Looking for a night parfait. It's been a while since I visited Ebisu Garden Place. I haven't been here at night in years. There are many places that are a must-visit during the day, so it's been quite a while since I came at night. The central street is illuminated at night, with the greenery reflecting, creating a somewhat fantastical atmosphere. In the distance, there are two shadows embracing each other... It's okay. I have hundreds of wives in my imagination. Speaking of which, there is a lot of talk about AI that can generate images automatically, especially "Novel AI" software, which is of incredibly high quality and impressive. It could be a salvation for content that cannot produce new supplies. With just imagination, new horizons can be created... I'm seriously considering paying for it. Now, this is "Yellow Cakes" located in the back of Ebisu Garden Place. It is a café built at the end of a brick building. As mentioned earlier, this is a place where you can have a night parfait. Oh, and they also sell cakes, so I'm planning to have both parfait and cake. Parfait is available from 6:00 pm onwards. Naturally, this means visiting at night, but then I'm a bit worried about the stock of cakes. Arriving at the store with some anxiety, I find that there are quite a few cakes left. The store, as the name suggests, shines brightly in yellow... It's hard to tell at night. The exterior looks better during the day. The interior is also entirely yellow. A world of yellow. There is a cake showcase in front, a counter on the left, and only one table. The cakes I was worried about... Oh, there are quite a few left. From the size of the showcase and the photos from previous reviewers, there are probably around 10 types of cakes. There are many beautifully designed cakes. Here is what I ate: - Tebel: A Japanese-style cake with matcha tiramisu and red bean paste. The tart has a cinnamon flavor, which is a bit unexpected. Inside, there is matcha cream and red bean paste that is soft and sticky. - Miel Hachi: A lemon mousse with honey and chocolate incorporated into the biscuit. The biscuit has walnuts for a crunchy accent. - Adult Night Parfait: A Mont Blanc parfait topped with chestnuts, with champagne jelly and blackcurrant jam at the bottom. The highlight is the champagne jelly, which pairs perfectly with the Mont Blanc cream. The café space is limited, but it's quite empty, possibly due to its location. Whether you're looking for beautiful cakes or a perfect ending with a parfait, this place has it all. Thank you for the meal!
