"Toritsuki" is a place where you can enjoy yakitori and various bird dishes prepared with care. Their chicken cutlet sandwich features crispy toast with juicy chicken cutlet and homemade tartar sauce. The flavors blend perfectly, making it a dish that reminds you why you keep coming back to this restaurant. "Toritsuki" is a yakitori restaurant that opened in Ebisu in March 2023. It is affiliated with the renowned Meguro restaurant "Torishiki", and the head chef, Tatsuya Nagaoka, who previously worked at "Torikai", is in charge of grilling. The concept is to offer a variety of delicious dishes, showcasing the chef's individuality alongside the signature grilled bird dishes. The meal starts with a sweet and refreshing corn and onion soup, followed by a salad with cherries and pineapples in yogurt, chicken skin ponzu, chicken spring rolls, and the delicious chicken cutlet sandwich mentioned earlier. The menu changes every 1-2 months. The final dish is a stone pot bibimbap, which is incredibly tasty. It is recommended to share, but you might want to have it all to yourself! The meal ends with pudding and tea, making it a satisfying experience with 12 skewers, dessert, and drinks for around 15,000 yen.

The course consists of a combination of skewers and other small dishes in between. However, there seems to be no coherence or story in the flow, so the impression is just a collection of tasty items. The main clientele seems to be in their 30s to 40s, so it doesn't seem like they conduct tastings throughout the course based on a persona. If they did, I don't think they would finish with large chicken wings. As for the yakitori, it's a matter of personal preference, but the cooking is borderline and the meat ends up feeling a bit bland due to the high moisture content. Cooking it further risks making it dry, so it's a difficult balance. Also, the quality of the chicken meat is not particularly high. Honestly, it's at the level of a slightly more expensive izakaya. Overall, the impression was tough, but since it hasn't even been open for a year, it may improve over time.

The delicious yakitori I had at this hidden gem yakitori restaurant in Ebisu was truly exquisite. The yakitori made with fresh ingredients was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and each skewer was carefully grilled. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the service was warm and friendly, making it a pleasant dining experience. The cartilage and chicken cutlet sandwich were also amazing. The cartilage was crispy and packed with flavor, and the texture was enjoyable with every bite. The chicken cutlet sandwich had a perfect balance of juicy chicken cutlet and fluffy bread, increasing satisfaction with each bite. Both dishes showed the unique creativity of a yakitori restaurant and I was impressed by the quality of the food. The menu at this restaurant is full of surprises and delights, making it a place I would love to visit again.

I was invited to celebrate the birthday of a senior colleague who I am always grateful to. The restaurant we went to was a small place called Torishiki, where the chef cooks right in front of you at the counter. I had high expectations for this place and I was not disappointed. I won't say much, but simply put, the food was delicious. I definitely want to visit again.

Located a 3-minute walk from JR Ebisu Station and Hibiya Line Tokyo Metro Ebisu Station, this hidden gem yakitori restaurant is on the second floor, with no sign outside. Reservations are only accepted through OMAKASE. As a branch of Torishiki, the yakitori skewers here are larger than usual, offering a satisfying and delicious dining experience. There are 9 types of yakitori and 12 other dishes on the menu, all served with dessert. Standout dishes include seseri, hatsu, and yagen nankotsu. The seseri is delicate yet substantial, while the hatsu has a wonderfully bouncy texture with each chew. The yagen nankotsu is juicy and flavorful, with a perfect level of char. This new yakitori spot in Ebisu is a must-visit, but reservations are becoming increasingly difficult to secure, so it's recommended to book in advance.

Reservations are relatively easy to get. Unfortunately, it wasn't amazing, but overall it was pretty tasty!! Overall, it felt a bit salty. The timing of the dishes coming out was good! The chef was nice and it was a good atmosphere~ Thank you for the meal~
I made a reservation and arrived slightly early, but they were able to seat me. I opted for the chef's choice course only. They asked me how many skewers and dishes I wanted, and I chose 12 skewers and 9 dishes. The corn scrub and chicken cutlet sandwich at the beginning were delicious. The number of dishes was just right, not too much or too little. I could have eaten more though. If I had to ask for something more, I would like them to increase the variety and quality of sake. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the second time after about 2 months since my last visit. There were different menu items this time, which made the experience enjoyable and exciting! The seat I was given was carefully chosen to provide the most live feeling, allowing me to savor the deliciousness with my eyes as well. The course was just the right amount to enjoy with drinks. I eat a lot, so I would be happy if I could also order a la carte items. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I look forward to visiting again next time!

Opened as a branch of Toritsuki in Meguro, Toritsuki is located on the 2nd floor of a building in an area where many bars gather near the west exit of Ebisu. It shares the space with Toriya, which makes for an interesting setup. I arrived for the 20:15 seating and the restaurant was full. We opted for the chef's choice course, which was served at a good pace. The dishes included fresh spring onion with grated daikon, chicken gizzard, strawberry citrus snap peas, grilled sasami with wasabi, chicken cutlet sandwich, nanban pickled pork shoulder meatball, fried daikon, heart, spring vegetable simmered in ice, shiitake mushrooms stuffed with ground meat, fried ginkgo nuts, grilled chicken wings, and stone-grilled bibimbap. While there were many dishes, the portion sizes were not overwhelming. The dishes came out quickly, but at times they arrived too close together, causing a bit of congestion. The flavors were delicious, but the dishes lacked a distinct standout. The restaurant has only been open for two months, so I look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve.

