Gotanda Torikuchi is my current favorite yakitori restaurant in the area. Since my previous go-to spot, Torikado, closed down, I had been struggling to find a new place that was delicious, had a good atmosphere, and was convenient to visit. But recently, I discovered my new favorite spot at Torikuchi. It's easy to make reservations, has a great ambiance, offers good value for money, and most importantly, the food is delicious. It's a trusted restaurant affiliated with Torishashi, and the casual yet welcoming atmosphere makes it perfect for both dates and meals with friends. I recently tried the ¥7,150 "Goku Course," which included 4 appetizers, 7 skewers of yakitori, seasonal vegetables, egg with karasumi, a main dish, and dessert. The seasonal vegetables were zucchini, the main dish was oyakodon and tantanmen, and for dessert, I had melon shaved ice and pudding. The food was even better than I expected, and the quality, value, and atmosphere of the restaurant were all top-notch. The chicken wings were deboned for easy eating, which was a nice touch. Some rare items like chouchin skewers tend to sell out quickly, so it's best to call ahead if you want to add them to your order. Overall, I highly recommend Torikuchi to anyone visiting the Shinagawa, Meguro, or Gotanda area. #Torikuchi #TokyoGourmet #TokyoYakitori #Gotanda #GotandaGourmet #TokyoDinner #GotandaDinner #GotandaYakitori #Meguro #MeguroGourmet #MeguroDinner #MeguroYakitori #Gourmet #ShirokaneGourmet #ShirokaneTakanawaGourmet #Yakitori #foodie #tokyofood #placetovisit #tokyofoodie
