I searched for a shabu-shabu restaurant near Akabane Station. It was difficult to choose a restaurant as I was with my child and toddler, but I visited this restaurant because it was mentioned on Tabelog that it was child-friendly. It was an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but they also had considerations for children and toddlers, which was very helpful. The food was delicious.

Selected course with all-you-can-eat premium beef and Andes highland pork for 2,980 yen (excluding tax). This course offers 8 types of meat for all-you-can-eat, as well as various appetizers and shabu-shabu vegetables and ingredients. You can order them and they will bring it to you. You can choose 2 types of soup, so I chose soy milk and kelp. At the beginning, a starter set with meat and vegetables comes out, and then it's all-you-can-eat. The price is reasonable for the quality of the meat. The pork is better than the beef here. From the appetizer menu, I chose quail flavored egg and cucumber with mentaiko mayo. While snacking on those, the hot pot started boiling and we began the shabu-shabu. Personally, I like to eat it with plenty of lettuce, maitake mushrooms, and scallions in soy milk. I ended up having so many refills that they asked me if I wanted more (laughs). Despite the variety of ingredients, I ended up getting the same ones over and over again. I completely forgot to take pictures, but for dessert, I had a snow-viewing daifuku and a berry granita. I didn't drink alcohol this time, but considering the price, the one I went to in Ikebukuro, "Shuichi Mabo Tofu," with all-you-can-drink included, feels much more cost-effective. The variety of ingredients, desserts, and appetizers here are good, but the quality of the meat is better there.

It is located on the floor below Gyukaku. Just like Gyukaku, there is a large step to enter the store so be careful. The interior is small, but I think the taste, system, and customer service are the same as other stores. Among what I tried, the tsukune was delicious.

Stable Hot Pot - I went with my friends from Hong Kong! The warm vegetables are stylishly arranged and the lighting in the restaurant creates a nice atmosphere. I recommend putting freshly picked cabbage in the hot pot - it's sweet and delicious! Lately, they have a good variety of side dishes to enjoy between bites. Even though it's all-you-can-eat, ordering vegetables little by little might not suit my personality (lol). It might not be satisfying for those who want to eat a lot. Also, I always notice the customer service attitude. Many of the staff at Warm Vegetables seem unfriendly.

I wanted to eat until I was full and have lots of vegetables, so I went there. It's interesting that you can eat as much as you want from the a la carte menu. I've eaten so many quail eggs... Well, I'll skip the details of the dishes since they are similar to other hot vegetables. The restaurant is very small. It's crowded on Saturday nights and it's hard to catch the staff. The staff who bring the dishes and drinks also seem to be very busy... Since this is a chain restaurant, I thought they might not need to use Akabane. It should be fine when it's not crowded.

Whenever I want to eat a lot, I often go with my girlfriend. Since it's just the two of us, we are usually seated at the counter, which is quite cozy. You can choose from 2 types of hot pot broth, but I highly recommend the soy milk one. The spicy level for the hot pot broth can be selected, and the Akabane branch is slightly spicy, with level 2 being sufficient for someone who likes spicy food like myself. The Umami Beef (processed beef) is definitely the most delicious meat option. The tenderness of this meat pairs perfectly with the soy milk broth and sesame sauce. It's great that you can add as much sesame sauce and garlic as you like. I recommend adding garlic and chili oil to the sesame sauce. There's also an all-you-can-drink option, but when you want to eat a lot, the all-you-can-eat option is cost-effective and satisfying.

I have visited the chain stores in Gotanda, Ebisu, and Akabane, and the interior of each store has the same feel. I always choose a semi-private table seat (or a tatami room for larger groups). With the all-you-can-eat course, you can specify the types of shabu-shabu meat, vegetables, noodles, rice, etc., and can order them as many times as you want. For example, you can order "2 servings of spinach and 1 serving of beef loin" or "1 serving of rice cake and 2 servings of noodles". The ability to add more based on what you want to eat and the quantity is fantastic! You can also choose from two types of broth for the hot pot, so there won't be any arguments (laughs). You can freely top with sesame sauce, ponzu, garlic, daikon radish, etc. When you choose the all-you-can-eat course, you may not be able to drink much alcohol, so it will cost around 3500 yen per person. There are three levels of courses ranging from 2800 yen to 4000 yen depending on the type of meat. You can also add a drink-all-you-can option or order dishes individually. They prioritize taste over quantity, and the food and service always meet expectations. Whether you want to eat a lot of vegetables or fill up on meat, this place will cater to your expectations. As for the Akabane store, it was my second visit, and I felt that the staff's explanations were too detailed. People who come here often may not need such detailed explanations...

I went with a friend from my university days. When it comes to two guys, all-you-can-eat is the way to go. It's great not having to worry about the price no matter how much you eat. The all-you-can-eat set includes beef and pork, as well as chicken and tsukune. Of course, vegetables, rice, and dessert are also included in the all-you-can-eat deal. The Akabane store has tatami seating at the back of the restaurant, where you can relax after taking off your shoes. The staff is very friendly and comes at just the right time for additional orders or drink orders, making the experience very pleasant.

It's a shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Akabane Station East Exit. The seating inside is a bit narrow but comfortable with sunken kotatsu-style tables. The service from the staff is good, and the all-you-can-eat course is quite reasonable and a great deal. You can choose from soy milk or herbal soup for the shabu-shabu pot. There is a divider in one pot, so you can enjoy two different soups. It's not a completely private room, but I reserved a semi-private room over the phone and it was a good experience.

It is located in the middle of Akabane Station's Ichibangai. There is also a Gyu-Kaku (same chain) nearby. The interior of the restaurant looks like a typical izakaya. I visited with a group, so I don't remember what and how much we had. But I do remember that a lot of vegetables were served. This place seems to be popular among women, probably because you can get a lot of vegetables. Perhaps they are using this strategy to attract more male customers as well. If you feel like having a lot of vegetables in Akabane, please visit "Onyasai".
