After visiting the Tate Museum exhibition at the National Museum of Art, I arrived at the restaurant right at 11 o'clock when it opened. It was mentioned that each person needed to order a drink, so I opted for the lunch set which was a good deal. There were three options for the mini cake set, and I chose the chocolate cake which was said to have alcohol in it, but I didn't really taste it. The lemon cheese pasta had a flavorful taste and was delicious.

It's been a while since I visited Herbs at Roppongi Hills. I ordered the lunch set, which included an omelette sandwich, a drink, and a cake. I forgot to take a photo, but the omelette sandwich was really delicious, although a bit difficult to eat. The portion was quite generous, and I probably should have asked them to cut it in half or quarters to make it easier to eat (not sure if they would do that). The dessert was also delicious, and the tea was particularly good. It had a nice color and fragrance, which was very soothing.

While strolling around Roppongi Hills on a date, we decided to take a break and have some coffee. The cakes displayed in the store were impressive and all looked incredibly delicious. We ordered the classic Mille-Feuille and the store-exclusive Melon Melon. By the way, the hot coffee comes with free refills (and you can choose the beans each time), so it's actually very cost-effective. The cakes were generous in size and the cream melted in your mouth! If you take too long, it really does melt, haha. I ordered the Mille-Feuille, so I exchanged a bite with my girlfriend's Melon Melon. The taste exceeded my expectations... The sponge, cream, and fruit were perfectly balanced, not too heavy, and easy to eat even in this size. Despite writing as if I know a lot, this was actually my first time at HARBS, haha. If you're in the Roppongi area, I definitely want to visit again! Thank you for the meal!

During the summer vacation lunchtime, I was seated right away. They offer free refills on coffee and you can even switch to decaf, which is a fantastic service. They don't have drink sets, but being able to refill coffee is great. The lemon mousse cake is delicious, as expected. The staff are all polite and kind. When I finished my tea and left, there was a line of people waiting outside! It's definitely popular. There were also many customers getting takeout, so it seemed busy. Herb's is popular at all their locations.

The cakes at Herb's are exquisite. They are a satisfying size, and today they had a seasonal Melon Shortcake available. And the Croque Monsieur here is also amazing! I don't think there is a greater happiness than getting full on cakes from here.

I often go to shops in Yurakucho, but I came to Roppongi after a long time. As expected, HARBS is delicious, so I enjoyed it. This time, I tried the melon cake (limited to certain stores) for the first time, and it was incredibly delicious. Even if I think the size is large, I end up eating it all at once.

During a weekday afternoon! The place was packed inside and out, but I was able to enter without waiting in line! It had been a while since I last had it, but it was still delicious. I think milk crepes are always good, but this place puts a lot of fresh fruits in them, so I can recommend it.

On a work day, I took a break and got a takeout from Herb's. The cake was big and satisfying, but the price has been increasing over the years, now at 1,000 yen per slice. It's a bit pricey for a milk crepe cake, but it's delicious.

Roppongi Hills "HARBS" on Hillside 1F, there are often lines on weekends during lunchtime. You cannot take photos of the cake display case. The top image is the "Fresh Fruit Cake" with a light cream and sponge, and a subtle custard cream sweetness, letting the fruit's acidity and aroma shine. The third image is the store-exclusive "Berry Berry," which has a great balance of acidity and chocolate. The cakes here come in quite generous portions, but the only downside is that despite visiting several times, the customer service can be a bit dry. It would be nice if they were a little kinder to the gentlemen enjoying their sweets. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around evening time, but had to wait for about 30-40 minutes. Sandwich orders end at 5:00 PM, so if you want a meal, make sure to order before then. We shared a croque-monsieur, had cake and hot herbal tea, which came to around 2700 yen. The chocolate strawberry cake had lots of big strawberries on top and inside, very satisfying and made me very happy. However, there were a few staff members with less than ideal service, which was a bit disappointing, especially for Roppongi. Next time I want cake, I might go to the nearby Robuchon instead.

I went to HARBS in Roppongi Hills on a Sunday, so there was about a 30-minute wait. I had ordered the milk crepe before, so this time I ordered the shortcake! The size was quite large, but the sweetness of the whipped cream was mild and not overwhelming at all, so it was delicious.

