The restaurant is located in a multi-tenant building. I was a bit worried at first because the building didn't look like the photos I saw on Tabelog, but when I took the elevator up, I was greeted by a splendid sushi restaurant entrance! As soon as I stepped inside, the clean and refreshing interior made me forget that it was in a multi-tenant building. The friendly head chef welcomed me with a smile. I ordered the 12,000 yen course this time. Not only sushi, but you can enjoy over 20 dishes including appetizers, sashimi, seasonal dishes, sushi, steamed dishes, rolls, pickles, soup, and dessert. Sushi restaurants usually serve simple dishes other than sushi, but this place is different! The dishes show that they put effort into preparing the seasonal ingredients in the best way possible. The presentation is very meticulous, and you can feel the chef's gratitude and love for each ingredient. And then, the highlight, the sushi! The size of the rice and the balance of the toppings are exquisite. The size is perfect even for women to eat comfortably. The chef's kindness in checking if the rice size is okay. The series of nigiri starting from scallops... each one was carefully crafted, even the way they were cut. The highlight was definitely the sea urchin! I was able to try both Bafun and Murasaki sea urchins! The fatty tuna also melts in your mouth~ Since it's sushi, I wanted to have some sake, so I started with "Jokigen" from Yamagata, and then ordered recommended sake on an omakase basis. I had "Sari" from Fukui (said to be suitable for sushi rice), "Senhime Daiginjo" from Hyogo, and "Hyakushiro Yamahai Junmai" from Gifu. It's nice that you can order sake on an omakase basis! There are many counter seats and private rooms, so it seems that celebrities often visit incognito. The private rooms vary in size, accommodating from small groups to dozens of people, making it suitable for various occasions. A delicious sushi spot known to those in the know in Shinjuku! I would love to visit again!
