On my birthday, my senior invited me to a really delicious old acquaintance's shop and I happily agreed to go. It had been a long time since I had been to Ginza and I was excited. The place was on the 13th floor of Ginza SIX, a authentic Edomae sushi restaurant called "Tsukiji Suzufu GINZA SIX store" operated directly by Suzufu, a tuna specialty wholesaler in Toyosu. The company is known for aging the tuna before serving it, ensuring it is at its most delicious state. As the title suggests, the tuna was really delicious. I ordered the "Izutsu" course. The presentation was well balanced and the pace set by the head chef was good, never leaving us feeling hungry. The start with the tuna was impressive, with a strong umami flavor. The shrimp, salmon roe, abalone, and sea urchin all had their own delicious umami flavors. In addition to the course, I also ordered extra fatty tuna. The tuna here is just so good. It paired perfectly with the sweetness of the pickled radish. I don't drink alcohol, so I finished the course in less than an hour, which I felt bad about towards my senior, but the content was filling and satisfying! I would definitely like to go again!

After visiting for the first time in several years and posting for the second time, this sushi restaurant has its main store in Tsukiji (Tsukiji Sushi Tomi). As it is a company that wholesales fish, they don't just cut fresh tuna for their signature dish, but they also age it properly to serve it in its most delicious state. The selection of white fish, shiny fish, and shellfish is carefully chosen according to the season, and the quality of the ingredients, as well as the skills of the sushi chefs, shine in this restaurant. The main store is often recommended on platforms like YouTube, Tabelog, Twitter, and Instagram for its high-quality tuna and sushi available during weekday lunches, attracting many tourists. However, while some customers visit for shopping as well, the prices are reasonable for both lunch and dinner, allowing for a leisurely dining experience. The restaurant manager, along with the staff, creates a warm atmosphere while serving the best sushi. Each piece of sushi is relatively small, so if you want to try a variety of items or have specific preferences, you can try ordering the omakase and communicate your preferences. As a side note, before Ginza Six opened, the manager and staff at Tsukiji Sushi Tomi not only showed me how delicious sushi can be but also how enjoyable dining at a sushi restaurant can be when I was 20 years old. The Suzutomi Group is a restaurant that holds very special memories for me.

We enjoyed exquisite Edo-style sushi and seasonal Japanese cuisine at Tsukiji Suzufu GINZA SIX store, a full-fledged tuna specialty wholesaler from Toyosu located on the 13th floor of GINZA SIX. The sophisticated and elegant atmosphere added to the experience. Here is what we had on that day: - Mibuna boiled in broth - Fugu shirako soup - Flounder and medium fatty tuna sashimi - Grilled amberjack - Red snapper from Akashi - Kinki fish - Marinated tuna - Shrimp - Red clam from Miyagi - Matsumae-marinated salmon roe small bowl - Medium fatty tuna - Sea urchin - Botan shrimp - Salmon roe - Kawahagi liver - Toro-taku - Soup - Water sweets. Each dish was carefully selected from high-quality seafood, with a focus on tuna. Everything was delicious, showcasing the flavors of the season and the quality of the ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

On January 3rd, there were few restaurants open in Ginza, and the ones I finally found were either fully booked or had long lines! After trying about 10 places, I finally secured a table at this restaurant without a reservation. I am grateful for them accepting us without one! Everything from the appetizers to the main course was delicious. I would like to try sitting at the counter next time.

This is an Edo-style sushi restaurant operated by the tuna wholesaler Suzutomi at Toyosu Market. They offer the best natural ingredients selected from all over Japan, including their confident tuna, to provide the best taste of the day as sushi and dishes. We used a private room for a year-end party. The table private room separated by a quaint sliding door is a perfect space for adults to enjoy a meal in a calm atmosphere. We had the chef's special course, which included the following dishes: Kanbako crab and seashell salad with yuba, scallop and yam, Kawahagi sushi topped with liver, assorted sashimi of tuna, tsubugai, and flounder, grilled amberjack with kinkan, simmered taro and wheat gluten, chawanmushi, assorted sushi with marinated tuna, shrimp, horse mackerel, ark shell, rolled sushi, sea urchin battleship, salmon roe battleship, tamagoyaki, and more. The quality of all the dishes was high, and they were undeniably delicious. The tuna was particularly outstanding, perfectly fatty and fresh. The atmosphere may make the prices seem slightly high, being located in GINZA SIX, but the level of the food and the freshness of the ingredients make it a great and delicious restaurant.

