Based on a friend's recommendation, I visited this restaurant. Inside, there is a machine for making beer, which somehow gets you excited just by looking at it (laughs). It seems like a place where you can enjoy various craft beers. The food was also delicious as well☆

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The restaurant is known for brewing their own beer, but they also pay attention to their non-alcoholic drinks so even non-drinkers can enjoy. Each dish had its own unique touch and they were all tasty! The staff were polite yet friendly, making the place very cozy, and I definitely want to go back. It would be even better if they had a small (1-2 servings) vegetable menu!

This shop is a beer shop that also brews beer on site. You can choose and bring your own wine from the wine bar (wine@EBISU) in the same building. The food pairs well with the drinks and it was delicious. Next time, I'll go back to try the beer.

Wine tasting course. You can choose the wine on the 3rd floor and bring it to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The corkage fee is 500 yen. My friend and I had three bottles of wine, which would have cost 60,000 yen at other restaurants. The price of the wine is the same as on Rakuten, which is a great deal for wine lovers. The dishes on the 2nd floor are seasoned with cumin and thyme, which pair well with the wine. This is a hidden gem that I don't want to tell anyone about.

As always, a wonderful restaurant. I visited with friends who I had been taken care of in New York and Boston this time. Although it was a course with all-you-can-drink, we added 2 more bottles of wine. It was very delicious, and my American friend who I took there for the first time kept ordering more fried chicken because it was so tasty. It was crowded but there was plenty of seating, so it didn't feel cramped.

Ebisu's BEER & EBISU BREWERY. There were empty seats. Avocado burger (1,320 yen) - The buns and meat are solid and delicious! The acidity of the tomato and mayonnaise mix with the meat juice, making it juicy. It was a pretty high-level hamburger. The beer was also delicious.

The rumors are true, it's elegant. It has a balance similar to Dassai. The food is as delicious as always, and the atmosphere is just so comfortable.

2023/4/XX (Party) This was a company dinner with colleagues. We went to a craft beer dining restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Ebisu Station West Exit. The restaurant was stylish and we had a private room this time. The menu included all-you-can-drink options, but I am not the main organizer so I am unsure of the price. <Food> - Assorted appetizers: rare beef tongue, prosciutto, chicken escabeche, bacon rolls, persimmon and cottage cheese canapé, all of which were carefully prepared and of high quality. - Lyon-style salad: A colorful salad topped with poached egg and crunchy meat like gizzard. - Oyster and shiso fried spring rolls: Crispy spring rolls with cheese and flavorful oysters. - Beer granita: A palate cleanser, but lacked the beer flavor. - Homemade meatballs: Served in a slightly spicy brown sauce, packed with meaty flavor. - Beef fillet and daikon: Tasty daikon and perfectly roasted beef fillet, although the portions were a bit small for a main dish. - Pasta: Crab cream sauce pasta, delicious but could have had a larger portion. - Petit fours and coffee: Ended the course with chocolates from "Delimmo" and coffee. <Drink> The 2-hour all-you-can-drink menu included craft beer, cocktails, wine, and soft drinks. We enjoyed a leisurely meal in the private room with a nice atmosphere. The service was good overall, but it was a bit frustrating when we were instructed to finish our drinks when placing our last order. They could have been more flexible. The quality of the food and drinks was high, and the atmosphere and location near Ebisu Station make it a good choice for a dinner gathering. If I have the chance to visit again, I would like to try their famous chicken fritters. *The restrooms were clean and separate for men and women.

It was a restaurant attached to a wine shop. I brought in a wine bottle. They had snacks and meals that would go well with beer or wine, making it a good place for a lively meal. They brewed their own beer on-site. It's a new store with a clean interior, which was nice.

Craft beer in Tokyo is great here. You can bring any wine from the third floor, making it a fantastic wine bar as well. The hamburgers on weekend afternoons are as tasty and filling as those in their home country. I'd like to try them on a weekday evening as well. The service is sincere and excellent. Sometimes there are customers who drink too much, so it's best to visit with close friends.

Perfect as a snack! - Crispy Chicken: Apparently the most popular meat dish! The meat is tender, and the crispy breadcrumbs around it are so satisfying! The flavor is rich and goes well with beer! They have other unique dishes too! I will definitely go back!

A new craft beer shop has opened in Ebisu. Located near the west exit of Ebisu Station, this stylish craft beer shop, Sankeisaku, offers a variety of craft beers. You can enjoy a nightcap or reply to emails while sipping on craft beer. Until the end of March, if you bring a coupon, you can get a 90% discount on drinks, making it a great deal for enjoying a drink.

On the 3rd floor, there was a wine cellar affiliated with the restaurant where you could do a proper wine tasting. The atmosphere felt like a wine bar. We reserved a table on the 2nd floor this time, but if you pay a corkage fee (1100 yen per bottle) on the 3rd floor, you can enjoy your purchased wine on the 2nd floor, which was a great system. The dishes were not too large in portion, but they were all delicious. We had a private room for 6 people this time, but there were also tables and a counter, so I think the usability is good. The restaurant is clean as it is only in its second year of operation. I would like to use this restaurant again.

I visited the restaurant for a 3630 yen course. It was a Sunday but not too crowded, so the seating was comfortable with some space between tables making it easy to talk. The appetizer of rare beef tongue was delicious. The salad was fresh and had a good portion size. The rice that came with the chicken wasn't very tasty. The pasta was good but quite salty. The price was reasonable and we felt like we experienced a course meal. We left feeling quite full. They offer 5 types of craft beer in 270ml sizes, so you can enjoy a variety of options.

They offer easy-to-drink white craft beers and a large parfait available for order from 9 pm. Personally, I enjoyed the rich craft beers paired with fried chicken or fish & chips. I recommend stopping by WINE@ to buy some wine before visiting this place. The staff recommended "JOSEPH PHELPS (red from NAPA)" was incredibly delicious. I would love to visit again, maybe have a beer before heading to a friend's house after buying wine.

Located on the west side of Ebisu Station, in a corner of a dining district in a new building on the second floor. During the day, they serve hamburgers, in the evening they offer beer, and late at night they have parfaits and wine. This time, we went for the beer. They are supposed to serve their own brewed beer, but it seems like they are not fully operational yet. We had 3 beers and 1 dish, totaling 4840 yen. They only accept cashless payments, which was a bit disappointing for me as a cash person, but it can't be helped. They have 8 taps, but today they had 5 types of beer. Besides Yebisu, they have 4 original beers: Pilsner, White, Porter, and IPA. The prices are uniform for different sizes: 680 yen for 270ml, 900 yen for 360ml, and 1400 yen for 500ml. We started with the Porter, which had a slightly light taste. Next was the IPA, which had a bit of bitterness and a slightly aromatic scent. Lastly, we tried the White, which had orange peel and coriander, giving it a slightly spicy flavor. The main dish seems to be chicken, but we started with Fish & Chips. The fish was mackerel, about 30 cm long. The batter was light but had a nice texture, and the fish was moist. The fries were thin sticks with kale, adding a nice bitterness. However, the portion was more than enough for one person, so we were satisfied with just this dish. We'll have to try the chicken next time. I'll come back when the tanks are fully operational. The interior of the restaurant is chic, with black ceilings and walls. This atmosphere seems perfect for a parfait bar.
