It was amazing. It was my first meal in Ginza in a long time. It started with finger foods - small croissants filled with chorizo and anchovy, and shirasu onion topped with spring truffles. It was amazing. Then came the amuse-bouche - fuki no tou with béchamel sauce and rosemary powder on top. It was amazing. The appetizer was scallops and cauliflower espuma with potato salad and truffles. It was amazing. Next was the white turnip potage soup with truffles and turnip leaf coulis. It was amazing. For the main course, there was Kumamoto-sourced kanbira me poêlé with a delicious beurre blanc sauce made with Loire Valley butter and white wine, along with mushrooms and kujo onions. It was amazing. Finally, the dessert was made with buntan from Kochi, featuring buntan, buntan sherbet, tapioca, and espuma. It was amazing. We ended with herbal tea and lemon jelly candies and madeleines. The herbal tea was also amazing. It was amazing.

We visited as a couple for a birthday dinner. The chef is from Okinawa, and the menu featured ingredients like sea grapes and purple sweet potatoes. The creative French cuisine was fresh and enjoyable in terms of appearance, aroma, and taste. The explanations of each dish were detailed and the service was excellent. It's a wonderful restaurant! Thank you so much! ♡

I booked through Amex, so automatically got the C course for around 20,000 yen. The model menu on Tabelog was different from what we had, but it might have been better for me. They used seasonal ingredients and the flavors were not too heavy, fitting the Japanese taste. The portion was just right, filling but not overwhelming. The presentation was elegant with the use of edible flowers. The meat was cooked perfectly. It's a good place to go with a calm group. The food is delicious and reservations are easy to get, so I would like to use it again for entertaining clients.

This shop is a favorite that I come to every season. The entrance is slightly hard to find, but the service in the underground shop is excellent, with attentive staff making the experience just right. The fish dishes are noteworthy and delicious every time. On the other hand, the meat dishes may not be as outstanding. However, this shop stands out as a great option for under 10,000 yen, offering both meat and fish dishes. Overall, it's a highly recommended place. Lunch, including alcohol, costs over 10,000 yen, but the cost performance is excellent.

I wanted to eat delicious French cuisine, so I visited this restaurant, which is a well-known establishment with a good reputation and has won the Tabelog Award several times in the past. The location is in an area near many clubs in Ginza, and even though it was a Sunday at 6:30 pm, the restaurant was full with only a few accompanying guests. When I opened the door to the restaurant in the basement of a building 5 minutes before my reservation, a staff member was sitting in a chair. I thought maybe they were not open yet, but they welcomed me in. There was already a customer inside, looking very relaxed. We were not shown to our seats and the courses started all at once. Since we don't drink alcohol, we ordered non-alcoholic sparkling wine and sparkling water. As others have mentioned, the sparkling water costs a whopping 2000 yen. There was no menu for the course, so I will try to remember and describe the dishes. For the starters, there was a baked dish with mini croissants using anchovies and something with whitebait, I think? The foie gras mousse had port wine in it, which was delicious. The clams boiled with celery sauce were good, although they had a slight fishy smell. The carrot potage had avocado and snow crab inside, but you couldn't tell from the appearance. The white fish was cooked perfectly, and the grilled pigeon was decent, although I forgot to mention that I don't eat game meat. The desserts, a hojicha pudding and a savarin-like pastry, were tasty. The savarin had a nice rum flavor. However, I couldn't understand why this restaurant has such a good reputation. The food was not outstandingly delicious. Perhaps it was a great restaurant about 10 years ago, but I believe that a restaurant should evolve in terms of cutlery, table setting, staff training, and taste. I left feeling a bit disappointed.

The name of the restaurant means "fragrance" in French, and they focus on dishes that incorporate various herbs and scents. The menu was presented in a stylishly crumpled paper, adding to the chic atmosphere. The 8-course menu changes daily, and the main dish featured a rare rabbit meat, which was tender and delicious, similar to chicken thigh meat. This French fusion cuisine not only pleases the eyes but also the sense of smell. With a wide variety of wines available, it is also recommended for wine enthusiasts.

