Both were tea bags (T-T) There were enough tea bags for two cups of black tea, but not for green tea (T-T) I received a coupon for VIVIO, so we came to the store, but the discount coupon for 5 times the points will start next week it seems (T-T) I didn't read it carefully, but it seems like there might be other people who misunderstood too (T-T) Oh well, maybe we'll come back next week (・・;) I want to try their pasta too ⭐️

I wanted to organize my work, so I chose "Hoshino Coffee" as a place where I can calmly work on my documents. There is also Kurashiki Coffee Shop on the first floor of Yokado, but it seems a bit noisy, so I chose this place instead. Both places are always crowded with people. I originally planned to just have a drink, but I suddenly felt like having souffle pancakes, so I ordered the Souffle Pancake Set (Double) with a drink (1,180 yen). In the past, people used to go to coffee shops without any particular reason, just to hang out and relax. My sister and I shared the Special Japanese-style Pasta from Hoshino Coffee and the Beef Stew Souffle Omelette Rice. The lunch prices were reasonable, but the Royal Milk Tea was an additional 100 yen. The female staff member was impressed when I showed her reviews on websites like Tabelog, Google Maps, and Retty. My sister had been there the day before as well. The Omelette Rice was made with chicken rice and had a traditional taste. The Beef Stew was delicious, despite the small portion and high fat content. We also ordered the souffle because of a coupon, although it took over 20 minutes to prepare. The prices were reasonable compared to other cafes. We will definitely be back again.

On a holiday morning, I visited the "Hoshino Coffee Shop Akabane Vivio Store" for breakfast. I arrived at the opening time of 8:00 am, so I had the freedom to choose my seat and opted for a leather 4-person sofa seat. The salad portion was generous, reminiscent of an American breakfast. The sofa seats were spacious and had an open layout, making it easy to relax and enjoy the coffee refill, leading me to stay longer than planned. Hoshino Coffee Shop has recently revamped its morning menu, with about 156 out of 280 stores nationwide offering the new menu. Unfortunately, the "Egg Slad" has been removed from the menu, but fortunately, it is still available at the Akabane Vivio store, which I am happy about.

I wanted to have a salad morning, so I visited this place for the first time for breakfast. I arrived around 9:45 on Sunday and the restaurant was about half empty. I was surprised to see that the salad had more dressing than I expected, but when mixed, it tasted just right. The dressing seemed to be French dressing and it was refreshing and delicious. The salad included lettuce, ham, boiled egg, and 4 slices of roughly cut bread. Today, I wanted a salad as the main dish, so it was fine, but the portion was a bit small. The service was good, with attentive and smooth service.

Today, I came to Akabane Station to eat tonkatsu, but I'm here to adjust my time. There are so many things in front of Akabane Station - Starbucks, Komeda Coffee, TULLY'S, Denny's, you name it. I'm heading to Hoshino Coffee right in front of the west exit to have my usual morning set. My colleague chose the toast salad, which looks quite delicious. The toast is cut and mixed with salad, ham, tomato, and hard-boiled egg, topped with French dressing. The bread is cold from the start, but when mixed with ham, tomato, and salad, it tastes really good.

I went with my younger sister on Saturday, so it was crowded and we had to wait a bit. We ordered French toast and hot milk tea for breakfast. We also ordered an additional gratin. The gratin was creamy, rich in cheese, and delicious, similar to my mother's homemade gratin.

After work, I got off at Akabane and went to the Hoshino Coffee Shop in Akabane Vivio store because I wanted something sweet. I ordered the oven-baked souffle pancake set with a blend tea. It took about 20 minutes to bake, so I sipped on my tea while waiting. When the "oven-baked souffle pancake" arrived, I drizzled black honey over it. The lady at the next table also ordered the same pancake, but in double portion. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat anything else if I had the double portion. I feel like my stomach has gotten smaller compared to before. While eating the sweet cake, I could forget about any unpleasant or troublesome things. It was a healing moment. I went with my younger sister (*^-^)ﾉ It was crowded on Sunday (T-T) We were 4th in line. I ordered an Eggslut with blended tea (ゝω・) The blended tea is made from tea leaves. Yesterday it was cold, but today it was warm (>_<)

There was always someone waiting, giving the impression that it was crowded, so I visited around 3:30 pm on a weekday. The restaurant was about 80% full, with a nice level of activity. I was seated near the entrance, where the bright sunlight from outside made it comfortable. The person next to me had a loud accent, so I asked to move and they kindly accommodated me. I ordered the spring vegetable and shrimp souffle doria, along with Earl Grey tea. The doria looked cute and tasted delicious while still hot. However, I could only identify asparagus in the vegetables, so I was a bit disappointed as I had high expectations for spring vegetables. It was nice that they served the hot tea in a pot.

I went with my mother. I had the Hoshino Special Japanese-style pasta, and my mother had the Spaghetti Napolitan. We shared them. The Japanese-style pasta was delicious with a traditional soy sauce flavor and lots of ingredients. My mother thought the Napolitan was okay, but it had a classic taste. Both dishes were tasty.

