Visited with 2 people on Friday at 6:30 PM. We chose to sit at the counter as we wanted to see the chefs in action. The first floor had a counter and the second floor had tables. We ordered: - Assorted appetizers - Me-hikari (young yellowtail) fritters - Charcoal-grilled black beef - Assorted cheeses - Liver pate We consulted with the sommelier for wine pairings, and they quickly understood our preferences, making the wine selection easy. The food was all delicious. The assorted appetizers were generous and offered a variety of options. The me-hikari fritters were crispy with the liver adding a nice touch. The standout was the charcoal-grilled beef! We had the option of beef, pork, or lamb, and after much deliberation, we chose beef. The outside was nicely charred while the inside was a perfect red. The cooking was exceptional. To be able to enjoy this quality of meat for around 2000 yen is truly a miracle. We will definitely be back soon.

I went for lunch on a regular day. The place is located about 3-4 minutes walk from Daimon Station on the Toei Subway, towards Shinbashi on Route 15. Upon entering at 11:55, the kitchen staff on the first floor called out "party of one," and directed me to the second floor. The first floor is the kitchen and the second floor is the dining area! The staff on the second floor called out to me and when I climbed the stairs, I found a spacious floor with about 50 seats. Most of the seats were already taken by other customers. I ordered the "Grilled Pork Shoulder with Saikyo Miso" for 1,000 yen. The menu mentioned an option to add 1.5 times the amount of meat for an additional 150 yen, but looking at the portions served to other customers, I decided not to add extra meat. They quickly brought me a soup, which was a bit light in flavor but had a distinct oregano taste that was delicious. About 6 minutes after ordering, my "Grilled Pork Shoulder with Saikyo Miso" and rice were served. The pork shoulder was already cut into bite-sized pieces. The portion was generous, so I was glad I didn't opt for the extra meat. The pork shoulder was well cooked, a bit firm and slightly dry, but the flavor of the Saikyo miso was delicious. However, there wasn't much of a charcoal-grilled flavor. The staff greeted everyone loudly and energetically. They were efficient and pleasant. I paid with PayPay at 12:10 and as I descended to the first floor, I saw a line of about 10 people waiting outside the restaurant. Despite the heat, it's a popular place with a queue forming. It was a satisfying meal.

It's been 6 years since my last visit. This year, it's too hot to watch fireworks, so we decided to have a drinking party to cool off, and the organizer made a reservation for us. It's been a while, but the restaurant still has a nice atmosphere. We had a reservation for 7 people at 5:30 pm. We left the menu choice to the organizer, who probably ordered the 6500 yen course with all-you-can-drink option and added several bottles of sparkling wine and bottled wine, totaling 10,000 yen per person. - Appetizer platter with 4 varieties: tomato and cream cheese bruschetta, grape caprese, chicken in mustard sauce, marinated mackerel. We toasted with sparkling wine. The refreshing cold dishes went well with the wine. It was a great starter. - Roasted whole grain flour pasta with thick-cut bacon in tomato sauce. The chewy fresh pasta was delicious. - Charcoal-grilled "Nishi Gou Wagyu" with garnish. The restaurant's specialty "Nishi Gou Wagyu" was grilled magnificently. The intense truffle aroma of the red wine sauce pierced through the nostrils. It was undeniably delicious. - Penne in cheese cream. Originally it was supposed to be a dessert, but the staff changed it to penne when they saw our all-male group. The chewy penne with rich cheese cream was delicious. We probably had about 4-5 bottles of wine. Our group of old men prefers drinking over eating, so ordering wine with the meal plan included was a safe and budget-friendly choice. The red wine paired perfectly with the charcoal-grilled Wagyu. It was delicious. It's a user-friendly and reasonably priced restaurant.

This is a place where you can use from dining alone to booking the whole place! The first floor has an open kitchen counter where about 5 people can sit, and the second floor has large table seats! The staff are all friendly and create a homely atmosphere. Even if you drink alone at the counter, you naturally become friends with regular customers at this fun place!! This seems like a place I would visit often!

There were many businessmen at the restaurant. The seating capacity is quite large. I ordered the pork loin cooked at ultra-low temperature (I hope I got that right?). It had a smoky aroma and was delicious! The server was a foreigner and was using casual language, which actually created a nice atmosphere (lol). He would say things like, "Oops, is this wrong? Sorry~!" or "I'll take your plates away~" haha. Some people might not like that, but I found it amusing.

I went to Braceria Barva, a charcoal-grilled wine bar, for lunch. Their last order is at 14:00, which is convenient in this area. The atmosphere is great, and the cheerful owner always makes me feel welcome. Today, I ordered the Pork Shoulder Roast with Saikyo Miso for 1000 yen. It came with a fresh vegetable salad, potato salad, and plenty of easy-to-eat sliced meat. Saikyo Miso grilled meat is rare but delicious. The burnt miso aroma is irresistible. The yuzu pepper daikon radish served as an accent did a great job, ensuring that I didn't get tired of the generous amount of meat until the end. The rich flavor makes it perfect for stealing rice! The lunch is great value for money, and with a 20% discount using PayPay, it's even more affordable. Next time, I'll aim for the opening time to try the limited special lunch that I usually can't get. I'll definitely be back!

If you want to have a little wine after work, this is the place to be! The staff here are all very nice and always make my time enjoyable. The food is always delicious, especially the lamb and duck meat. I highly recommend coming here if you're craving some tasty meat dishes!