I had been curious about this restaurant for about 2 years, especially during birthdays and anniversaries, but I always ended up choosing another place. Finally, I visited it this time. I had high expectations, but I must admit that they were not fully met. The food was delicious, especially the main meat dish, but I felt that the presentation of the amuse-bouche at other restaurants was more visually exciting.

I used this restaurant for a friend's wedding celebration. We had a leisurely course and spent an elegant time. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. When we left, the chef even came out, making us feel very happy. My friend was also very pleased. It was a restaurant that I would like to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal. ♡

A French restaurant located in the basement of Ginza. The interior is quite small, with a calm atmosphere. The dishes are all delicious. I tried rabbit meat for the first time. The fish dish was probably the most delicious. The service was polite. The food is delicious, but it didn't leave a strong impression. Overall, it's neither good nor bad. The food is tasty, so it's okay, but the overall atmosphere is a bit dark? It may be the concept, but it's a bit sad that there's no excitement.

I went to a French restaurant called Ginza Rodolante Minoru Nakijin in Ginza today to enjoy traditional French cuisine. It's a small, cozy restaurant with only 6 seats. Today, I had wine paired with my meal. The staff seemed to have a friend visiting and they were laughing loudly throughout the meal. It was a bit disappointing as it made me forget about the presence of other customers. The food was focused on enjoying the sauces, typical of French cuisine. The dishes were prepared meticulously and paired well with the wines. In between, there were bursts of laughter from the staff. While the lively atmosphere was not bad, it was a bit too much. It made other customers feel a bit neglected. Overall, I couldn't fully relax and enjoy the meal, but the food was truly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I splurged for the last lunch of the year with my close friends. The building looked old and I was surprised when I arrived, but once I went downstairs, the interior was very nice and comforting. I had made a reservation and they prepared a semi-private room for us, allowing us to relax and have various conversations. There were two other groups besides us, but there was plenty of space between tables and we couldn't hear other people's conversations, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The food exceeded my expectations in both taste and presentation. The champagne was incredibly delicious and I had to have seconds. We lost track of time because we were having such a great time. Before we knew it, 3 hours had passed and we were surprised. It was truly delicious, thank you for the wonderful meal.

We made a reservation for 2 people at 18:30 on a holiday. The restaurant had only 6 tables and had a cozy, hidden gem atmosphere. There was only one group of guests before us, but by 19:00 it was fully booked. We were served:
- 3 amuse-bouches
- Amuse-bouche of saury
- Seafood and date appetizer
- Pumpkin and ricotta cheese soup
- Grilled saury with broccoli and cosmos
- Plum wine granita
- Grilled mountain quail
- Custard pudding
- Apple pie with herb ice cream
- Herbal tea and petit fours
The presentation was artistic and appetizing, with delightful aromas. The flavors were consistent and well-crafted. The grilled quail, in particular, had a perfect balance of flavors with the succulent quail meat, crispy périgord, and truffle. The herbal tea after the meal was refreshing with a lemon herb base, making us want to buy the tea bags. The sommelier paid close attention and recommended wines that paired well with the dishes, so be careful not to drink too much.

It was a very innovative course that started with a concept paper full of wrinkles. The dishes that followed were beautifully designed with artistic colors, flavors, and ingredients, providing a delightful and delicious experience. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Visited on our wedding anniversary. Located in the basement of Ginza. Ordered a course of creative French cuisine. The table was decorated with a crumpled menu showcasing the restaurant's unique touch. The appetizer mousse was delicious, followed by a cold pumpkin soup that was also tasty. The main meat dish paired well with the Cabernet, and we were greeted by the chef at the end. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited after a long time. I used to go to nearby Ishii Pharmacy, Barney's New York, and Abercrombie & Fitch, so I used to come here before. The entrance of the store used to have a smoking area, but it has been removed and cleaned up. I visited after a long time, but everything was excellent.