Recently... there is a Ginza SIX boom... I tried Tsukiji Suzufu for the first time... it was a very safe and ordinary course... I had sushi two days in a row, but the quality of the ingredients and the workmanship didn't stand out except for the tuna... I was intrigued by the thinly sliced medium fatty tuna... The sushi at the conveyor belt sushi restaurant still had bigger pieces of fish... I added some extra nigiri to the course, but they seemed to be in a hurry to close early, as they brought the miso soup and dessert out quickly...

There were three children, but we were able to relax in a completely private room!! This time, we left it to the adults to decide. Everyone had a kind smile, and the children were able to order their favorite dishes by themselves!! Today, they brought the fish in a box and let us choose what we liked! The sea bream was incredibly delicious. I want to go again. It's a shame I forgot to take a photo...

"Suzutomi, a wholesaler specializing in natural fish centered around tuna, offers seasonal ingredients and freshness, as well as aging, preparation techniques, and the skills of the chefs that shine. Particularly, their signature tuna and other high-quality fish that require skillful handling are described by everyone as 'top-level deliciousness'. The restaurant offers a calm atmosphere with options for counter seats, private counter rooms, and table rooms. The staff, led by the owner and manager, are talkative and friendly, although some customers have suggested that they could serve the dishes a bit quicker, especially for those who don't drink alcohol during dinner. The restaurant maintains a high level of quality without being too formal, making it a place where you can enjoy your visit without feeling uncomfortable."

Located on the 13th floor of Ginza Six (accessible only from the south elevator), this sushi restaurant is where my party of two had a reservation for Sunday at 11 am. We enjoyed the limited-time Oma tuna course, featuring various cuts of Oma tuna such as akami, chutoro, otoro, negitoro gunkan, and rolls. The tuna had a rich flavor, melting in the mouth with a perfect balance of wasabi's kick, soy sauce's saltiness, and the vinegary taste of the sushi rice. Priced at around 13,000 yen, it may be a bit expensive for a lunch at Ginza Six, but if you love tuna, it's definitely worth trying at least once.

Today, I had sushi lunch with a friend in Ginza. We visited Suzufu on the 13th floor of Ginza SIX. Although Ginza SIX is always not crowded, it can be a bit confusing to find because of the building's structure. The elevators only go up to the 6th floor on the north side, so you need to transfer to the south side elevator on the 6th floor. I was a bit late due to this, sorry! Now, let's talk about the sushi. We ordered a special menu at the counter which included nodoguro, marinated tuna, flatfish, salmon roe, fatty tuna, shrimp, conger eel (with salt and sauce), and tamagoyaki. I forgot to take a photo, but we also had toro hand rolls. The sushi rice was small and the quality was to my liking. Each piece had its own flavor, so there was no soy sauce provided. The nodoguro had the skin seared, giving it a nice touch. The fatty tuna was rich and delicious, living up to the reputation of Suzufu being a tuna wholesaler. The other sushi pieces were also of good quality for a lunch set. Especially the toro hand rolls at the end were a must-try. The tamagoyaki had a texture similar to castella cake, with a hint of fish flavor from the minced conger eel mixed in. The sushi chef's conversation was enjoyable, and sitting at the counter was worth it. Since my birthday was approaching, my friend treated me to the meal. Suzufu also has shops in Tsukiji Outer Market and Toyosu, but this one in Ginza SIX is truly exceptional in ambiance and price. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Located inside Ginza Six, this restaurant had such a cramped counter seat that I had to request a private room. I ordered the 13,000 yen course, which only included a soup and a small serving of chilled noodles as appetizers. The main course consisted of only 8 pieces of sushi, making it a very light menu. I couldn't believe that some adults would be satisfied with this. I certainly wasn't. Even after adding extra orders of fatty tuna, I still felt only half full. It truly felt like a high-priced Ginza experience. On the way back, I ended up buying a bento from a convenience store. It seems like most of the reviews are about the lunch menu, which might be better. I won't be visiting this place again. Thank you for the meal.

