The other day, I came here after work for the first time in a while. "Yabaton Tokyo Ginza Store". The nearest stations are Higashi Ginza Station and Ginza-itchome Station, right? Ginza-itchome Station is the closest, just a few minutes' walk away. It is located facing a main street. As I mentioned in a previous review, the first time I tried miso katsu at Yabaton was during a business trip to Nagoya. Since then, whenever I go to Nagoya, I often eat there. There are also several Yabaton stores in Tokyo, so when I don't go to Nagoya, I eat there. I love Nagoya food, especially miso katsu. Now, in Ginza, Yabaton is very luxurious and elegant, with high-quality service. It was a weekday, so there were more people who seemed to be returning from work, businessmen, and office ladies rather than families. However, some people had reservations, maybe they were travelers? So, I thought to myself, I worked hard today, I'm going all out! and ordered the Premium Rib Tonkatsu Set (200g) for 2000 yen. Yabaton is famous for their hire katsu, but their fillet and rib loin are also delicious. It arrived after a while. The volume was amazing as always. This one might have been one of the most substantial dishes I've had so far. Well, it's 200g after all. It's a rib loin, so it has a rich taste of fat, perfect for a day when I was hungry. And, as always, the miso sauce at Yabaton is really delicious. Every time I eat it, I am captivated by the unique taste of this miso sauce. I also like the sesame seeds on the table here. And at Yabaton, rice is all-you-can-eat!! Eating tonkatsu with unlimited rice is really unhealthy (laughs). As a small excuse, I chose healthy brown rice, but it has become the default option (laughs). This is the same as always. I ended up eating two bowls again...meaningless. The staff came to refill my water, and they seemed to be paying attention to the customers, providing courteous service. Their behavior was neat as always. The seats are table seats and counter seats at island tables, with relatively spacious seating between them, so you don't have to worry about the distance from the next table. This seating arrangement is also typical of Ginza. Plastic boards are still placed due to COVID-19 measures. Despite that, the restaurant seemed busy, with waiting customers. I'm not sure if there were hangers in the store, but from what I saw at the table seats, you can put your belongings under the chairs. Payment can be made with a credit card, which is convenient. The interior of the restaurant has table seats and counter seats. There are also some private rooms. Thank you for the meal. You can enjoy delicious miso katsu at Yabaton in Tokyo too. How nice. If you have the chance, please give it a try.