When you go underground, there is a shop - it is not very spacious but a cozy space. The dishes all looked lovely from the appearance ❤️ Only on the first weekend of each month during lunchtime, children are welcome to visit, so there were families there on this day too ★ It's nice to have that kind of atmosphere, isn't it?

I had reserved a birthday plate with my name on it, and even received a confirmation call, but on the day of my visit, the birthday plate did not show up. Choosing this place for a special dinner was a big mistake. The food was nicely presented but lacked flavor, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was not welcoming, with very few customers.

6 dishes and 1 drink for 7500 yen. Each dish is delicious and definitely worth the price, but the water costs 2000 yen. The restaurant is small, but the seating is well spaced out and they have measures in place for preventing the spread of infection, such as keeping the entrance door open. However, there is almost no cell phone reception.

I received an invitation to a French restaurant in Ginza over the weekend and I was excited as it had been a while. The restaurant is located underground on a side street off Kyobashi-dori. We arrived at 7 pm, which seemed to be the last seating for the night. There were already five other parties seated, with wine bottles on every table. After completing temperature checks and filling out a questionnaire, we started our meal. The menu was explained to us by the chef directly at our table. We started with champagne, followed by a fried dish of young ayu fish. Many of the dishes featured jellies, giving them a cool and refreshing feel, perfect for summer. The fish course was sea bass, and the meat course was lamb. Each dish had a rich aroma, as the restaurant prides itself on. The wine selection was all in the five-digit range, but we decided to order anyway. I chose a favorite Alsatian Riesling. The chef even came to say goodbye to us at the end of the meal. There didn't seem to be a sommelier present, which was a bit surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, it would have been nice to have a bit more hospitality beyond the excellent food and wine.

Tonight we went to a French restaurant with a great reputation! Located in the Ginza 7-chome area, it felt like a very upscale place, similar to The Ginza. It's right near the Barneys New York building! Inside, there were about 5 tables with tablecloths, and some semi-private seating as well. Perfect for a date night! The restaurant was fully booked, so I'm glad we made a reservation in advance. The food was served in a 10-course meal, and the main meat dish was incredibly tender and delicious. The cooking level was very high! We paired our meal with a bottle of Bordeaux, which was also very tasty. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I left my 5-year-old child at home with my parents for my birthday dinner and visited a restaurant. To my surprise, I got one person's course meal for free thanks to the American Express card benefit! The menu for the day included 3 types of Amuse-Salad (walnut macaron, cheese mini croissant, caramelized onion and shirasu pie), Foie gras amuse-bouche, White asparagus sauté and salmon marinated, Chestnut pumpkin potage with red snow crab, Pan-fried cherry snapper with spinach puree, Green apple granite, Roasted duck from France wrapped in duck leg meat pie with hojicha pudding, Citrus jelly & sherbet, and assorted baked goods (jasmine gimob, matcha macaron, lemon madeleine, berry jelly). Each dish was aromatic and delicious, just as the name of the restaurant "Fragrance" suggests. We had champagne for the toast, white wine for the fish course (dry), and red wine for the meat course (full-bodied). The wines were served in glasses, and the prices were a bit of a mystery but turned out to be around 2000 yen for the champagne and 2800 yen for the red wine we ordered. The amuse-salad was particularly good, especially the caramelized onion dish which had a wonderful combination of onion and truffle flavors. The foie gras was rich and paired perfectly with the port wine jelly. The potage had a perfect balance of sweet pumpkin and savory crab flavors. The cherry snapper dish had various textures and flavors with the spinach puree and crispy fried vegetables. The roasted duck was tender and juicy, and the presentation with the glass cover added to the anticipation. The desserts were also delightful, with a refreshing green apple granite and a flavorful citrus jelly and sherbet. Overall, the meal was satisfying and the service was excellent, with even the chef coming out to bid us farewell. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience!
