I made a reservation for the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink plan at Tabelog for 4,000 yen including tax and visited the restaurant. The location is right in front of Ueno Station, and they use decently high-quality ingredients. With a drink bar included, I think it's quite cost-effective. The food is delicious, and you can also try authentic Chinese dishes like frog meat. It's a great place for small gatherings or even just a few people.

I wanted to fulfill my son's wish to try Peking duck, so we decided to visit this restaurant. We had heard about the Shinjuku branch from a colleague, but it was no longer there when we looked it up. So, we decided to go to the Ueno branch before visiting the science museum. The restaurant is conveniently located right outside Ueno station, near the Saigo statue, and despite it being a busy Sunday during summer vacation, there were plenty of empty seats around noon. We chose the lunch set which included a main dish and 2 Peking duck wraps for around 1300 yen, a good value for money. The restaurant mainly offers a buffet, but we had to ask for the lunch menu. The atmosphere was a bit mixed with various smells, which bothered my son who was eager to try Peking duck. We ordered dishes to share among our family of 4. The dan dan noodles were a disappointment, lacking flavor and richness. The shrimp in chili sauce was a hit with plenty of shrimp, while the black fried rice was enjoyed by my younger son. The shrimp fried rice was decent. The set soup was bland. The Peking duck came with plenty of meat, which was unexpected. Overall, the service and value for money were not impressive, and I don't think we will be returning. It felt like a touristy place with touristy prices.

I entered the restaurant after seeing a late-night time sale sign for 1980 yen. The Peking duck had plenty of meat along with the crispy skin, which I liked. Other dishes like mapo tofu were also delicious. It was such a great deal. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

Lunch at 1:30pm, a bit late. I was drawn to the Peking duck after looking around. I ordered the mixed sauce noodle and Peking duck roll course. It cost 1,500 yen including tax. I wasn't expecting much, but both dishes were delicious. I've never had bad Peking duck before. They also offer courses and all-you-can-eat options. There seems to be a night all-you-can-drink option as well, so it might be good for when you want to eat a lot for a cheap price. The location is easy to find.

This place used to have several restaurants like Juraku and a food court, but now it has become a Beijing duck specialty shop. The interior is spacious, and even though it was crowded during the weekend lunchtime, the flow was smooth and we were able to have our meal without any issues. Most of the staff were Chinese, and although they spoke broken Japanese, they were very good at it. They were working hard to provide good customer service. The clientele consisted mainly of tourists, and it felt like being in a Chinese restaurant with Chinese language all around. The lunch set always included "Beijing duck" and was priced around 1300 yen. The portion was too much for us to finish in one sitting, so we felt a bit guilty for leaving some behind. The heavy amount and overwhelming oil content made it a bit challenging for us.

I went to Ueno Okachimachi with a friend to have a meal together for the first time. We decided to go to a clean Chinese restaurant instead of a deep one in Ameyoko area (which I like but my friend doesn't). The restaurant was quite big, with Chinese staff who seemed to only understand when we pointed at the menu. It seemed to be a Beijing duck specialty shop, but since we didn't know how much my friend could eat, we decided to share a variety of dishes. We had beef, crispy seafood fried rice, pan-fried dumplings, radish cake, Shanghai fried noodles, almond tofu and almond pudding for dessert. We both had soft drinks. The dishes were a bit too oily overall, which was tough for us middle-aged ladies. The flavors were strong, so it would go well with alcohol. It was a hot day, so the oily dishes were a bit too much for us. Well, I don't think we'll go back there again. Thank you for the meal!

I had a hard time deciding between the all-you-can-eat option and a set course menu, but since it was my first time, I decided to go with the course menu. The food was delicious! Surprisingly, the dishes came out quite quickly. The Peking duck was the main dish, but the fried rice and spicy chicken stir-fry were also very tasty! If it's lunchtime, the all-you-can-eat option might be worth considering.

I made a reservation for Tuesday at 7:15 pm. They offer Peking duck, 140 kinds of all-you-can-eat dishes, all-you-can-drink soft drinks, and all-you-can-eat desserts and ice cream for 120 minutes for 4000 yen (tax included). It was delicious and the seasoning was gentle. However, even though they are both Sichuan cuisine, the "Mao Xue Wang" was unanimously delicious, while the "Fuqi Fei Pian" was so bad that it didn't taste like food at all (it seemed like a lump of oil rather than ingredients). Overall, it offers great value for money!

All-you-can-eat buffet including soft drinks for only 4,000 yen! You can enjoy high-end dishes like abalone, shark fin, and Peking duck. The large restaurant is conveniently located near the station, so there's a low chance of waiting in line even on rainy days. The atmosphere is similar to a family restaurant, but with great value for money, making it perfect for gatherings like girls' night out or mom meetups.

I happened to enter this restaurant in Ueno by chance, and it turned out to be a great find. I accidentally ordered a course that I probably couldn't finish alone, but they kindly accommodated my mistake without saying anything. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy various dishes, including the delicious Peking duck. I will definitely go back to this restaurant again.

I decided to revisit this restaurant because of its cleanliness, variety of menu options, and reasonable prices. This time, I invited my husband for a weekday lunch, so it wasn't too crowded and our dishes were served promptly. The chef brought out the Peking duck in the same style as before, and we had to get our own water. My husband ordered the shredded pork with green peppers set, and I had the tan tan noodles set. The lunch was consistent and the Peking duck was delicious as always. I've been eating less lately, but I'd like to challenge the all-you-can-eat option next time! One thing to note is that there is no restroom inside the restaurant, so you have to leave and go elsewhere to use the facilities.