Second visit. Last time we had a private room, but this time my mother wanted to sit at the counter. We ordered the 5,400 yen course. I don't like blue fish, so they kindly removed it for me. They also adjusted the menu slightly when I mentioned that I like shellfish like squid. In conclusion, everything was delicious! The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was top-notch, and the subtle seasoning with condiments was great. The chef was very friendly and chatted with us, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The 7-piece course wasn't enough, so we ordered extras like sea urchin, sweet shrimp, shirasu, and conger eel. Completely satisfied. Personally, I recommend sitting at the counter for a great experience!

I ordered a 17,000 yen course at the restaurant and went there with an acquaintance. The head chef was very friendly and easy to talk to. The medium fatty tuna and the combination of shrimp and sea urchin were especially delicious. After ordering various dishes, I think it came out to around 25,000 yen per person.

I called ahead and was kindly accommodated. I have visited a few times before and had a good impression. I ordered the omakase menu. I had sake with a variety of appetizers and sushi. The portion sizes were just right, although I always feel like something is missing. The dishes I had included uni edamame tofu, crab, shinko sushi, botan shrimp sashimi, soup, red clam sashimi, grilled ayu fish, tororo somen, chawanmushi, squid sushi, lean tuna sushi, white fish sushi, medium fatty tuna sushi, nodoguro sushi, ikura gunkan, red clam sushi, uni gunkan, shrimp sushi, uni gunkan (refill), lean tuna seaweed roll, dessert, red miso soup, and plenty of sake. Everything was delicious and the sushi was carefully made. Thank you very much, I hope to visit again! Thank you for the meal! 🍣

I tried the sushi and it was so delicious that I ended up getting seconds! Even though I came from Hokkaido, I had sea urchin from Hokkaido, which cost 2,000 yen for one piece. If you're in Hokkaido, it's probably best to go to Yoichi or Shakotan to buy it. This was my first time trying sushi in Ginza, and it felt like I was being all grown-up while enjoying it.

This is a long-established sushi restaurant located in Ginza SIX. It is a wonderful restaurant also found at Hotel New Otani Tokyo. The work of the head chef Saitama-san is outstanding, satisfying to watch and delicious to taste. The wide selection of premium sake adds to the experience, making it hard to stop once you start enjoying it.

On a Sunday at 1:00 PM, I wanted to have sushi for my birthday celebration, so I asked them to make a reservation, but they hadn't done it. Despite my slightly irritated mood, they were kind enough to accommodate us at the counter without a reservation. The total cost for two people was 14,612 yen, including a course meal priced at 5,400 yen per person. The sushi was delicious with warm rice and fresh, thick slices of fish. The eel was fluffy and well-seasoned. The service was also good, with a new hot towel and green tea provided at the end. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality and price, especially considering we didn't have a reservation. The restaurant has a rating of 3.46 on Tabelog, but for the lunch menu, I would rate it higher at 3.5.

On this day, I visited a sushi restaurant run by a wholesaler who sources tuna in Toyosu. Since I can't eat raw fish, I had shellfish, shrimp, and sea urchin. I asked for sashimi instead of nigiri sushi because I get full on rice. It was a shame that the sea urchin was from Hokkaido's Murasaki Uni, I prefer Bafun Uni. However, overall it was delicious! Thank you for the meal! \(^^)/

Located on the 13th floor of GINZA SIX, this sushi restaurant was a delightful experience. Despite limited time, they kindly accommodated my request for à la carte instead of a course menu. The early timing meant we had the place to ourselves, and chatting with the chef made the meal even more enjoyable. Each piece of sushi was expertly crafted and incredibly delicious. In addition to the pictured dishes, we tried a variety of other items, but the fatty tuna at the end was the absolute highlight of the meal. Highly recommended! ❤
