It's been a while since I used the restaurant at night. The night menu at our restaurant is an omakase course. Dishes keep coming until you say stop. You never know what will come next, and that suspense is exciting. It started with a Chinese-style appetizer, followed by dishes like char siu, ground chicken, tomato, wood ear mushrooms, and cilantro. Even though I was eating, it just made me even more hungry. The sweet sauce on the ground chicken was really good. The dish of minced chicken and shiitake mushrooms was delicious, with a texture similar to chicken. The seasoning was perfect. Our restaurant serves Chinese cuisine without any additives, with a very gentle flavor. The dish of scallop dumplings and stir-fried bamboo shoots was elegant and tasty. The bitterness of the bamboo shoots was surprisingly good. The stir-fried dish of rapeseed blossoms and dried shrimp had a bitter taste from the rapeseed blossoms, but the crispy dried shrimp added a nice touch. The stir-fried chili sauce with prawns was excellent, with a tender texture and no spiciness. The sesame and onion sauce made by professionals was outstanding. The stir-fried Shanghai crab with miso was also delicious, with a sauce that absorbed the essence of the crab. I was told not to chew the shell, but I couldn't resist and ate it all. The stir-fried Ezo deer with cashew nuts was light and flavorful, with a unique taste. It was my first time trying deer meat, and it was surprisingly easy to eat. The cilantro was a nice touch. The stir-fried dish of shark fin, soft-shelled turtle, and shrimp eggs was delightful. The soft-shelled turtle was tender, and the tiny shrimp eggs added a nice texture. The shark fin was also a pleasant surprise. The meal ended with delicious dumplings. The smooth and mellow dumplings were a perfect way to end the meal. I was asked if I wanted fried rice or noodles to finish, and I chose to have both. The fried rice was delicious, with a simple combination of green onions, char siu, and eggs. Despite being full, I enjoyed the large portion of fried rice. The chilled chlorella noodles were excellent, with a refined taste despite the use of oil. The noodles had a simple combination of green onions and char siu. The meal concluded with a mysterious herbal soup, which was soothing and gentle. The total cost for two people, including all the dishes until we were full, was 17,200 yen. It's hard to pick the best dish, but the prawn chili, crab miso, shark fin and soft-shelled turtle, chlorella noodles, and the final herbal soup were all highlights. I'm looking forward to the next visit. Thank you for the meal.