The all-you-can-eat was 4650 yen I think? Adding a soft drink bar makes it 5000 yen! The service is fast and the food is delicious! The portion sizes are quite large, so you should order carefully! They mentioned it's a 2-hour limit, but no one was approached even if they stayed longer! The restaurant is spacious, so even if it looks crowded at first glance, you can get a table quickly! I will definitely come back to take revenge on the dishes I couldn't finish due to being full!

The COVID-19 pandemic is not yet over, but for those who are not worried, I recommend a lively Chinese restaurant known for its Beijing Duck, with Chinese staff. The good points of this restaurant include easy access from Ueno Station, lunch menu available on weekends, and Beijing Duck included with every meal. I first visited in April for a lunch celebration with a friend, so I added a lunch beer. Please note that you have to pick up your own water and the service is more Chinese-style so don't expect too much. My friend ordered the shrimp chili set and I ordered the mixed vegetable set. However, it was crowded around noon on a Saturday, so even though the restaurant was spacious, the service was a bit chaotic. The soup came first, but the other dishes were delayed, and the Beijing Duck came last, which I actually wanted to have with my beer at the beginning. Nonetheless, the food tasted good and the Beijing Duck was delicious. There were many groups of Japanese and Chinese customers, with many families ordering all-you-can-eat. It seems that choosing the right time is necessary for solo diners.

First visit. The night before a certain event, there were about 15 people in two private rooms. My table was for 7 people. So the photo is for 7 people. The menu included assorted appetizers, stir-fried shrimp with chili sauce, shumai, spring rolls, Peking duck, sweet and sour pork, mapo tofu, shark fin soup, and fried rice. We started with beer, then had highballs, and ended up drinking about 3 bottles of Shaoxing wine, costing around 4000 yen per person. Is it okay to eat and drink like this? Well, they didn't have glasses for the Shaoxing wine, and the service was so-so, but the staff were not unfriendly, so it was totally fine. Everything was delicious. They brought one more shumai later because we were one short. The Peking duck portion was double the amount shown in the photo. The shark fin soup had glass noodles in it, haha. Maybe it's because we were a group, but we were completely satisfied with the taste, portion, and alcohol. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal! (^O^)

- If you can't find what you're looking for between Okachimachi and Ameyoko, head to Ueno Station. Avoid the crowds and head to the Ueno Station underpass. In front of Ueno Station, there are three food court buildings. The most prominent one is located under Saigo-san in Ueno Park, with the number "3153" displayed. This place used to have various stores before the renovation, but now it's occupied by a big store. It's impressive to see a large store expanding in such prime real estate in Japan. Maybe I should try it out? When in doubt, those with small appetites should refrain from giving their opinions. It's all up to the super hero. It seems like the rate of success for trying out new restaurants is pretty high. The Beijing Duck specialty store "Beijing Kao Ya Ten Ueno Store" seems to be a high-class Chinese restaurant. The interior is impressive and has a rich atmosphere. The customers seem to be mostly tourists, and the spacious interior gives a relaxed vibe. The menu is displayed on electronic touch screens, which may be a bit challenging for some. Here is a list of some dishes on the menu: Braised Pork Belly, Shanghai-style Fried Rice, Mapo Tofu, Sweet and Sour Pork, Broccoli with Crab Meat Sauce, and more. They also offer a trial course that can be enjoyed by one person. The menu includes dishes from Sichuan, Beijing, Guangdong, and Shanghai. It's a lot to choose from, but it seems like a place where you can try a variety of dishes. I might want to try their noodles, but first, I should confirm how they cook them. I'll point to the noodle option on the monitor and ask the server if they understand. The server seems a bit confused, which is understandable.

It's a Chinese restaurant, but a new store opened near the company at Ueno Station, so we all went there after work on the weekend. (Lucky to be treated by the manager (^^) The overall taste is like authentic Chinese cuisine! Moreover, the flavors of northern and southern Chinese dishes are clearly distinguished, especially the pea shoots stir-fry had a taste of Shanghai that was truly amazing! It made me feel like I wanted to go back home (; ;) Among the 4980 yen all-you-can-eat course, there were dishes made with high-quality ingredients such as shark fin, steamed abalone, and steak. The steamed scallops on the all-you-can-eat menu were delicious, like something my mom would make! (It would be even better if there were glass noodles underneath the scallops.) I definitely want to go back again.

The course was a bit expensive at 5000 yen, but it's a restaurant where you can eat all the Peking duck you want. The quality of the duck itself is not that high, but it's worth it because it's all-you-can-eat. They also had abalone and shark fin dishes for one person, but it's best not to expect too much from the quality. The speed at which the dishes are served is fast, and it's nice that you can eat a lot.

I ordered the limited course meal on a weekday. The dishes were served too quickly, so they ended up getting cold while I was eating. However, the taste was good, so considering the price, it was a great deal. The mapo tofu was too spicy for me, so I couldn't finish it. But overall, the other dishes were delicious.

A shop located right by Ueno Station. It has a bright and casual atmosphere, not like a typical Chinese restaurant. In the back of the shop, there are many naked chickens hanging. There are also many Chinese staff members, which is quite rare these days. They offer a 4,980 yen all-you-can-drink course with a decent selection of drinks. The dishes range from shark fin soup to the shop's specialty, Peking duck, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes.

After visiting an exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, I stopped by a new restaurant that had opened. I wasn't expecting much because it looked like a family restaurant, but overall, the food was delicious. The Peking duck wasn't as fancy as what you'd get at a high-end Chinese restaurant, but it was still tasty. They even sliced it right in front of us, which was a nice touch. I think it's good value for money.
