I was curious, so I decided to visit. It seemed to be towards the end of the peak of the first round, so I was seated right away. The red 200g, a signature menu item of the restaurant. It was a combination of kalbi and harami, with a perfectly balanced sauce that was not too sweet, making it delicious. The white 100g had various cuts and was tasty. I think one serving per person is just right. The kimchi had a good amount and flavor, not too spicy and very tasty. The hironegi was very tender, and paired well with the green onion sauce. However, they didn't offer lunch on Sundays. So, I ordered kalbi, harami, and cold noodles separately. I had to settle for beer or highball. The salted harami with wasabi was incredibly tender and delicious, with a perfect balance of flavor and saltiness. The kalbi with tare sauce was also delicious, mixing sweetness with the meat's marinade. I'm sure the other meats are just as tasty. I wish I could have come back at night. What a shame.

Their specialty seems to be a tare yakiniku dish with "red" in the name, but my favorite is the garlic-tan liver yukhoe, which is really delicious. They have only one outdoor table where you can grill the meat on a shichirin, which I really like. However, the amount of smoke that comes out can be quite surprising, but that's the only downside.

The course included kimchi, namul assortment, wagyu liver, salt-grilled tongue, marinated harami, a mix of premium meat cuts, a mix of hormone cuts, and beef tail soup. The freshly cooked white rice from Tanaka Farm with plenty of "Fukaya no Takaratomago" eggs was the best. The glossy, piping hot rice was truly delicious.