Coffee shop in Akabane Bibio. It's convenient as it's only 2 minutes from the station. It's suitable for working or studying, but the sofa seats have deep chairs, so it might be a bit difficult. The pork cutlet sandwich had butter inside the bread, and both the bread and cutlet were fluffy and delicious! The coffee is average, but it's nice that you can get a refill for 300 yen. The bright interior with natural light is loved by locals. It was a cozy place. Thank you for the meal!

After participating in a marathon race along the Arakawa riverbank, I indulged in some calorie intake with a friend ♡■ What we ordered: Anno-imo (sweet potato) topped rich pancakes from Hoshino Brand. It was my first time trying Hoshino Coffee. Finally got to taste the pancakes I had seen in photos. The coffee was also to my liking, a strong type.

When you feel like having some extremely sweet French toast, you should go to Hoshino. My ideal French toast is not something you can easily find outside, as it's something typically made at home. So, when I eat French toast at a restaurant, I always consider it as a different thing altogether. I ordered the "French Toast" (700 yen) with a "Set Drink" (400 yen) - as shown in the photo. I chose the hot coffee, Hoshino Blend. I think Hoshino's coffee is delicious and suits my taste. The coffee is described as the "well-balanced main blend that represents Hoshino Coffee," with coffee beans from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Cuba, and Mexico. As you get used to it, the initial excitement naturally fades, but I still find it satisfying. It might be similar to the feeling of "Kojofu" (an old-fashioned term for a good wife) (laughs). And then, there's the French toast. It comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a container of maple syrup on the side. The toast may vary slightly in taste depending on the part, but it's not heavily soaked in egg, giving it a lighter flavor. However, with the icing and maple syrup, it transforms into a full-on dessert. The maple-flavored syrup is deliciously strong, so I pour it generously. The vanilla flavor and the syrup coexist, creating a harmonious sweetness in my mouth. And unlike eating an anpan (sweet red bean bun), there's no heaviness after eating. It feels good. I had the opportunity to visit a cafe called Hoshino Coffee in Akabane, where I found out that a limited menu item from the Showa era, the Showa-style pudding, has now become a regular item on the menu. The cafe was relatively new and there was a bit of a line, but I decided to wait. The atmosphere at Hoshino Coffee was calm and relaxing. On that day, I tried the following items (tax included): - Showa-style pudding for 500 yen - Cream soda for 650 yen The pudding, named after the Showa era, was not too sweet and made with two eggs, giving it a luxurious taste. It was topped with a generous amount of whipped cream, and you could choose to add caramel sauce for a perfect balance of flavors. The cream soda was served with ice cream, sherbet, and a cherry on top, in a melon soda base. The portion was generous. You can also get a coffee, tea, or soft drink set with the pudding for an additional 400 yen, but the cream soda is not included in the set. It's great to see the trend of retro desserts, and being able to enjoy authentic, slightly firm pudding even at a chain cafe is a delightful experience.

I visited a café on the 1st floor of Akabane Bibio for the first time. It was quite popular, and although I don't like waiting in line, it was better than the nearby Komeda, so I waited for about 20 minutes and entered. The atmosphere was nice. I ordered the Hoshino Blend (coffee), Ebi Cheese Tomato Cream Omu Rice Doria, and Souffle Pancakes. The Omu Rice was decently delicious, but I was surprised by the impact of the pancakes. It was my first time trying such thick pancakes, and they looked impressive. Although the taste didn't quite live up to my expectations, it was still delicious. Above all, the coffee here is the main highlight. The aroma of the coffee left a lasting impression, and I can see why this café is popular. It was delicious.

But when I recently visited the west side, I noticed a new coffee shop called Hoshino Coffee at the Vivio shopping center. It opened on October 9th, and despite the crowd, I was seated comfortably within 10 minutes. The coffee shop had a classic vibe, reminiscent of old cafes where waitresses would take orders and then you would pay at the cashier after finishing your meal. I ordered the Hoshino blend coffee and couldn't resist trying the "Showa-style pudding" as well. The pudding was served with whipped cream and maple syrup, and it was a delightful sweet treat. The coffee was rich and flavorful, perfect for coffee lovers. The cozy atmosphere and efficient payment system made for a pleasant experience.

There is no wifi available. The toilet is inside the restaurant with foaming hand soap and paper napkins provided. Payment is cash only. *Impressions* The salad was smaller than expected, only about 2 bites worth. The French toast was about 2cm thick, with 5 mini pieces that were 3-4cm square. The aroma was delightful, and the gentle sweetness of the cold cream on top was a nice touch. The French toast was warm, not too mushy, and had just the right amount of firmness. Adding maple syrup enhanced the luxurious feel. The boiled egg was firm with a good texture. The decaf coffee had a slight bitterness, so I needed milk. *Expectations* Initially, I thought the portion might be small, but I ended up feeling surprisingly full. However, I found the souffle pancakes more delicious. I am curious to try their other dishes next time, like the spaghetti, omurice doria, or napoletana.
