ムササビヒンソー
Yes, I love it. Along with the neighboring Torimasa-san, this place gives off a nostalgic Tokyo vibe that makes you feel like saying, "As long as this place is here, Ginza will be just fine." The interior of the restaurant is spacious enough, making it easy to enter, and the staff are polite and easy to understand, so most people would prefer this place. However, it ultimately depends on personal preferences, habits, how you spend your time, and even likes and dislikes. For those who have been drinking for a long time, there should be no complaints at either place. The sake options include Nada's pride, Shirataka, served warm or chilled (room temperature), as well as other options like glass wine, lemon sour, and highball, catering to modern tastes. The basic course of five to eight dishes, known as a set meal, strongly recommends adding the popular asparagus-wrapped grilled dish. This time, we were not forced to order them, perhaps because we have gained some authority here, or maybe because we looked disheveled and bought a cheap bottle of Awamori. We enjoyed the famous grilled miso duck and delicious grilled chicken skin with sauce, moving our wrists back and forth between the tokkuri and choko cups. As we finished our meal without any additional orders, feeling satisfied, we saw customers waiting outside for a table despite the hot weather. We quickly paid our bill and left, thinking about where to go for our next drink. However, the mood for bar hopping did not really hit us. Please refer to the accompanying photos or the comments section for specific details about the dishes.
