I visited the teppanyaki restaurant Grow, located about a 3-minute walk from Roppongi. Today, I ordered the popular Deluxe course, which consists of a luxurious 10-course meal. This course is highly recommended for special occasions such as anniversaries, celebrations, or business dinners, so I suggest giving it a try.

We started with the A5 Wagyu seared sushi, which had a perfect balance of fat and was easy to eat, preparing us for the upcoming teppanyaki dishes. The A5 Wagyu beef kombu shime was beautifully marbled and tender, pairing well with alcohol. The standout dish was the A5 Wagyu beef hamburger, a specialty of the restaurant. The buns were made with Danish pastry, creating a juicy and satisfying texture. The patty was rich in flavor and paired excellently with alcohol.
The abalone, spiny lobster, and main steak teppanyaki dishes were enjoyable both in taste and presentation. The abalone had a chewy texture and released a burst of rich flavor, truly a luxurious dish. The steak was exceptionally delicious, served with garlic chips, rock salt, and wasabi. The garlic rice cooked on the teppan was crispy and fragrant, stimulating our appetites.
Although we were quite full, we didn't feel heavy, and we had a wonderful time. Despite being a teppanyaki restaurant, the prices are reasonable, making it suitable for casual dinners or special occasions. I highly recommend visiting Grow for:
- Friends: Yes
- Date: Highly recommended
- Alone: Maybe
