After wandering around Shin-Okubo, I headed to Shibuya. I finally made it to SHIBUYA SKY, which I couldn't visit yesterday. The view from 230 meters above ground was magnificent and the place felt very open, so it was really nice. Maybe about 80% of the customers were foreigners. After enjoying the view, I had a craft beer called "Tokyo Kraft" at the "Paradise Lounge" inside SHIBUYA SKY. The beer tasted delicious in such a high place.

This is Shibuya Sky. From the rooftop, you can enjoy a fantastic 360-degree view. To reach the rooftop, you pass through a 229m high botanical garden in Shibuya and look out over the Tokyo cityscape through glass. Along the way, there are photo spots and lounges where you can take a break. I decided to try the "Tokyo Craft Pale Ale" (900 yen), poured from a server into a plastic cup. It had a strong bitterness, not quite to my taste, but it was refreshing when cold! I wanted to get to the rooftop quickly, but my companion was impatient, so I couldn't relax much. There are many alcoholic drinks on the menu, and enjoying mixed nuts and potatoes as snacks with your drinks seems fun! Thank you, "Paradise"!

This place makes you feel really good. The Skytree is too high. The view is different from Tokyo Tower. Ebisu Garden Place and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building observation deck are nice too, but the open feeling on the rooftop is the best, and the view from the indoor area on the 46th floor is also really good. The ice cream was 580 yen, but I got a discount with my annual pass, so it was 522 yen including tax. You really understand the taste when you eat or drink something. It's a top-notch ice cream!

The view was amazing. I ordered churros, soft serve ice cream, cafe latte, apple juice, and melon soda. The taste was as expected. There were plenty of chairs inside the shop, which was very nice. I think this is a highly satisfying place if you can eat and drink while enjoying this view.

Hello! I went to a shop inside Shibuya Sky where they have a wide variety of alcohol and light snacks. I ordered a Ramune soft serve ice cream while enjoying the view. There are sofa seats by the window where you can eat while looking at the scenery, which is very nice! You can relax and be soothed by the beautiful view. The Ramune soft serve ice cream was delicious with a rich milk flavor! I highly recommend it when you visit Shibuya Sky! Thank you for the meal!

Shibuya Scramble Square Lounge is a special place located within Shibuya Sky, where you need to pay the entrance fee to Shibuya Sky to access. It's a place I recommend visiting when you go to Shibuya Sky. You can enjoy a warm drink here after enjoying Shibuya Sky, and the view of Shibuya changing in the sunlight is also a sight to behold. If you have a sweet tooth, you can definitely soothe your mind and body here. There is a DJ booth, so I wonder if they hold events there?

I tried Ramune soft serve ice cream!! Ramune flavored soft serve ice cream is quite rare, right? I enjoyed it at Shibuya Sky and then tried it. The cute light blue soft serve ice cream comes with a cherry on top. It didn't taste much like Ramune, nor was it exactly vanilla-flavored.

After enjoying Kuma-chan Onsen, I decided to visit "SHIBUYA SKY" at Scramble Square. I took the elevator near the connecting bridge to Hikarie to the 14th floor, bought a ticket for 2000 yen (1800 yen for web tickets), and continued up in a fun elevator with a ceiling. The SKY STAGE on the rooftop was larger than I imagined, unfortunately Mount Fuji was not visible due to clouds, but the weather was pleasant with a gentle breeze and clear skies. There were fewer customers than security guards on the rooftop, and there were sofas and tables, although eating and drinking were not allowed. I sat on the sofa and enjoyed the view of Tokyo Tower and Skytree. I retrieved my belongings from the locker and went down to the 46th floor where there was another floor to enjoy the view of Shibuya. When you see the crimson chairs, that's the entrance to this area. I ordered the following: - Melon Slushie 790 yen - SKY Ramune Ice Cream 580 yen Even though I was full and had just had alcohol, I somehow ended up ordering a voluminous drink. The frozen drink with ice cream topping was surprisingly good, with the ice cream being milky. I wasn't expecting much in terms of taste, but it was delicious. They have a wide variety of alcohol on the menu, so enjoying the night view would be lovely. I was able to relax and enjoy the vast expanse of Tokyo while savoring my drink. This is a place you can only visit by paying the entrance fee, but it was a fun and enjoyable experience. The location contributed to the high rating (3.5 to 3.6).