The cakes are delicious, but personally, I wish the seating arrangement was a bit more relaxed. I used to always go to the New York store, so I'm very happy that I can easily visit the main store in Japan now. The fruit-filled milk crepe is a must-try for me.

I visited Harbs Roppongi Hills store on the 1st floor of Roppongi Hills Hillside in Minato-ku, Tokyo. It is about an 8-minute walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, making it easily accessible by train. There is also a shared facility parking lot for those coming by car, which is convenient. This time, I purchased the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (12 pieces for 1600 yen). The cookie dough, rich in almond powder, is filled with hazelnut-flavored chocolate cream. It has a rich buttery aroma. The dough is crispy and has a crumbly texture when you bite into it. The dessert has a perfect level of sweetness and is very delicious. Harbs originated from a small café called "Melrose," which opened in 1976 as a counter-only café. The idea was to enhance the café experience by providing cakes, which led to the start of Harbs. The concept was to create cakes that could satisfy one's heart with just one piece. The first Harbs store opened in Nagoya in 1981, focusing on an 8-inch size cake to maximize satisfaction. Harbs has been constantly refining approximately 50 recipes developed over the past 40 years, focusing on delivering consistent deliciousness to customers. In 2014, HARBS NYC opened, marking a new challenge for Harbs to share their carefully handcrafted deliciousness with the world. I look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you!

I visited around 3 p.m. on a holiday. There were about 5 groups waiting, but I was able to enter the store in less than 30 minutes. There were still plenty of cake options available. The photo is of a seasonal cherry blossom cake, which had a delicious taste of cherry blossoms.

The volume of the sandwich was incredible! I have had cake a few times before, but this was my first time having lunch at Herbs. I always wanted to try it. The sandwich was so big that I was impressed. They could charge more for it! Even with a half-size cake, I got too full... It was delicious. Next time, I will go on an empty stomach!笑

A dish that can be enjoyed deliciously until the end. I had a lemon cake and milk coffee at HARBS in Roppongi. The lemon cake has a rich lemon flavor sponge with plenty of lemon jelly and cream, making it a refreshing cake. The milk coffee is enjoyable until the last sip as the ice is made from coffee. Takeout is also recommended. Please note that popular cakes tend to sell out quickly, and there is always a line at this popular shop, so it's best to visit with at least an hour of spare time.

I went to the restaurant with my MtF friend to eat something sweet. A huge cake (just one piece lol) was brought to us, and I was surprised! I have a sweet tooth, so I devoured it, but my friend gave up halfway through ( ̄▽ ̄;) It's better to make sure you're hungry before going to the restaurant next time lol.

It's 11 in the morning so there was no line! I ordered a cake and sandwich set. The sandwich set costs 1850 yen and comes with a half-cut croque monsieur, milk crepe, and chestnut tart. The croque monsieur was a toasted sandwich with plenty of ham and cheese, pretty average. The salad that came with it was delicious. The milk crepe was consistently delicious with plenty of fruit. It cost 960 yen in total. The coffee was 660 yen with free refills and you could change the type of coffee and cup. The chestnut tart was very sweet with chocolate in the cream and extremely sweet chestnuts. I couldn't finish it. Overall, the sandwich in the set was mediocre, the cake options were limited, and you couldn't refill your drink, so the cakes were better!

Had lunch at Herbs on the 1st floor of Roppongi Hills, Hillside. Herbs is a cafe that pursues handmade and freshness. I had a croque-monsieur, with layers of Italian ham and cheese, grilled to perfection on a hot plate with plenty of vegetables. I also had orange juice, which was served generously. The meal came with a half-sized cake, and I chose the chestnut crepe. The crepe had a crispy texture and was filled with chestnut and two types of cream. Despite being half-sized, both the croque-monsieur and the cake were quite filling.

Inside Herbs, there are long narrow indoor seats and terrace seats, but it's a bit cramped. The cakes in the case are not allowed to be photographed. My favorite at Herbs is the Fresh Fruit Cake. It has a light sweetness with soft sponge cake and multiple layers of fresh fruit, giving it a satisfying taste. There are three types of Seattle blend coffee available, and if you order a hot coffee, you can have unlimited refills of any blend. It's a nice service. My friend had the chocolate cake and milk crepe.
