This is a izakaya in Shibuya that we used for our second party. We called on the same day around 10 pm on a weekday and they had available seats, so we decided to go. Since it was for our second party, we didn't eat much food. I thought it was good that we could make a last-minute reservation in this location.

I used to go to Toriton in Kichijoji so often that I felt like I could die. I also went to the one near Kichijoji Park a few times, but it was always crowded. So, I came here instead. This place is called Toto+Toriton, offering fish, chicken, and pork Toriton dishes. I think it was my first time trying the fish dish, but the food here is consistently good. They also have classic dishes like anchovy potatoes and delicious cucumbers. I don't think they had Chinchiror Highball though.

The distance between the tables is close. The service is very fast. The prices are cheap, but the quality of the food matches the price. The staff is friendly and good-looking, but they lack attention to detail, like forgetting to provide a ladle for the hot pot. I probably won't go back next time.

You have to take off your shoes at the entrance as it's a traditional Japanese style. There are 6 seats at the counter and plenty of table seats. The food is cheap and delicious. I had grilled buri (yellowtail) today and it was delicious! They also have a horse sashimi platter, so it might be good for those who like it. There is a wide variety of alcohol, and all types of sake are only 500 yen, which is very cheap.

It was somewhat understandable due to the crowded place and the reasonable price. It would be nice if they paid a bit more attention to the floor and improved the speed of serving drinks. It seems like a good place for young people, but as expected in Shibuya, choosing a restaurant can be challenging. We had a good meal.

On this day (December 16th), I finished my remote work and headed to Shibuya where the company is located at night. The reason was that there was a live streaming event of a gravure idol that I really like, and I went to help out with that. I was very excited to see my favorite gravure idol again after a long time. To not forget that excitement, I had a quick drink in Shibuya at a place near the Inokashira Line called Tototoriton. It was my first time at this restaurant, and they offer dishes with fish, chicken, and pork, so you can enjoy everything! (Even though I don't eat that much lol) They said they had a reservation coming in shortly after, so we had until around 6 pm. Since I didn't plan to stay long after 6 pm due to work, I was fine with that. I sat at the counter next to two young women chatting happily. I ordered Ankimo (monkfish liver), Bonzainagaimo (grated long potato with soy sauce), and beer. That was enough for me. The beer arrived, and that first sip was a moment of happiness. Next came the long potato, with a nice soy sauce flavor and a crunchy texture that was irresistible. The beer kept flowing. Then, the ankimo arrived. It was moist and rich, paired with seaweed and cucumber... The beer kept going down smoothly. But I shouldn't drink too much because I had work later... I managed to stop at one glass (I'm proud of myself!). As I was struggling with this dilemma, they brought out the yudofu that they only serve to first-time customers... I visited the former Shibuya-style izakaya restaurant, Tototoriton! The atmosphere is great, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. It's located on the upper floors of a building, but it's a very nice place. It's an izakaya where you take off your shoes, so be careful not to have holes in your socks when going with friends or female companions. The staff are cheerful and kind, making it a lively place. I used it for a year-end party with friends. I decided to try it as there is a 2nd store nearby when I visited the 1st store of Tottoritonton before. The restaurant is located within a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station, so the access was very good. This time, we used a course instead of ordering a la carte! We chose the Standard course! From salad to dessert, the amount and taste were perfect! I was curious about the Shirako Ponzu that I couldn't help but order a la carte, and it was amazing!
