"Kinsyu," which opened in Akasaka in August 2022 as a popular restaurant affiliated with Otsuka's "Daiju," welcomed a new addition on July 7, 2023 - "Nare." Managed by former world boxing champion Takayama Itsunobu, this yakiniku restaurant is known for its hand-cut meats, including hormone and Morioka cold noodles. Takayama, an unusual owner chef with a background as a former boxer and the champion of the "Oriental and Pacific Welterweight," opened the first yakiniku restaurant, "Yakiniku Reimen Daiju," in Kitaoji, Toshima-ku, in April 2020. Following this, the affiliated restaurant Yakiniku Hormone Kinju opened, and about a year later, Nare opened its doors. Yakiniku Hormone Kinju Nare opened on July 7, 2022. The restaurant is located about 20 meters north of Akasaka Royal Plaza, along Akasaka Misuji Street. The nearest station is a 2-minute walk from Akasaka Station. Operating hours are from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm (last order at 10:00 pm), with irregular holidays. There are 25 seats, including private rooms for up to 6 people. The highly recommended Special Raw Tongue Salt offers a taste of tongue meat. The Morioka Cold Noodles, recommended as a finish, inherit the taste of Morioka cold noodles from a long-established yakiniku restaurant in Akita Prefecture, providing it to customers.