2022.01.09 (Day 2) Tokyo Trip After 2 Years Part 11: After waiting in line for 2 hours in the freezing cold, I enjoyed the "Seafood Curry," considered the best curry in Japan, at "Tomato" around 7:30 pm before returning to JR Shibuya Station. I headed towards the towering "Shibuya Scramble Square" next to the station and arrived at "Shibuya Sky" on the 14th floor through the elevator a bit early for my 8:00 pm reservation. I stored my belongings in a 100 yen coin locker (you get the 100 yen back when you retrieve your items) and stepped out onto the indoor observation deck on the 46th floor, mesmerized by the magnificent night view of Tokyo Tower and more. Originally, I had reserved tickets for 2 pm, but a friend had advised me that the night view would be more beautiful, so changing the time was definitely the right choice. After being captivated for a while, I stopped by the "Paradise Lounge" on the same floor and ordered the "Paradise Cocktail Aruba Frozen" for 1200 yen. It was a vodka + white wine + frozen lemonade cocktail that was ready in 2 minutes, and I carried it to a window-side table myself (^o^)/ There were various food items like hot dogs and ice cream, as well as different drinks, but feeling a bit more mature, I chose the citrus original frozen cocktail "Aruba Frozen." The cocktail, poured into a rounded glass and colored bright red, looked perfect against the night view. It was a very chic and enjoyable experience to have a sophisticated drink while enjoying the spectacular night view of Tokyo all to myself! After relaxing for a while, I took the escalator to the Sky Stage rooftop at 230m above ground. It was a very cold night, but luckily there was no wind. The view was breathtaking, overlooking 360 degrees with the crossing lights shining in the sky, creating a fantastical atmosphere. Most of the people there were couples, and being a lone middle-aged man felt a bit out of place, but as a tourist, I hoped to be forgiven (laughs). I wandered around the sweets section of "ecute EDITION" on the 1st floor, but learning from the previous day, I resisted buying anything and decided to head back to the hotel. Bon appétit! (●^o^●)

I visited SHIBUYA SKY in Shibuya Scramble Square and used the cafe there. After enjoying the view from the rooftop observation deck, I decided to take a little break while looking out at the city and the night view. I ordered a unique soft serve ice cream that seemed to only be available there. The soft serve, which was a light blue color reminiscent of the sky, had a ramune flavor. It was refreshing and delicious, perfect for when I was feeling tired from being surrounded by so many people. They also had hot drinks like cafe latte, as well as cream soda and other options.

I enjoyed SHIBUYA SKY with the best weather at Paradise Lounge. The sparkling wine was perfect for the mood. The weather was so nice that sitting by the window was too bright and distracting, so I moved to a seat by the wall. Despite being by the wall, I still had a great view and it was a nice break.

After enjoying at the rooftop bar, we moved to the lounge on the 46th floor of Scramble Square. It was quite late, so the menu available for purchase was limited, and I bought the SKY Ramune Cone dessert for 630 yen. It's a tourist price of 630 yen. The soda-colored ice cream looks quite unhealthy, but the taste is like a normal soda-flavored shaved ice, delicious. The cone part is crispy and crunchy. There were also comfortable sofa seats where you could relax, and with the upcoming cold season, this place may become more popular than the rooftop. The view here, as well as the rooftop, is stunning and the atmosphere is excellent. Thank you for the meal. I will come back again!

This is a cafe on the 45th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. I took a break here after walking around. There is a place to sit and drink while enjoying the view outside, and the iced coffee had an authentic taste, just right. It cost 590 yen. I bet the night view is also beautiful.

This is a shop located on the observation floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. The view is excellent, as expected from being on the observation floor! The atmosphere is top-notch. I ordered a glass of draft beer, "Tokyo Craft," for 900 yen, which is the usual price for the observation floor, but with this view, it's understandable. I think places like this are more about enjoying the atmosphere rather than the taste or price, so for those who want to leisurely enjoy the view while eating and drinking, this shop is perfect.

