advance and went there by myself (lol). Even though I was alone, there were games and it was more fun than I expected. I also tried a chocolate-making workshop. It was a great experience, with both children and adults participating. In the souvenir shop, I had soft serve ice cream and bought all 12 types of Royce pure chocolates that I couldn't do at New Chitose Airport due to embarrassment (lol). There were also limited edition items. I bought a lot and arranged for them to be delivered to my home (^_^;) The soft serve ice cream was only available in vanilla for some reason (?_?) but it was rich and delicious. The variety of bread was better than at the New Chitose Airport store. There were outlet items as well. Thank you for the feast (*´∀`)♪ (Review rating ★3.19)

I had the experience of making chocolate in the factory, and it was delicious with a rich chocolate flavor. The shop sells bread that I heard is delicious. The pizza there is of high quality and tasty! They also had dessert pizza, so I should have bought that too! The soft serve ice cream is just okay. (Others said it was delicious, so my opinion might be biased.) If you want something sweet, it's better to buy a sweet bread than the soft serve ice cream! The factory tour is recommended, even though it is not free!

So, what happened?! The man with the big nose really likes Royce chocolates. He likes receiving gifts and often gets them. He passed away early, but apparently, he once got caught by the police for drunk driving and said, "Who do you think you're catching? You can pretend like it never happened." I don't know the outcome, he was drunk at the time. He wasn't a likable guy, and back then, the head of the public safety commission was a prominent figure in town. That guy wasn't the artistic type, more like a rough character. There were quite a few rowdy individuals back then, some even got caught for soliciting prostitutes. It really was a mess. I remember saying, "It's the end of the world." Anyway, my wife brought back Royce chocolates. Not the rowdy individuals, but the chocolates. It took a while before we opened it. When we did, I was surprised by how cute it was. The box was unexpectedly stylish, with a white chocolate that was sweet and soft, melting in your mouth. There was a crunchy texture inside, maybe nuts? It was a delicious treat.

It seems like a good idea to visit the factory and then use it as a light meal. Chocolate bread is always a good choice! They were all delicious. There didn't seem to be any restaurants nearby, so we felt like we had to eat something. There were many tables lined up where you could eat freely, which was convenient for families with children. However, there were no chairs for children, so be careful about that. The tables were spacious with enough space on all sides, so you could eat with a stroller next to you.

This is a continuation of the Otarimachi expedition! The third division chief went, so I decided to go too! It's only a 30-minute drive from home. I checked the weather forecast twice, and it looks good. My wife and I decided to go together. Arrived at the location, there was a sign saying the parking lot had moved. The new parking lot was further back, with three cars already parked. A shuttle bus arrived, despite the low number of tourists in winter. Inside, the place was sparkling clean and spacious. The eat-in area was large, unlike other Royce outlets. I found the jersey milk soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately, they didn't have the chocolate flavor. I used the ticket machine to order a cone, and it was light and tasty. After eating, I explored the store and bought some limited edition goods. It was fun! I also tried the Royce chocolate for the first time, and it was delicious. My wife bought some bread from the bakery section. Overall, it was a fun experience at Royce Town Factory Outlet! Highly recommended!

On January 9, 2023 (Monday, holiday) at 14:00, after returning to Sapporo from a revisit to a hot spring trip, instead of going straight home, I decided to stop by this newly renovated place through Tobetsu Michi no Eki. I found out that they offer factory tours and experiences, and since my daughter loves chocolate, she eagerly said, "Let's go, let's go!" It was so much fun! You can learn how chocolate is made in detail, and the hands-on experience feels like playing a game. You can enjoy using your senses and body. It's the first time I've seen my daughter having so much fun like this - my wife said the same thing. After enjoying for about an hour, we bought our favorite chocolate donuts, chocolate bread, and chocolate croissants at the shop at the end. Royce's bread is delicious too! Royce's Chocolate Factory, now renamed Royce Cocoa & Chocolate Town, is really nice, or rather, it's really great here!