Opened in March, this branch of the top-ranked nationwide yakitori restaurant on Tabelog, "Torishiki" in Meguro, offers perfectly grilled yakitori cooked over high heat. In addition to the delicious yakitori, the course menu includes small portions of various chicken dishes, creating a satisfying experience. Compared to the main branch, it is easier to make reservations at this branch, making it a great opportunity to visit now!

It's a bird-themed restaurant. The head chef wears a twisted headband, has a shaved head, and carries a large fan-like object on his waist. He greets you with a smile. The place is always full on weekends at 5 pm. The menu included various chicken dishes like chicken soup with onions, grilled chicken, chicken sandwich, chicken and broccoli, chicken with vinegar sauce, chicken meatballs, and more. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled chicken, grilled chicken wings, shoulder meat, stuffed shiitake mushrooms, and grilled chicken hearts. The surprise ending of stone pot bibimbap for the main course was unexpected and delightful. The service was polite and welcoming. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Ichikawa-san's produced restaurant, on my first visit, the yakitori was delicious overall. Although there wasn't a particular standout part that was amazing. What left an impression was the chicken katsu sandwich and the rare stone bibimbap for the finale. The chicken katsu sandwich was so delicious that I wanted to order more. I look forward to seeing how they evolve in the future. Thank you for the meal.

Budget: 12,000 to 15,000 yen
Order: Omakase course only
Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours
Reservation: LDH Group's affiliate of Torishiki, located in Ebisu, known for its yakitori. The portion sizes are small but the variety is quite large. The service is fast-paced and a bit rushed, which is a shame given the nice atmosphere. The yakitori skewers are average overall, with some dishes standing out more than others. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious. The yakitori is cooked well-done, so those who prefer rare may be disappointed. Personally, I enjoy hot yakitori, so I found it satisfying. The meal ended with a unique twist - stone pot bibimbap - which felt a bit out of place for a yakitori restaurant. Overall, I don't think I would revisit.

I went to the restaurant with two close friends. There were 3 couples and 1 group of women inside (only at the counter). We were 30 minutes late for our reservation for the "OMAKASE" course, but we were relieved to hear that it included 12 yakitori skewers and 9 other dishes. The yakitori included various parts like chicken wings, gizzards, and hearts, while the other dishes included items like onion soup, strawberry and snap pea salad, and chicken katsu sandwich. The yakitori was delicious, but the restaurant lacked a sense of luxury and the cooking area was not visible from our seats. The total cost for the course was around 12,000 yen, which felt a bit expensive for the amount of food we received. Overall, it was a decent meal but not outstanding.

Visited Toritsuki Ebisu for the first time, intrigued by its proximity to Torikoshi which I had visited before. The Torishiki lineage really shines through here, with a satisfying spread of 12 skewers and various side dishes. Yakitori is always a trend, and recently opened in March, Toritsuki-san. As it is a sister store of Torishiki-san, I was excited. The interior of the restaurant is only a counter. Each skewer was plump and satisfyingly filling. In addition to yakitori, there were many other delicious dishes served. The stuffed mushroom fry was so delicious that I wanted to order it again and again.

Originally, LDH Kitchen's Toriyoshi-san's place was divided into two, and it seems to have been renovated around mid-March. Since we are regulars at the affiliated restaurant, we were looking forward to the new menu structure by the Ikawa-san family at Torishiki! The concept was small portions of skewers and appetizers, with about 20 items that were quite filling. On this day, for personal reasons, they kindly allowed us to take the course skewers as a souvenir. Thank you very much. It was a delicious meal.

The newly opened branch of Torishiki, which ranked first in the nationwide yakitori category on Tabelog this year, seems to have issues with preparation, shortcuts in the process, or poor grilling skills. The quality of the yakitori is far from the original store, to put it simply, it is just average yakitori. However, the other dishes, especially the bibimbap, are excellent.

The restaurant offers a course menu where you leave it up to the chef. Even though I couldn't drink alcohol this time, I was tempted by the wide variety of drinks available. The grilled dishes and side dishes were served alternately, so I didn't get bored and could keep enjoying the meal. The grilled broccoli was a bit strong for my taste, so I wish it had been milder. But that's just my personal opinion. The course filled me up nicely and had great value for money, so I've already made a reservation for next time! Looking forward to it! Thank you for the meal!

Here it seems to be a restaurant affiliated with Torishiki, maybe under their supervision? Either way, it is definitely part of the LDH group. Today we made a reservation for the omakase course at the new restaurant near Ebisu station, bringing along my daughter who has recently taken an interest in yakitori. Inside the restaurant, there are two neighboring establishments - Toritsuki offers course meals with small portions, while Torika has a stop system style, so you can't go back and forth between the two. My daughter and I have small appetites, so the slightly unsatisfying portion size was actually convenient for us. In the second round of seating with 10 people, we started with a salad and had several dishes in between the skewers. The chicken used was only from Datte Jidori, with mostly common skewers. The grilling method was said to be with strong heat and close to the fire, but I personally felt that they could have grilled it a bit more. I'm not very experienced with yakitori, so my opinion might not be reliable. Despite being a course meal, the portion size was not small at all, and I ended up quite full. The way the salt and sauce were applied could be improved. The stuffed shiitake mushrooms and chicken cutlet sandwich had strong flavors, which made the skewers less impactful. I enjoyed the jabara sake with soda so much that I had another glass. It was quite strong and I had to give up halfway through. I declined the last skewer and rice. We finished with a hojicha pudding. The location seemed more suitable for young couples, but today the age group was on the older side, including myself. Despite being in Ebisu, which is not known for high-end restaurants, the place was fully booked. It's truly LDH... Perhaps they will become more popular in the future. Yakitori may seem simple, but there is still much for me to learn.