I had my birthday dinner at this restaurant ★ The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and the staff are very kind, making it a cozy place to dine. You can order dishes a la carte or go for a set course! It's a recommended place for parties as well! My favorites are the lamb chops and the bolognese made with Wagyu beef! Both dishes are incredibly delicious and make me want to come back for more! The pasta was so good that I honestly wanted to take some home (^^)v They also have a great selection of wines, so it's a recommended spot for wine lovers as well! Of course, they have other drink options too ★

First time visiting this restaurant. Thanks to the detailed explanation, it was easy to choose from the menu! The staff's customer service was wonderful! I had decided to try the lamb chops from the photos before coming in, and I'm glad I did... they were incredibly delicious!! The pasta options all looked so appealing, I want to try them all next time. The gelato is also homemade and it was so rich and delicious~ The exterior and interior of the restaurant were cute and charming♡

I used this restaurant for a meeting with friends. They have a wide variety of wines and a selection of cheeses and cured meats that go well with the wine. It is a fun place to enjoy a meal. The main dishes are meat and fish. This time, I ordered the limited edition charcoal-grilled lamb chops, which were cooked perfectly with a juicy inside and crispy outside with a delicious charcoal flavor. Seriously, it was so good! For dessert, we had the famous pasta with plenty of meat Bolognese, which was also delicious. Thank you for the meal!

The lunch menu offers a choice of 4 dishes. I chose the signature lunch menu item, which was charcoal-grilled domestic pork shoulder loin with yuzu pepper grated on top. Cost performance ★ 5, Taste ★ 3 I ordered the pork shoulder loin with Saikyo miso. It came with fried potatoes, vegetables, bean sprouts under the meat, rice, and cold corn soup. All of this cost 1000 yen. I added extra meat for 150 yen, which was about 1.5 times the regular amount, so I think I got around 250g of meat. The Saikyo miso flavor wasn't very strong, and even with the yuzu miso for added flavor, it still felt a bit monotonous. It's a simple dish that you could easily make at home, not particularly delicious or special. The soup was too salty for my taste. The coffee that came with the set (+200 yen) was just average machine-made coffee. Overall, while the cost performance is good, I personally didn't find it as delicious as others have praised.

I visited for lunch. The place is located on the way to Shinbashi from Shiba Daimon Station, walking along the First Keihin towards Shinbashi. It's near the Noa Shiba Daimon Building. I had the charcoal-grilled pork shoulder loin marinated in Saikyo miso for 1,000 yen. First, I had the cold corn soup as an appetizer. It had a chunky texture with a slightly salty seasoning. It had a punchy flavor that I liked. Next, the main dish of Saikyo grilled pork was simply delicious!! The pork was tender, fatty, and had no porky smell at all, just perfect!! Additionally, the seasoning of Saikyo miso had a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, making it incredibly tasty!! It had a charming contradiction of mature allure and girlish cuteness, like "Aoi Miyazaki"!! Speaking of which, Aoi Miyazaki in "Solanin" was so cute. The gap between her fierce rock music and the down-to-earth girl was so good (just a gap moe). And the amount of pork for 1,000 yen was unbelievable. The cost performance was amazing!! This was really good! No wonder it became a famous menu item. It was the ultimate (Saikyo) signature dish!!、、、、、、Sorry for the dad joke m(_ _)m I just couldn't help it...

Visited around 11:30 on a regular day. There were no other customers, and I was led to the spacious second floor. I ordered the A lunch that I was looking for. ■ Points to be satisfied with ◎ Exquisite cooking of lean meat!! ・It seems like they quickly boiled and then grilled the meat. The inside is moist with umami and sweetness, while the outside is crispy with a savory miso flavor that oozes out with each bite. It's truly remarkable. ○ Satisfying portion size ・The large cuts of meat are piled generously. But since it's lean meat, you can enjoy it without feeling guilty. ・The side vegetables are not just a simple salad set, but have a variety of Western seasonings that pair well with the meat, adding a surprising and interesting touch. ○ Side dishes that seem easy to make at home but are difficult to replicate ・Carrot marinade → The crunchy texture and mustard flavor complement the meat perfectly. ・Simmered daikon radish → The stylish way it's cut. I never cut daikon radish like this at home. haha → It seems like it was boiled with the meat, and it has a taste that reminds me of simmered daikon radish in pork belly, which I don't dislike, but I feel like a slightly smaller size would be gentler on the stomach due to the richness of the oil. ・Bean sprouts → Is it dressed with sesame oil? The black pepper adds a nice touch, and it was good to have it in between the meat. With tax included, it's ¥1,000, which I think is a reasonable price that makes you want to come back for more. The female staff recommended the B lunch to a female customer who arrived later, before taking the order for the A lunch. I was also curious about the B lunch, but I couldn't imagine what kind of menu it was from the stylish dish name... haha For example, if I could get an explanation like "It's a pasta with cheese using seafood from a region in Italy," it might make it easier for casual customers like me to order. I went to BAVA for lunch. I chose the signature menu "Carefully selected! Grilled pork shoulder loin marinated in Saikyo miso" set A, as I had already tried the chicken cutlet pasta at a different restaurant last week. I could have added 1.5 times the meat, but it was already delicious and filling enough without it.