Last night I enjoyed the night view of Shinjuku, so the next day I decided to visit Shibuya Sky for a view from the high floors of Shibuya. It's best to visit these kinds of places about a year after they open. I went early in the morning when there were fewer people. Unfortunately, Mt. Fuji was not visible due to the haze, but lying on a sofa and looking down below felt quite comfortable, like enjoying a city view from a high-rise apartment. After coming down from the rooftop, I headed to a cafe known for its blue soft serve ice cream. The interior had a retro pop style from the 80s that has been popular for a few years. However, being there early in the morning allowed for a calm and relaxing experience. The churros had a harder texture than expected, so my son ended up eating most of them. I imagine this place would have a different atmosphere at night, reminiscent of a nostalgic "cafe bar" from our generation.

Lounge located on the lobby floor of Shibuya Sky. Great location with light snacks and drinks available, but the best part is the soft serve ice cream. I got the Sky Ramune Cone with a cherry on top, it looked amazing against the blue sky backdrop. I was tempted by the pistachio flavor too, but I already paid the entrance fee so I stuck with the cherry.

After enjoying some squid, I took a leisurely stroll to Scramble Square. I visited the observation floor. The night view was very beautiful. I could see Tokyo Tower and Skytree clearly. It was open and you could see the sky. I thought I would want to come back here many times with such a view. Inside, there was a corridor. I walked around it. There were cushions (yogibo) placed here and there, where you could lie down and enjoy the night view. In one corner, there was a sophisticated bar. I didn't feel like drinking alcohol, so I ordered soft serve ice cream. They had soda and pistachio flavors, and I chose pistachio. The interior had a calming lighting, so I couldn't tell the color of the ice cream. When I took a bite, it had an adult-like taste. If it was that adult-like, I wonder if the soda flavor was also an adult taste.

Music bar "Paradise Lounge" designed by the world-famous British designer Tom Dixon, inspired by the streets and scramble crossing of Shibuya, offers a mix of classic and modern ambiance. The lounge also boasts stunning views from the 46th floor. The music selection and display are supervised by music producer FPM, with a 15-meter wide DJ booth integrated counter. You can enjoy hot dogs, sweets, and drinks while taking in the atmosphere. Despite the crowdedness in the evenings due to the view of the sunset and night scenery, the 2000 yen entrance fee is well worth the unique high-rise experience. The nighttime atmosphere in this lounge, with its views, rivals that of the New York Bar at the Park Hyatt in Shinjuku. You can even see the Landmark Tower in Yokohama, although some mistake the high-rise buildings in front for Shinjuku. It's a place worth revisiting.

A night view that is quite satisfying when thought about normally ❤️ Still a hidden gem with not many people. A recommended spot for night view photography❣️ On the way back from the observation deck, there is a lounge that you can pass through, and it might be worth coming here just for this. It's a hidden spot where you can quietly enjoy a breathtaking night view regardless of the weather. Although it has a pretty authentic DJ booth, it seems that it hasn't fully started operating yet. It would be wonderful if you could hear great music here. I would definitely want to rush over when events are announced. In the same Shibuya area, Serafina Tokyo at Tokyu Plaza may be gaining more recognition a bit faster in the high-rise lounge category, but as an indoor high-rise lounge, I hope it transforms into an even more sophisticated and stylish spot as a Shibuya enthusiast✨

Taking a break at the lounge on the Shibuya Scramble Square observation deck. This observation deck seems to be popular among young people as an Instagram spot, but as a middle-aged man over 40, I had never visited it before (or even knew of its existence, to be honest). The high-speed elevator quickly took me to the observation deck, where I initially felt like a child again and got excited, but that excitement faded within 5 minutes. I decided to take a break and ordered a highball (I forgot to take a picture of the drink, but it was just a regular highball). However, enjoying a highball with the breathtaking view of Shibuya below was truly special. There were a decent number of people at the observation deck, but the lounge was empty, allowing me to leisurely enjoy a luxurious time. While there wasn't any special service or hospitality, it was nice to be able to spend time here casually. It may not be a place I would visit often, but it could be a good spot to take friends from out of town. Thank you for the experience.
